Kixie is Power!
Kixie support team is very responsive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable with the dialer and would take time to isolate the issue before concluding. They will not leave you behind. My overall experience with the dialer is superb! I can see a big improvement on the number of leads I generate!
Kixie PowerCall appears to have a solid reputation for its technical support, with a focus on providing timely and effective assistance to its customers

I find Kixie PowerCall user-friendly and intuitive, especially its integration with popular CRMs like Salesforce and Pipedrive. I also like the call recording feature, which is very easy to access and listen to the call in case you need to review it.

Kixie Rocks!
It has led to an increase in new customers and an increase in sales immediately. It is a significant technology improvement for the type of phone sales that my company does.
Avantages
Local presence dialing is a huge advantage and has led to a much higher percentage of 'at bats' with prospects. The one click dialing also helps my efficiency and has led to a big increase in outbound sales activity.
Inconvénients
Some prospects seem see something about my call that looks like a sales call, and they still don't answer it. Perhaps the occasional 'spam likely' label on some calls, or perhaps something about the call appears a certain way that makes them avoid it. Overall, as stated above, the connection boost/local presence dialing has led to a huge increase in the number of opportunities to pitch. One nice feature is that the next call that I make, if connection boost is on, will be from a new number and I can also change my caller ID at will, if desired (not to a fictitious person or to someone I am not, obviously, but perhaps to my initials, or blank, etc. ) .

Fails frequently. No weekend support or phone support.
I don't recommend it. Kixie must provide support 24/.7. They can't close their support entirely on weekends. Until this policy changes, I can't recommend Kixie.
Avantages
The price is reasonable, but you get what you pay for.
Inconvénients
It fails pretty frequently, and it always seems to fail on weekends. Call routing has failed in the past. We could not make outbound calls or receive incoming calls two days in a row (not all day but for a few hours each day). I find it unacceptable that they are unavailable on weekends. There is no support of any kind on weekends. If something goes wrong on a weekend, you are screwed. It happened to us multiple times. I explained my frustrations to Kixie numerous times.

After looking into multiple dialers - kixie beste answers our need for a small growing team, our account manager is communicative and helpful.
Avantages
Intuitive, integration with hubspot, local calling function, SMS capabilities, target hour calling, multiple dialers, VM drop
Inconvénients
some issues with seamless connectivity to integrations but am yet to have comprehensive onboarding ;)

Nothing Bad, Plenty of GREAT!
My Kixie experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The initial demo with [sensitive content hidden] was great, he provided valuable info, answered all of my questions, and wasn't "salesy." After going live with Kixie, I needed help setting up this cool feature called the Live Leaderboard; [sensitive content hidden] from customer support assisted me promptly and got me up and running in no time. Live chat support has been helpful whenever needed as well.
Avantages
The ease of setup, use, training, and live call coaching ability.
Inconvénients
Nothing at this time. I wish I found Kixie sooner!

Kixie the Tool to Optimize Your Outbound Sales Calls
Has drastically changed the way I do outbound sales calls. Has increased my productivity by at least 50%, if not more. Once I started using it, I have not stopped and don't plan to.
Avantages
Integration with CRM, PowerDialer feature, template text message, pre-recorded voicemail drops
Inconvénients
That it's a Google Chrome extension. Whenever there's a google chrome update, it throws Kixie off integration to my CRM off.

Kixie as an Autodialer is dope!
The functionality of being an autodialer is great, having to dial 100 numbers manually would be a pain if it wasn't for Kixie it made my SDR job easier.
Avantages
Its very easy to upload a powerlist, it provides you option to select the headers you would like to have on the dialer appear. I was able to automate VM and SMS after an outcome.
Inconvénients
It can sometimes get stuck when dialing 2 at a time, I usually close the app and open it again so it resets.

Kixie honest review
Overall excellent experience. Almost 0 issues with the software, and if there are, they have fast support to fix it. Also, it's really easy to integrate with other CRMs like HubSpot, and easy to share your calls with the internal team for review.

Kixie is a dream
It really does meet all of our needs when it comes to inbound and outbound calls. We couldn't have asked for a better solution at a more affordable price. And the team at Kixie has consistently been so responsive to any issues that have occasionally come up. Customer service is at the heart of any great service, and Kixie knocks it out of the park here.
Avantages
Kixie truly meets all of our needs. Technology will always come with occasional day to day hiccups, but they're rare with Kixie, and the few times a system issue has arisen, their customer service team is masterful in providing the solution we need to keep rolling. The system is intuitive to use, saves us a ton of time, and beautifully coordinates with our other software tools to create as seamless of a call and review process as possible without us creating our own all-encompassing software solution.
Inconvénients
It's really hard to pick much out. The auto dialer occasionally disappears for an individual user or two in a brief glitch, but it's never been a problem that persists or happens often at all.

