I hate that I have to buy apps every time there's an awesome new feature! I already pay a monthly fee for my business with the company and it's frustrating that simple things like creating "new" or "hot" features for my products has to go through a third party app that charges more money :/

Customer service has been great to help figure out the best way to configure, when i wanted a specific way to set things up.Options are generally very intuitive and customer service is always happy to assist if you can't quite figure out how to configure an option.

What I love about ECWID is the ease to have everything setup, whether it be on the website/s, or integration with my Facebook Business pages. It's just to easy, and everything works flawlessly. It really, truly saves one a lot of time. The whole process is just so smooth, and what really strikes one as one grows with ECWID, simple and user friendly the Shop set's up. From resizing of images, to setting up the different categories / products. There is just not Online Store Software as sophisticated, yet user friendly as ECWID!

As an author, I don't need a full-fledged storefront. Selling autographed copies of books doesn't need a ton of features or monthly cost that I couldn't recoup. Ecwid was easy to set up and install on Weebly. The platform works great, and does exactly what I need it to. I'm looking forward to customizing it further as I go, but for right now, it suits my needs perfectly.

There isn't a lot of customization available out of the box, unless you want to code things yourself. I'd like a few different templates and things to make a storefront unique. I also noticed that it doesn't seem to combine shipping properly. It may be how I've set it up, but that's something to mention, at any rate.

As a small business owner with no employees this is a must have service. I used to manually email customers' a purchase order confirmation and shipping confirmation. With the software this is done automatically and it generates not just two, but three forms: order confirmation, order processing notice and shipping confirmation. I just love that, it frees up so much of my time.
Also, in the past I used to manually log all the information as to not loose track of what was done and what needed to be done. With Ecwid's software this process is done automatically and the templates are very professional. All the orders are filed in a database and I always have access to them. It's like having your own personal assistant 24/7. Customer service is 10/10. Any time I have a question I can depend on live chat for immediate resolution.

As a Venture Plan member I think the price point could be more competitive by offering more features such as the currency converter app . If you sell worldwide you have to get the app as an added cost. However, in all fairness every other competitor charges just as much if not more.
