In regards to Lattice:

Inconvénients
Could be more easily implemented and applicable but the overall functionality / reasoning for product is not well understood due to UI / UX.

Overall, I like Lattice and we will continue to use it. There's just a lot to still get use to

Great Product
We chose Lattice because of Lattice Goals and the ease of keeping everything about performance in one place. We are very happy users!
Avantages
Love that everything is in one place. Writing reviews is so easy if employees use all the features on a regular basis: updates, 1:1, goals
Inconvénients
There are some suggestions we have given on features- mostly on Lattice Goals.
I wish some things could be added piecemeal. Grow is not widely used in our company, but for those that use it, we won't want them to lose it. It's be nice to be able to add it to those that want it.

Avantages
I love the weekly updates as well as the 1:1 templates. Performance reviews are much easier with lattice!
Inconvénients
I wish there was a more collaborative component where we could track our team meetings as well.

Easy to use and learn!
I like it and it does what we need. Staff and managers like it as well.
Avantages
How easy it is to navigate and use. Easy to teach others.
Inconvénients
That you cannot talk to anyone when you have an issue. It is hard to try and explain and issue in an email. Recently had to send 15 emails to get a situation fixed.

Lattice as a platform for career goal setting and coaching
Overall, Lattice is a great tool to track your career goal setting. You can set-up on-on-one with your manager to discuss your performance highlights or lowlights and attain performance improvement. Also, you can provide feedbacks as well as receive one.
Avantages
I love the feature where you can update daily, weekly, or monthly on your Lattice. Also, goal setting is great. It helps getting on-track with goals you create and you can provide any updates and progress you have made.
Inconvénients
The small part of goal-setting. It doesn't suit my preferred ease of use.

Es muy sencillo de manejar. Puedes redactar tu ciclo de evaluación de desempeño, aplicarlo a cada equipo y solicitar sus respuestas. Además, al estar integrado con Slack, es fácil notificar a todos los empleados sobre encuestas, su propia evaluación o la evaluación de compañeros.

No es fácil entender Lattice por cuenta propia, necesitamos contactar con un experto.

Lattice Review
In general experience is nice and positive.
Avantages
Interface is nice and easy to navigate. Using mostly for kudos and performance review. Also like that in one place you can observe company anniversaries and birthdays.
Inconvénients
Not sure if it was added already or not but it will be cool to add some AI integration for some tips/suggestions or grammar check

Lattice - A Must Have for a Transparent Work Environment
My experience has been nothing short of amazing. At a previous job, we used Exxcel or paper/pencil. Having the ability to look backwards really motivates me to do better at my job each day.
Avantages
Weekly tracking for my 1 on 1's and the ability to share when someone else does an amazing job. The integration with Slack is key as well.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to track improvement over a specific period of time. You can get this information, but seeing it in a graph would be even better.

A Great Way to Track Career Progression & Professional Growth
Overall Lattice is a great tool to ensure you are feeling fulfilled and committing yourself to professional growth. Our company uses this in every department and I think most employees appreciate that the firm is committed to helping employees progress toward personal, professional, and lifestyle goals.
Avantages
I really like knowing where my performance is at and where there's room to improve/grow. It's easy to keep ongoing 1 on 1 conversation with my manager tracked and managed in the system. I also really appreciate the opportunity to set personal goals that align with team initiatives and to reflect on past goals to see how I am progressing. We use the system for personal goals, team goals, and OKRs, and for career development! It's simple to use and effective when the entire team buys into using the tools.
Inconvénients
There is a lot of functionality, so it could be confusing to some users at first. At our firm the People Mgmt team had built out how-to guides and walkthroughs on how to optimize our individual profiles. Lattice also has a lot of documentation, so you'll be able to learn even if you feel confused or stuck with the various features/functionality of the system.

