Lack of options for customers to input multiple discount coupons. Small loading time on website. Times out for few customers and they have to reload the order. It is a pain having to switch between headings in order to edit orders.

It's easy to use, and integrates with ShippingEasy for easy shipments.

It's small compared to shopify which means not all add-ins integrate well. I also would like to see ecwid to allow multiple shipping locations in Canada and USA

For me the major differential in cost. The less than 100 products venture service is what I'm using now because I could never get close to the business 2500 product service. Needs to be a practical 250 products business service with all options for a little more than the venture price.

I like that it did what it said it does - turns a web site into a web store. That's about the extent of it's features thought!

It's lack of features and flexibility was a real letdown. Having built a web site from scratch and then wanting to turn it into a web store, I thought Ecwid would be a good solution. Turns out that I'd have saved more time and ultimately money buy just going straight to Shopify or something similar.

I've been using Ecwid for over a year now and it's been amazing. I love how easy it is to add new products, change prices, and do everything on the go. I don't know what I would do without Ecwid. It's perfect for small businesses like mine.

Ecwid is a great piece of software. I've been using it for a couple of years now and never had any major issues or anything. The best thing about it is the easy-to-use interface, which makes setting up my online store a breeze. It's also really easy to manage products, listings and all that jazz with Ecwid. I highly recommend this!

It can be a little difficult to access through WIX and takes multiple screens to get to where you want to be to add new items to the store front.

I like the most about this apps is the easyness to install and update. It is available from the admin site dashboard. I also never had problems during my regular updates of my site. No bugs and it work as it supposed to. Great apps.

This software is very easy to navigate and made changes. We have over 400 products listed and they are easily managed.

The inability to properly set up parent skus and the fact that they skus under the parent skus cannot be properly set up to search in the cart. I also wish there were additional tabs on the production description to separate product information such as dimensions or installation instructions.

I'm pretty much able to do exactly what I want with my site. If I can't figure it out on my own I simply reach out to an Ecwid Representative via Chat and they always figure it out. One of the main reason I love this software is because it's so well put together.
I have looked over many store pages from well known brands to get a feel of what direction I wanted my online store to take. I'm beyond Confident and Pleased with Ecwids well Designed and Professional site.

This is the app I use to sell my services online to others & it is very useful. The most I like about is that it enables to embed their store to our own website. This is a very good feature where nobody else has. Also, it is totally free!

The limitation of 10 products for the free version is kinda annoying. I will have to delete some products to create new products.

What I like most is that ECWID is a complete package. They have all of the services that I need to serve my customers and make money through my website. The shopping cart and catalog is nicely displayed and clearly organized. ECWID also has great support staff that responds right away and does their best to help.

Inconvénients

I don't particularly like the font that displays on my product info in my website through the ECWID catalog, but I am not sure if it is because I have not figured out how to change it or if it's just the default font.

I was able to quickly learn how to use Ecwid with few hiccoughs along the way. The ecwid blogs have been very helpful - our online shop may be small but it has gone from strength to strength

Can't think of anything now. The only thing that ever went wrong was a random products ecwid plug-in that we tried to put on our website front page - it just never seemed to work but ecwid soon changed it

I'm impressed by the constant innovation, ease of use, and the ability to insert a shop on any page of a website or Facebook. I was an early adopter of ECWID and it's been an absolute pleasure all the way.

I had a few issues in the early days but they are long since forgotten. I think we had problems with payment gateways but ECWID went to some trouble to help with that.

I researched to find an ecommerce program that would integrate with both our current website provider (Wix) and our payment system (Clover). I found Ecwid through our payment system and was pleased that Ecwid worked with both Clover and Wix!!

I found the set-up easy and user friendly. I remember having to reach out to the live chat support once and my question was answered and resolved quickly.

The only thing I found that Ecwid has not offered is including product variation information when exporting inventory. From what I understand, however, that particular feature is in development.

It is easy to set up your online store and the UI is good. As a novice web designer, it did not take much time for me to integrate Ecwid to my website and launch the Online store. Also it is quite simple to make changes to the Online Shop.

The administrator delegation features can be improved. As an administrator, I am not able to delegate functions, such as shipping and closing orders, to another individual. If selected multiple features / functions can be easily delegated to other individuals, it will be good.

Easy to setup the first time. You quickly get a feel for how the system works, and how you can change pictures text and all that has to do with presenting your product.

The fine print and all the practical details of for instance shipping and VAT is not very intuitive. It furthermore is very difficult to control this when you go from a paid to a free version which keeps you in a locked position when you want to shift. This is true if you want to scale down your shop for a while.

Ecwid is an easy to pick up e-commerce system. It provides all the features you would hope for in a web store, with easy to use solutions to most common problems. They have excellent support staff, who are always ready to help. It integrates easily with Paypal, Sagepay, Facebook, eBay and Amazon.

While the store is easy to set up, to get the best out of it you should probably have some knowledge of HTML and CSS. It can be somewhat inflexible in it's behaviour. Additional functionality can be added, but isn't always easy to manage without repeatedly contacting the helpdesk or third party engineers.

This has so far been the most convenient service to use for selling on Instagram. I run an online designer shop and Ecwid fits perfectly for my current business needs.

I am on the VENTURE plan, which is pretty cheap, but if I am planning to run an e-commerce site as well, then the budget kind of piles up. Nowadays you can use a website builder which will provide the Instagram selling tool with your site, so do the math, whatever fits your pocket.

I love how easy and intuitive Ecwid is. It offers many great features and yet the learning curve is minimal. Ecwid helped us offer our services on many social platforms, which we previously hadn't been able to do.

So far, I can honestly say that I haven't encountered any negative aspects regarding Ecwid. Some of the templates aren't my thing but that's only my personal opinion.

I personally call ECWID as Easy WID, because of its ease of use. Great customer support. When I have some issues, their Customer Service Staff is always there to help me.

This software is almost plug and play. Very easy to use, so customizable, and it allows for brilliant graphics and interface responsiveness. I use this software for my own online store and I would highly recommend it. There is an app as well where you can sell and add or change products in your store.

The free version of this software allows way too little categories and products that can be added for online store. In order to get the most out of ECWID you need to spend quite a bit of money. I have spent that money and can say it is worth it. I would like to see more free products being able to be used in the free plan.
