Highly intuitive
Once set up (a moderately straightforward process), the system has done exactly what we need it to - track emails, give client history, project manage. Absolute 10/10

Highly recommend
I have much more of a handle on the day to day client relationships. It is great to have all our clients in one data base, we can see what needs to be followed up, we can quantify incoming sales and everyone has access to this database, so as a team, we can cover for each other when needs be
Avantages
eWay customer service and ongoing support is amazing. My team use this CRM daily and it's a great way for us to keep track of the day to day working of our clients, especially when team mates are away from the office.
Inconvénients
I find that there is so many aspects of eWay, I wish I could physically sit with someone from eWay and go through items one-on-one

CRM system eWay has been used in our businees department for more than 2 years.
Avantages
eWay is our 2nd CRM system supplier - after the 1st experience, we are EXTREMELY satisfied...shared companies, contacts, leads, projects etc. make it easier for each department to communicate with each other. We appreciate the speed and flexibility of all eWay -team members when setting up eWay system for our business according to our special requirements. In particular, the first implementation, which was processed with Mr. Lalinský´s personal participation by us. Everyday work with eWay is really easy and replaced obsolete paperwork.

Review of Eway-CRM
Its great and its integration helps us a lot.
Avantages
It's simple software which makes my work easier and leaving features aside the customer support is also fabulous.
Inconvénients
I don't find any cons in this software with every update they solve all the bugs.

Efficient and I like how it links to Outlook. Organizes my accounts effectively. Easy to navigate.
Inconvénients
Had a bad experience when I merged new accounts into the CRM. An error occurred that merged the new accounts into existing accounts. Had to do a lot of back work to fix the issue and clean up the accounts. Was not very happy about it.

Indispensable -- despite a few bugs!
Despite the cons above, I don't know how I ever got along without eWay. I use the Projects component most often. My projects are MUCH more organized now, and things aren't falling through the cracks. The Deals feature is my second favorite part of the application. Overall, I really like the program even though there are some bugs to be worked out.
Avantages
It works from within Outlook and synchronizes with Outlook data.
Inconvénients
1) There are some glitches in synchronizing contacts, tasks, and calendar items. I've found workarounds for most of these issues, but this take a bit of extra time. Many of my contacts still haven't synced, and the calendar never has.
2) Although the program is fairly intuitive for users, it is not so for administrators. I'm a solopreneur, and find the admin settings daunting -- especially when setting up workflows. I've been unable to fix workflow errors, even after studying the documentation. Buttons are not where you expect them to be, so there's a lot of hunting. I've learned a lot of apps on my own, but this is the first one where I may need some training. In other words -- it's a steeper learning curve than expected.

eWay-CRM is great CRM for you and your Outlook
Avantages
It was interesting and great integration of CRM to Outlook before. With every update it is getting even better. Thank you for iOS app. Also great documentation and many helpful videos on YouTube.
Inconvénients
Everything was fixed or added by updates. Maybe crashes from time to time (could be caused by Outlook).

Very pleased with the ease of learning and the ease of migrating from BCM.
Avantages
Automatically backs up to the cloud. The Journal module allows me to make notes of meetings and phone conversations easily and attaches each one to the contact. Having a history of all email and other conversations available on each contact's page. Ease of entering new contacts. When I open Outlook... eWay is there and ready to go.
Inconvénients
I'd like to see more tutorials and examples of how others in a similar biz are using the product. More guidance in how each module might or might not be of benefit to me. For my particular biz, I would like to see at least 2 classes of contacts... ex. Company contacts (referral sources) and Individual contacts (clients/customers)

A very capable Outlook based CRM system, which can was tailo to suit our needs at a reasonable...
Having all of the sales leads accessible in one place, being able to analyse and manipulate the data out of the system and into excel is an advantage.
Avantages
The software is very easy to navigate your way around and E-way worked very closely with us to develop a customised system which was tailored to meet the needs of our business. The fact that it is Outlook based is also an advantage, no need to open other programs etc. E-way have continued to support us with post implementation changes to the software and also supported us with training in Europe and the Southern Hemisphere.
Inconvénients
We have managed to overcome most of the issues that we had with the system initially, these were mainly issues of initial specification which were worked through together with E-Way to resolve

Best Outlook implemented CRM
eWay CRM is integrated very well and stable into Outlook. This integration works even if outlook shares more addons - and that is really important nowadays.
Avantages
The tracking of marketing and conversion to chances and projects is the core issue of my professional use. Especially the creation of own custom fields in each area and customization of forms is really helpful. In my opinion all necessary features are included - and more. Even the free version offers very good practicability and is a very good entry point the the software.
Inconvénients
At the first glance, the surface looks a bit old school, but the amount of customization is the counterpart. So all in all not really a con.

