My experience so far has been great! InnRoad has a great team!

Avantages

Easy to use and to train my staff, and the personal service I receive when issues arise.

Inconvénients

Some very small interface options that I do not particularly like.

They explain and taught me things that kinda was hard to figure out from reading the online book. I love the fast service.

Inconvénients

they do not have an office in my Bed and Breakfest. Inn Road would be great if we can see them because they make you feel like they are part of our team. They ARE part of my team.

Have been an Innroad user for over 5 years

Avantages

The software is user-friendly, and I find the vendor to be very responsive to questions and problems. I can quickly get a support person on the phone, and if the problem cannot be solved easily, then a case is opened for us until it's resolved.

Inconvénients

The cost! We pay a monthly fee, plus a fee for number of transactions that pass through the payment gateway. Also, the online reservation option for guests is a bit confusing, and often I get calls that they did not think the reservation was completed - which is true because they did not see the "confirm" option. It doesn't seem as well-designed as it could be.

We absolutely love it!

Shout out to Nikita our Integration specialist, she was absolutely fabulous at helping us get everything moved from our last system to Inn Road. She also made our system so tailored to our needs that my entire office staff is now meeting their efficiency requirement.

Avantages

Initial integration was quick and easy. 24 hr customer support is great. Love that my set up team continues to check up on all of our staff to make sure everyone is comfortable and there are no issues.

Inconvénients

We have had a few super small issues, they were more computer related than they were Inn Road issues, but Inn Road customer service helped us in the ways they could anyways. Such as, the loading screens were taking too long, this was do to our cookies and history needing to be cleared on a daily basis and Inn Road customer support walked us thru that, even when they didn't have to.

innRoad

I truly enjoy the ease of use for this software, it was very easy for my staff to use and I to understand innRoad, they truly enjoy this software far more than our previous Hotel Management software, it was (once again) easy to use, easy to train others to use this software, organized and I could use it on multiple computers at one time, for example, I use it in my office, and all departments on our property have a computer and run this software.

I Highly suggest innRoad for your business.

It is very user friendly

Avantages

We enjoy how everything can be done from the home screen. You can check in guests, check out guests, make reservations and clean rooms all from the home screen.

Inconvénients

It is not as secure as we would like it to be. The credit card processing isn't as secure as I feel it should be.

InnRoad software review

The implementation process was very informative and well organized. The follow-on training videos were organized and very informative.

Avantages

The software is cloud based, accessible wherever an Internet connection exists.

Inconvénients

The report features are cumbersome and have a very high learning curve. Each hotel accounting at the end of the day is different, so building a capability to tailor reports to each property would be a plus.

Overall good.

Avantages

Does what we need it to do. Don't really know about "most". I just want things to work without much hassle. This works OK.

Inconvénients

Much of the setup is confusing and awkward. There is also a lot of features I'd never use. Sometimes the page loading time is very slow.

Great and easy system to lear

Overall great product

Ease of use, great customer service. The call I completed tonight was an absolute delight. She took the time to not only fix the issue I had, but to show me how to fix it myself in the future.

Inconvénients

Doing multiple room reservations could use some revamping..example, I had a group of people wanting 17 rooms, hitting copy 17 times, there has to be a better way

Easy functionality and great customer service

We have been using innRoad for our cabin resort since January 2017 and have enjoyed the transition. The hands down best part of this system is the continual training and updates. They are extremely easy to get a hold of with questions and are quick with a response.

Very Easy to Use

I would like to add a feature that allows me to access cancellations besides the ones that come from each of the different booking sites.

Avantages

I love the ease of use that InnRoad provides. I can maneuver all over the website without having difficulty figuring out what each tab describes. I like the fact that I can provide instant information for the customers when they call in to ask questions about their reservations. The customer service representatives have been very pleasant to talk to on the phone and have understood what I am trying to do.

Inconvénients

I think that the website could save the information as I am typing in case I have to stop in the middle of a reservations to answer the phone or do something else that is required of my job as a front desk clerk.

Avantages

I love how it talks between platforms and how seamless it operates on our website. Tracks everything we need as offsite owners.

Wonderful Program!

We replaced our old software system a year ago and moved over to the Innroad System. We couldn't have made a better choice! Our old system was very unforgiving when a mistake was made and very complicated to use. The Innroad system is very user friendly and very easy to train new employees on, but when there is a problem there is always help available. If we had it to do over again, I would definitely choose Innroad!

Pros: Easy program to use and train on!

Cons: We are a small Inn located on a college campus, our accounting is not streamlined like a normal self operated business, so some "work arounds" have had to be made.

Great System

I installed Innroad in 2011 for a new Inn I purchased after doing a lot of research on available systems. Innroad was by far the easiest system I found and my sales rep was incredible. Recently I purchased a second Inn and again installed Innroad as it is easy for multi properties. The 2 way interfaces are good. Customer Support is good and responsive. Some things are a little cumbersome but I recently trained a new member of staff on the system and she picked it up really quickly. Highly recommended.

User friendly, helpful staff

I don't like computers or being on them as a whole but with that being said, Innroad really cuts back on my computer time

Great App but Not Always

Avantages

Really easy to use. Our front desk clerks think that this app is one of the best for hospitality.

Inconvénients

Sometime runs really slow. And it takes some time to fix even little issues.. Our housekeeping has hard times most of the time due to apps daily system updates. It doesnt updates immediately.