Best dialer solution I have worked with!
Since we switched over to Kixie, we have increased our sales by 40% and our departments output by 14%. It was allowed us to scale our business and easily track what works great and where we have room for improvement through their real-time reporting.
Avantages
Kixie is great right out of the box. Very easy and intuitive to use and comes with all the bells and whistles needed. Integrates perfectly with our CRM and is priced very fairly for the value we get from it.
Inconvénients
I am not crazy about the new upgraded view. I wish they have more video tutorials so that users can easily (and quickly) learn about all the added features.

Kixie PowerCall Is the Best I've Used
Business problems that we have begun to solve with Kixie, his full accountability by connecting inbound and outbound call details with CRM records. The number of calls that you can make in a minute is far beyond any other dialer that I've used, and certainly far faster than using your finger or even clicking on numbers. All we have to do now is queue up a group of numbers, push a button and it starts dialing. Once each call is finished you ad the call disposition details and it instantly and automatically add those details to the record and then moves onto the next number, until you reach the bottom of the list. Bravo!
Avantages
What I like most about this software is the tight integration that it offers with our CRM, which happens to be Insightly. Every inbound and outbound call or text is logged on the contact or lead involved in the communication. And every call gives you the opportunity to add all the call disposition details to the contact or lead record. If you wrap your mind around that feature alone, it's truly a game changer. We believe that if it's not the CRM it never happened. That means it's all about accountability and this software gives us that to the power of 10.
Inconvénients
So far the only thing that I don't like about this software is a very minor complaint. At my level of subscription there is a mobile dialing app for the android it comes from a third-party. That simply made the information and setup details harder to find. They could document that detailed feature better, but I no means does it represent a dealbreaker.

Great - Did what it needed to do allowing me with quick follow-up with leads - Saved time with VM drops and SMS follow-up. Easy to get notifications on new messages

Kikie worked very well allowing me to quickly move on and leave Emails, SMS and VM drops on new leads. This saved valuable time for me to do my other responsibilities.

Avantages
This product is easy to use, and integrates well with other software. Customers service is quick to respond when asked questions/for help.
Inconvénients
Occasionally there can be a 'lag' from the time of initiating a call, and when the call actually starts ringing.

Greatest dialer you can get.
I am a user. I have been using this service for over a year in the real estate business, it has been awesome, we can listen to recordings and it's well known that what is not measured cannot be improved.
Avantages
This dialer has been a game-changer for us. We love the calling and texting system.
Inconvénients
Nothing. Some bugs here and there, but everything gets resolved quickly.

I would say a 7/10
Avantages
I do like how it easily integrates my CRM and works well in clarity and connectivity. The call recordings are a nice feature to go back and listen to for reminders or training of sales techniques.
Inconvénients
The new updates made are necessary but sometime interfere with the productivity and flow function of my workday. The last update cost me many hours of technical support with known bugs in the release. I do not like the amount of refreshing that must occur to connect to my Pipdrive and I find it really frustrating that I lose at least on call per day. Typically its when I'm answering from the app.

Integration and Automation
Overall Kixie Powercall performed well and we are satisfied with it as the replacement of the previous system.

Easy and good dialer.
Good, but it didn't resolve what we were expecting, and we needed to come up with a fix to be able to click to dial from our CRM. They couldn't resolve it.
Avantages
It was easy to deploy and use. The local presence feature was ok.
Inconvénients
Some features were missing, and the local presence is sharing a pool of numbers for all their clients, it is very often that it needs to use a different number than the area code you are using. The workaround is pay for a specific pool of numbers only for you, increasing the cost. We needed to come up with a fix to be able to click to dial from our CRM. They couldn't resolve it.

Features and Benefits Galore
Our business is 80-100 employees and we've had Kixie for about a year and a half. Great back end customer support for those rare time it's needed. It has helped increase my teams productivity and morale, also scaled out to other departments to help improve their synchronicity within business units and customer interactions. We continue to find new features and benefits the longer we've had it.
Avantages
Click to call, voice mail drop, SMS templates, CRM integrations, easy to use phone app and real time tracking with dashboards have all made the productivity and management easier and more enjoyable for each team member.
Inconvénients
Not really, they continue to take the feedback and work on improvements. Such as sending text images and integrating with custom modules.
