Inconvénients

La communication post onboarding et nottamment sur des étapes clés comme la fin de la période d'essai, la fin de contrat ou le remboursement du dépôt, est mauvaise. Les réponses sont souvent vagues, pas clairs du tout, à se renvoyer la balle entre collègue et tardives, ce qui complique considérablement ces démarches pour nous pourtant cruciales. Aucune communication par téléphone qui raccourcirait grandement le traitement.
Après l'onboarding, le support client s'est avéré plus que décevant. En plus, le chargé de compte, après plusieurs mois d'absence, a soudainement réclamé des pénalités de retard de manière insistante. Ca donne vraiment l'impression que cette société c'est son revenu et le reste on s'en fou.

Côté plateforme, comme leur support elle est alambiqué, compliquée pour rien de trouver l'information. Nous avons opté pour une solution alternative, bien plus intuitive et efficace.

Avantages

La plupart du temps, l'outil fait ce pourquoi il a été conçu. Si vous avez des employées à l'étranger vous allez mieux exploiter son potentiel. L'interface est simple et l'expérience est plutôt interressante.

Inconvénients

Je pense qu'il y a du travail à faire concernant les fonctionnalités. Des bugs surviennent parfois et donnent l'impression d'être en fac d'un produit beta. Pas d'essai gratuit, pas de version gratuite !

Avantages

Très facile d'utilisation et beaucoup d'options pour les retraits. En outre, on peut choisir de retirer 25% dans le compte A et 75% dans le compte B. Génial!

Inconvénients

J'aimerais que Deel soit une application.

Les fonctionnalités que j' ai le plus aimé chez ce logiciel sont là gestion d'équipement et les options d'achat d'actions. Je pense que c'est un grand avantage pour nous les utilisateurs

Catastrophique. 2 semaines pour des allers retours stériles pour simplement envoyer un plan de commission à des sales, après qu’ils aient validé l’offre.

Deel has many withdrawal options in Latin America, including the option to get a debit card that can be used world wide and instantly with your received funds. Without the need of transfers at the best exchange rates. At the same time for Deel COR contracts, your employees have the option to Deel Advance after 4 consecutive payments, making it easier to get an advance before pay day and its automatically repaid on pay day.

Inconvénients

There isn't much to not like, but I would like more offers and coupons. Deel has a special section where you can get discounts, freebies or trials on partner apps like Airbnb, Uber, Tax agencies, Vacations sites, etc.

It is in core orientiered on global presence and does not limit coverage for NorthAM markets. That works good for us and we implementing Deel for our remote facilities in Central Europe. Deel has brilliant compliance team and templtes for offers and agreement, invoices are relevant to used in location. Has good mobile application but used by us mostly on desktop at web presence. Supports global payrol solutions not only US. Main benefit is you can run payrol in Dell and do not need one more solution to be paid. Deel has relevant to our needs device managemen tool.

Inconvénients

All good. Deel must be better known in Central Europe. Probably could be slightly better user interface and attendance control for remote employees working in firms remote facilities (attendance, presence time tracking).

The platform has an excellent support team available to assist you with anything you need at any time.

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Inconvénients

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

I did not find any data security specifications within holding my card information against cyber attacks. I would like some info on that :) thanks also Im from CR and here the banks rejects a lot of transactions but your agents know this is a recurrent issue, therefore build a list of success stories please and share it as, I every new Deel's joiner would appreciate a small intro with the info they can count in with. I really appreciate their integration with Revolut, as receiving international payments from my US employers can sometimes be so tricky. Things like their banks charging fees, trying to exchange into another currency, or simply taking days to go through can really make the process hard, but with Deel it is so straightforward, and I can cash out straight to my linked Revolut account.

Inconvénients

I think there could be more help explaining sections of contracts to foreign employees. US contracts are very different to the UK ones I am used to signing, especially when related to tax, so a little help understanding what certain jargon means would go a long way.

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

Inconvénients

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

Easy and friendly system. And the client support staff responds arte quick and assertive.

When the bank transfer is done it doesn't say exactly the fee charged to transfer the amount. It provides a range but no the exact amount.
