Goed aan te leren en naar je eigen hand te zetten. Hoe vaker je er mee werkt hoe meer je met de software kan. En mocht je tegen vragen aan lopen heb je meestal binnen 24 uur een reactie van de klantenservice.

Inconvénients

Ik wacht nog steeds op een bepaalde aanpassing in de aanpassing van de uren status in een offerte. Maar als het goed is gaat dit ooit nog aangepast worden zodat je ook halve uren kan tonen. En als een dag meer dan 13 uur duurt hier gewoon 13,5 uur staat en geen 13:30 wat meer lijkt op half 2 's middags.

Daarnaast zou het CRM gedeelte in Rentman nog wat verbetering mogen hebben wat mij betreft.

Bei der Stundenerfassung wäre eine automatische Berechnung der Überstunden und Resturlaubstage angenehm.
Außerdem wären automatische/dynamische Kalendereinträge des Zeitplans eines Projektes fantastisch.

Being in the warehouse, I like to start my day by browsing the "projects" tab. I feel it is layed out nicely. I know right away which jobs are in the works, or have the greenlight for me to prep. It's a great tool for me to wrap my head around each job. I can easily go to projects, and open up a production breakdown for a job. Very helpful!

Dankzij Rentman hebben wij een goed overzicht over onze planning, verhuur van onze materialen en facturatie. Het is zo overzichtelijk dat ik we niets kunnen vergeten! We kunnen onze klanten snel een offerte bezorgen en op de hoogte stellen van de beschikbaarheid van de materialen. Zelf heb ik een planmatig en financieel overzicht wat ik elke dag als eerste check.

Af en toe mis ik eens een kleine optie maar niets essentieel. Ook helpen ze mij steeds verder of houden ze rekening voor de toekomst met deze opmerkingen

Die Zumietungen funktionieren nicht immer zuverlässig (oder wir verstehen nicht genau, was, wie zusammenhängt). Die Bestände i. den Projekten stimmen nicht immer.Beim Support habe ich den Eindruck, dass vor 2-3 Jahren mehr technisches Know how vorhanden war. Heute eher weniger, aber die Anfragen werden sehr schnell bearbeitet und es werden intern die technischen Fragen abgeklärt.

Die Anbindung an die Buchhaltungs-Software Sage 50 war direkt nicht möglich, wir mussten uns ein Conversion Excel Sheet bauen damit wir eine lesbare .csv Datei erhalten. Ein integriertes Tool in Rentman um eine passende Tabelle ausgeben zu können wäre sehr hilfreich.

Aus den Kontakten können keine Projekte erstellt werden, was für unseren Arbeits-Ablauf sehr hilfreich wäre

We can use "Rentman" from every Point of the world and any System because it´s a browser based online tool. We use it since two years and it´s running completely stabil and secure. It´s easy to use and you can give difeerent roles to every employee depending on his role in your Company. From our Point of view "Rentman" is the most powerful and flexible Software for Event-Companies which is available in the Moment. We tried also Easy-Job before but it´s too expensive, too complicated and also too unflexible because there´s no Cloud-Online-Solution. One of the main profits of Rentman is the Support they give to you along the whole time. We got an complete "StartUp-Workshop" via Online teaching for our complete Team, so afterwords everyone knew the main functions and advantages of rentman. If there should be a Problem you can call them anytime and they will fix it professionell and fast.

The Rentman App is nice to have but it´s not really complete funktional at the Moment, it should have more of the Features which is included in Rentman-Online.

The scheduling side of Rentman is very important in my role and the how easy it is for me to overview the movements and availability of all my staff. It is very easy to edit times and leave specific notes for specific crew.

It would be nice if Public Holidays/Weekends would show as a colour on the calendar as a warning for my account managers so as they are more aware when entering jobs.