Needs to be more user friendly though customer support is very good.

Functions and Features are very nice and tape chart visual representation saves a lot of time. Customer support is exceptional.

Inconvénients

Somehow a little hard to use. Sometime glitches make system log out without any warning and one can loose work.

Well worth it!

The ease of getting our Inn out there, also the use of the calendar for keeping reservations up to date.

5 Star experience

This is our first experience with an online booking engine. We were very unfamiliar with the process. InnRoad helped by patiently instructing us on how to use their software. It has been fairly easy, even for complete novices. We have appreciated all the people that we have worked with at InnRoad. They seem to put customer service at the forefront. So we can recommend them with confidence. And having the booking engine has increased our direct bookings and well as giving us a new avenue to obtain bookings through Expedia ( and other agencies).

Great program!!

I have been using this program for almost four years.
Because of it being so user friendly, I decided to use it at my motel that I just purchased.
I have used other programs and find this to being the absolute easiest to use.
The only suggestions that I have is to have auto fill when the zip code is put in.
Then the state and city would automatically be filled in.
Also, color coding the the "dirty rooms" on the tape chart would make it even more user friendly.
I hope these two requests are taken into consideration.

Pretty Darn Good!

Finding a reservation management system that was easy to use and affordable for a small 15 unit inn led us to innRoad. We find the system easy to navigate for all of our needs, and we have almost always had helpful and professional assistance from the Customer Support. Only lately have we experienced a few bumps in the road with support, but that is to be expected with a growing company. Our service representative checks in on us frequently to insure things are working well, what more can you ask for.

innRoad, a good choice for us!

Avantages

I like the fact that innRoad is user-friendly and enables you to correct mistakes easily. The software is very easy to train new employees on and enables me to log on and help my desk attendants online when I am away from the property.

Inconvénients

Tech support cannot always help in the evening hours. There are times that an issue will have to wait until the A-team techs are on duty the next morning.

Customer Service

Yesterday I had an issue with checking guests and I cannot remember the techs name but she recorded the issue and passed it on accordingly.
Had the same issue again today and they had already begun looking into it and were able to show me how to get guests checked in the meantime while they patch their software, The support staff was super helpful and resolved the problem in less than five minutes!
I love how reachable the support team is and always get the problem resolved.

Avantages

It's a corvette system.
All of the wonderful bells and whistles!
You can make it as simple as you like or as detailed.
The customer service is excellent and always ready to help.

Works for us!

We purchased InnRoad for our 4 small motel properties in 2012. The product was just what we needed when we began running these properties and is growing with us to help support situations as they have arisen. The support is always available and generally quick to resolve any issues, of course depending on the situation. It is pretty user friendly and we have had great success training the new staff that have come on board without any issue.

Royal Pain

Avantages

Some of the reports are good but can't get the breakdown as customized as i'd prefer.

Inconvénients

Can't seem to change anything ourselves. Everything has to go through support and it takes days before they think it's completed and email you asking if the issues are resolved. When you check the problems or changes are still there.

The road to an effective property management, innRoad!

Avantages

InnRoad was able to effectively improve small lodging operations and their reservation systems are astounding.

Inconvénients

The only thing they should take their time improving is their mobile website and features. Everyone has smartphones now come on!

We love this software!

Avantages

Two things: 24/7 customer support to keep my business running smoothly, and integration with my website which makes for a beautiful booking site that guests trust.

Inconvénients

I haven't had any problems so far. When I have questions, it's easy to get support on the phone. All the the customer reps seems to have a very firm grasp on the software and how to use it. They are much better than me, but explain it all with ease.

Works great!!!

I have been using it for over a year now, I love it, it is very user friendly. If ever I do have an issue I just call and I am helped right away. I would recommend this to others.

The out look is good but the function and preference is bad

Avantages

the outlook is great. The function is very straight forward.

Inconvénients

speed and the function does not match the hotel business.
Security is bad .

Helpful to the hopeless!

Avantages

I like that it syncs together several booking sites and notifies me by email when a reservation comes in. The support people are fabulous!!

Inconvénients

I am pretty small with only 3 room options and there are a lot of things I may not use and do not yet understand.

Always great

Always there till the end, very helpful

Avantages

That it is easy to use, like that they can see what I’m trying to do and help me threw the computer.

Inconvénients

Some times it takes a lot of time to get someone to talk to, I’m trying to work and get put on hold for quite awhile.

Learn a lot on my mistakes

Avantages

It is pretty easy once you learn how to use it, when you have never used it before. And the help desk is really good about helping you.

Inconvénients

There’s really nothing bad about it. Once you get the hang of it. I still have some trouble with it just trying to remember how to do it.

Quick, easy, and efficient.

Avantages

The program is so easy to use. The features are simple and efficient. It does what I want it to do when I want it done with out a hassle or wasting a lot of time.

I am a website developer and had a terrible time getting the new website hooked up to Innroad. Customer support was terrible and I couldn't even go in and change photos or update copy in their system.

Avantages

My client likes the way it works for his hotel.

The agent who helped me was very helpful, informative and very patient .

Overall, inroads is a very good computer tool for a hotel company .

Avantages

I love that the agents go above and beyond to help with any questions any one may have .They are always so helpful.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the features on the innroad set up can be a bit confusing . There aren’t much cons to the software.