Lattice is the management software that brings something new other than something more.
Lattice is the management software that really brings something different to the table. It does not "fight" with it's competitors but rather complements them. The human focused aspect of it makes Lattice a great management tool to use along with the others ones and it works really well.
Avantages
The human focused aspect of the software is excellent. It has many tools and they work really well, as a result you can view the different HR aspects of the work proccesses.
Inconvénients
Because it is a people management platform it can sound not as resourceful as it's competitors.

Super helpful for 1:1 meetings and goals
We use Lattice for the daily interactions between team members, and especially between managers and their team members. It's great for tracking monthly / yearly goals as well, and is a pretty full featured OKR system if you use that style of goal management.
Avantages
We use Lattice for all our teams to track goals and many teams, like mine, use it for feedback, one on one meetings, and other performance management stuff.
Inconvénients
Lattice doesn't represent a complete enough HR solution that we can use it standalone. We have to use another program for payroll and I wish that we could do everything in Lattice. It does a great job of discussions and dialog with employees, but it's not a complete solution.

Helpful software to help organize company 1-on-1 and performance reviews.
Even though there is some feature still lacking to this software, the team is very committed and are adding new features and upgrades every month.
They listen to support request and are constantly asking customers about their experience using the product. This is great for a company because the software evolves with you.
We now organize goals, reviews, and meetings using this tool. Many different teams use it, and most of our employees do like doing these activities.
Avantages
I work at a company of roughly 80 people. We have been trying different tools for making 1-on-1 and performance reviews for the last 10 months. Lattice stood out in features related to making performance reviews. They are called review cycles. You can configure many different aspects about how will you run them. Stuff like duration, who will make reviews, are employees able to review peers and things like that.
Inconvénients
In terms of handling 1-on-1 the system could be better. It seems they are making updates to the product and adding new feature constantly but something as important as a calendar integration was just added a couple of months ago.

If you're looking for an efficient performance management tool, Lattice is great!
It just took me a couple of minutes to understand what to do with the tool, as mentioned it is very user-friendly and you can do steps a and b quite quickly

Has helped our managers streamline employee reviews
Avantages
We were looking for a software to help facilitate 1:1 meetings, goal setting, and track employee performance that didn't feel corporate or like reviews just for the sake of reviews. Lattice fit the bill and we have almost all of our 150-person company utilizing the tool now. Different teams are able to use it differently in the way that works best for their team structure.
Inconvénients
Throwing someone into the system without training and having them set themselves up (referring to managers) has been challenging for them - but having the option to utilize the account manager has been helpful.

Clunky, hard to use software for small teams/orgs
Avantages
Looks good on the surface, allows organising an individual view, team view and company view to try and provide a link between your work and the company's overall goal
Inconvénients
Lattice was implemented in my organisation and it's incredibly difficult to use. It has been setup for a wide range of usage from company wide to individual tracking for OKRs, weekly/daily goals, and team management, however it has the following drawbacks:
- incredibly hard to use to do basic things. e.g. Trying to find my team member's one on one notes is hard as it defaults to my up level manager.
- OKR tracking performance is clunky when using it for individuals and cross functional teams - it allows too much functionality for it's own good (e.g. incremental tracking by percent can result in goals exceeding 100%).

Good app to keep track on goals and 1:1
Avantages
It helps align the team effort with company goals. It helps me to keep up with the 1:1 meetings and feedback from managers. The system helps members and management with a clear roadmap for future goals.
Inconvénients
The UI is confusing for some features, I spent a lot of time just to find my team's OKR.

User friendly way to collect reviews
Avantages
We just started using Lattice to do our internal reviews at my company (we had been using a homegrown, somewhat janky solution before this) and I love the transition -- which is rare to say about switching tools. Most people hate change or changing software.
Especially since we have three review cycles each year (peer reviews, manager reviews, and self-reviews) it's wonderful to know that the software we're using is making that task painless and easy. Specifically, I love that Lattice has an intuitive design and is easy to navigate, I know that my reviews will get surface to my manager, and that when I'm writing reviews for other it will automatically save them for me as I go.
Inconvénients
If I had to say something bad about Lattice, I would just be making something up. I really have no complaints.
