Its a great software to understand your customers as people.
Avantages
I use this tool to generate reports and analysis on all of our domains. Very appealing visuals and switching between trended view and ranked view. It is user-friendly and cost-effective.
Inconvénients
There is no proper governance on all dashboards. Please enhance it as overall implementation is cumbersome and time consuming.

My experience with Adobe Analytics has been a very cool one. I have not had any serious issues with it and its robust and powerful

Adobe Analytics is a very powerful data reporting tool. Data can be exported to pdf too. With Adobe Analytics i can track a whole lot of metrics. I also love the user interface.
Inconvénients
Adobe Analytics is very complicated and is not for beginners. The learning curve is steep. Its is quite expensive and might not be affordable for small enterprises. It can also be difficult to navigate.

Avantages
I really like how the analysis is broken down and that I am able to export quick results onto Excel. There is so much that I am able to customize too which is a lifesaver! Really helps me to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

I really do enjoy what I am able to customize; however, I have run into situations where I have to purchase ad ons to fully analyze data from marketing campaigns (which can be frustrating!).

Adobe Analytics is very user friendly. This tool provides good pattern visualization using bar graphs, pie charts etc. Generating reports using it very easy and generation of key performance indexes can also be done.
Inconvénients
It took a while to get familiar with the this tool. Sometimes when data is big, this tools lag in performance. It do analysis at slow speed. This delay is very annoying. No search capability of its own exist in this tool.
