nous avons fait un grand pas dans la stratégie marketing et je suis très content d'avoir découvert cet outils magnifique qui m'aide au quotidien
Avantages
de toutes les fonctionnalité existantes dans cette application, celle qui me semble meilleures est la récupération des leads. car cela donne des opportunité de les avoir en clients dans les prochaines étapes
Inconvénients
Au début on pourrait se perdre mais après une bonne dose de formation il est agréable de l'utiliser

Very good solution if you want a full integreted system with Outlook.
We did run a test for 3 weeks now and the experiance is very good. There is still a lot of work to be done to be able to generate and design the offers to be issued out of the system
Avantages
The way you can customise the screen (Forms) with the Formular Designer. We will start with one licence to continue the setup. If the CRM works we will invetsigate the possiability to use the Project function to build our custom TMS System (Transport Management System) with project costing.
Inconvénients
That you are unable to design the pdf and print layout. We have been told that this can only be done by e-way programming staff. Multi currency function for offers. Not very flexible to set up on your own.

It's good, however I'd like to see plugins with other applications such as VOIP systems and other functions.

Our overall satisfaction is high. We can clearly track the workload of orders and their profitability. We have an overview of contacts and the status of work on individual projects. Compared to other CRM systems, we can highly recommend EWAY CRM.
Avantages
The system is similar not only in appearance but also in its functionalities to Outlook.
Inconvénients
The connection with Outlook occasionally drops. After EWAY updates, database synchronization errors appear, which then need to be resolved with the IT department.

eWay, the good way
We are satisfied with eWay. We don't use all the modules, but I can imagine that if a company used everything connected, offers, orders, marketing, accounting, it would be a good way to manage everything in one place. Super practical.
Avantages
We chose eWay because it's built into Outlook, it's really handy. You can easily match emails to opportunities and save them. You can easily see what stage of the negotiation you're at. It is good for mailing campaigns.
Inconvénients
Maybe it would be good to have more possibilities in creating mailing. The templates are very strict and some elements cannot be removed from them. More options for text alignment, slightly better editing.

Fact that things duplicate themselves likes e-mails and documents in task but also placed on deal or contact while you can not create a second and so forth deal for the same client with the same e-mail address, you must delete e-mail address and add into notes

Eway used exclusively for project management

generally better at the start of the contract, jiri was excellent and very helpful. the support team is also very helpful, however not very flexible when it comes to the charges for things in the system i/e mistakes etc. i understand that there are busienss costs etc, however if thats the case that peopel can make mistakes, it should also be the case that the systme should allow a user to rectify those mistakes i/e restoring a deleted field.

easy to use system as long as you dont make any mistakes.

accidentally removed a field from the system and to have it restored would cost us a support fee..

Pain and misery
Honestly, I hate it. For more details please see the field above. I don't know anybody in our company who enjoys working with it and people try finding different workarounds on how NOT to work with it.
Avantages
It is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
Inconvénients
It looks like something out of the 90s. Super-complicated, slow, endless updates slowing down the rest of the system, not user-friendly at all. Maybe it's great for accounting, but it is the worst as a CRM. When I compare it to Pipedrive I used before in a previous company, it was so much better. Also, working with data is pain in the ass. I would like to but I can´t be bothered with this system. In Pipedrive, I could see visualizations of my targets, revenues, etc. at 1 click.

Even with very frequent system updates, eWay CRM is a stable system. In practice, we hardly solve technical problems of the system. Therefore, the company and the system appear to be robust in the area of IS/IT.

I think eWay is really good CRM. It has many usege throw all of our company.
Avantages
CRM integrated to the Outlook.
Workinkg with calendar, i can plan meeting throw the outlook calendar. I see history of the meeting in the calendar.
Working with opportunities, I can follow my pipeline of projects.
Inconvénients
Slowing down the Outlook. Sometimes i must wait couple of minutes then I can work.