I am not fully familiar with all the functions because of no needs, but for my purposes eWay works great. Friendly and professional support is available if needed.
Avantages
I have tried several CRM systems for my needs and eWay suits me best thanks to its simplicity and integration with Outlook, so everything is in one place.
Inconvénients
Export a list of companies and contacts, allowing them to be imported into other clients (for example in * .csv format).

Amazing software, simple but so powerful
I tried another outlook CRM software and it was a nightmare and then I found eWay CRM and it's awesome. Synchronises in a very easy way with outlook without disrupting any of your previous contacts which is a mighty relief. The customer support is superb and I'm only using the free version at the moment, what it will be like when I starting a subscription I have no idea :) Great product which I would highly recommend

We use eWay to manage Deals and it has resulted in much more efficient Sales Team meetings and targeted sale work.

Impressed with eWay!
It's easy to use and I love that it sits in Outlook as opposed to being a separate system. It makes everything so simple and integrated and saves so much time, often a simple click gets the job done. Everything we hoped it would be. On a couple of occasions I've contacted support and they have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Avantages
The direct integration with Outlook makes CRM seamless and saves lots of time working between 2 different systems.
Inconvénients
Nothing negative so far. Outlook marginally takes a longer time to open.

Winner! eWay has developed a solid, intuitive and cost effective CRM.
We could go on and on about how much we like eWay CRM. A few points that sold us: embedded in Outlook so training is minimal, value, customization without the need to have a computer engineering degree, and OUTSTANDING customer service! Email the CEO, he will email you back personally.
For an American company, one need not worry about support. I am not sure the staff at eWay even sleep, because we get help in minutes most often regardless of what time it is.
This software could be customized for any business. We happen to be an engineering and manufacturing company that develop projects for years with massive amounts of email traffic and data to keep organized before a contract is ever executed. eWay has made this task much easier.
You want them to customize it for your business needs, just ask them. We suspect there is so much more eWay can do to make our lives easier but we have just got started.
FYI, we have used some of the big names CRM's in the past and grew tired of the app game, a whole new platform to learn, add on's for this and that. It was just to complicated and expensive. eWay just works and works well.

They need a Android and Apple app (I understand these are being developed). Folders for documents should be more Windows native, folders, sub folders, etc., in lieu of categories.

The E-Way Technical staff have taken suggestions for individual improvrments or modifications and either incorporated them into the main program, or devised suitable local workarounds. Without Cost.
Avantages
The fine tuned program works in our small business environment. The virtually immediate technical advice and guidance is highly valued, well informed and most importantly “Freely Provided” without additional charges to the user.

None that are of meaningful importance.

It is seamless in my Outlook! Excellent.
I can send individual emails to all my contacts without it looking like a autoresponder. Truly looks personalized, which it is!
Covers everything needed to maintain my client list and stay on top of what's happening.
The customer support is friendly and responsive.
Inconvénients
It crashes. I wouldn't say a lot, but enough to where it impedes me at times. At least a reboot can fix it most of the time, but sometimes gotta use support. Like I said support is friendly and responsive, but the time to get responses is longer than desired when I have compaisgns I need to send.

The customer service is excellent!
The convenience of using this within Outlook is so useful.
The best part is being able to send emails to a list of contacts as it's one to one mailing. There's no bulk mail issues at all since it's one to one. Excellent solution for that.
Inconvénients
It has bugs fairly regularly. Not a ton, but enough to be inconvenient at times.

Better follow up of business cases, shared information in team.
Avantages
I like the connection between emails and cases, all is in the loop, even we don't use all features of the software. Sharing information across the team is crucial.
Inconvénients
I would like use better the connectivity between cases and company details, because it is easier to fill all data when the opportunity starts then later. I'm sure there is a way how to do it , maybe just more practicing.

Best CRM Out There
Great support. Great people. Great product. I am glad I found eway-crm.
Avantages
The ability to work within Outlook while still having the flexibility to create fields and processes relevant to me.
Inconvénients
I would like to see some ability to graphically represent tasks.

Great CRM for Outlook
eWay-CRM is pretty easy to use and helps us keep track of everything we need to do to properly serve our customers.
Avantages
It integrates seamlessly with Outlook. It tracks emails, tasks and meetings to keep us on track with our customer service.
Inconvénients
The tutorial videos are out of date for several of the components.

for me it's a lifesaver

My Review
The more I learn about how to use it and implement it properly the better I like it.
Avantages
It integrates with Outlook perfectly. The web app is wonderful and the general interface is intuative
Inconvénients
Can be confusing. Some of the better features are not obvious.

We rolled this system out to our entire organization with little problems and the support is great.
