Very easy to use the software, intuitive and fast. Great customer support team.

Inconvénients

The AI did mistake the design on the page of a passport for an additional letter, though the customer support team was quick to help out, and resolved the issue in no time.

Simple to use and least time consuming with smooth interface.

There are less options available to choose in the qualification check section for example: if any person with whose highest qualification is 12th standard, then what option he will choose it's a bit complicated.

Kindly provide some specific options to those whose highest qualification is 12th pass or they are pursuing their Graduation degree

Inconvénients

My main concern has been that we often have to remind Zinc that we are based in the US and so there are significantly different legal requirements. I also dont like how Zinc tends to blend reference checks, employment verifications, and background checks. In my experience, a reference check is to get a candid response on how one specific person worked with this individual. An employment verification is to verify the dates that they worked there. A background check is to get the criminal background and maybe some identity verification. It has gotten pretty confused internally for us because of the way you have to set this up in Zinc.

I wanted to know what details I had submitted and would love to see all the fields submitted even if I can not edit them. This caused me to go to customer support to verify I had submitted the right information instead of just being able to see it myself.

Using zinc was pretty good. It UI designs are very pleasing to the sees and it's easy to use. I was able to get things done quite fast without much struggle.

Inconvénients

User navigations are not well intuitive causing one to search longer for obvious features. The upload feature for the chat wasn't working, thus I couldn't upload a screenshot while talking to the operator.

It's time saving. All the checks were completed in a short span of time as compared to other competitors

I loved how easy Zinc made it for me to provide all the information that my company required. It made the process of getting references from past employers, address checking, criminal record checking, and identity checking a lot easier. Using Zinc it wasn't me who had to ask for my previous managers to provide a reference, they were happy to do so with a simplified process.

I don't have any cons on Zinc, probably because I was an end user.

Easy to use, very responsive and helpful customer service that are always ready to help. Easy to keep track of the who, what and when of the different checks that we request.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the criminal checks can take too long, occasionally it is quicker/needed to go directly to GOV for the criminal check if the criminal check is urgent, however that is more expensive. The disclosure Scotland Application Form process is a bit inconvenient as it seems to have changed to a more long winded way of doing it. Invoices can sometimes be a bit difficult to understand where the purchases came from but customer service can find out for us quickly.

I really liked how quick the whole process is completed.it helps us in moving to the next stage of getting recruited and landing on a job as soon as possible

Zinc could provide more information about what document would they need exactly i.e driving license, id card, etc and which one would be the most preferred and easy to process

I used Zinc to complete checks for a new job offer. It was easy to navigate and use and fully comprehensible. It really does take the hassle from, what I could imagine in recruitment, sending numerous links to a variety of checks.

As a one time user who used the product to submit background checks for a new job offer, there are no immediate concerns to flag.

I liked how user friendly the interface was, and how quick the results were provided.

Generally, it was very good. The only thing I would say could be improved is the clarity of dates for the reference check. I wasn't sure if it was asking for my termination date or the current date when asking for the period up to which i worked with my current employer.
