Rydoo - amazing tool

Very great experience. We can solve all the issues managing the travel expense. Everything is recorded in the system with the relevant information. Most helpful part is the possibility to have the approval of the manager for the invoices.

Avantages

Rydoo is a great software for managing for expense management.
It's very easy to use and to learn. We are testing the tool since the last months and surprisingly we discovered a lot of interesting functionalities: upload the invoice, create user-manager, create a flow of approval, etc..
We are very happy with it and thinking to implement the solution for all our offices.

Inconvénients

At the moment it's difficult to find something wrong with the software as we are not using it for a long time. So far, so cool.

Great product so far

I need to track reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses. So far this has been the easiest way to do so. I plan to integrate it with my accounting software as well.

Avantages

How easy it is to import, categorize, and edit information. I like that I can track all kinds of expenses as well as reimbursable expenses.

Inconvénients

Loading a bulk of expenses takes a bit of time, especially when you must click on each one to edit. My only other complaint is about the iPhone app. I wish the taking a photo of the receipt, it would crop out the surrounding area and make it look like a scan like scanner apps do.

very useful app.

Before I found this app it was always a headache to claim my expenses for business trips. i am sure that I also lost money from receipts that went missing. Now I photo every receipt. It takes 10 minutes to prepare the report all converted automatically to the local currency. The service is very good by chat or even by phone if any problems are encounteres. i have added 17 users from my company.

Xpenditure Survey

I really like the use of Xpenditure. Updated App on my phone & do not like having to log on email and password every time I need to enter a receipt on my phone.

So far so good

I just joined and am helping a friend with some organization! So far, it's been a great tool! I was looking for a way to organize his many receipts and this seems like it's doing the trick!

Avantages

I love being able to upload the pictures of receipts so easily. I tried several programs and found this one worked the best for me. It was much user-friendly than the others.

Inconvénients

I'm still learning how to do it and I can't seem to figure out how to export a report with out like 50 fields. Wish I could choose which fields to export to save time when I get the report downloaded.

Scanning receipts is addictive

Since I've been using Xpenditure, I'm getting addicted to taking pictures of my receipts :) It's so cool to see that the app extracts all info and that I can add an expense type and a project. At the end of the month I can check my monthly expenses and generate reports for my accountant using the online account.

Customer support is also awesome, a feature request was deployed a week after my question.

CV Review 2017

This is just a great time saver most of the job is done with the Phone. A last review on computer remains necessary. Round invoices to be double check as it can be due to the format of some invoice (ie. when the figure in the bottom is the cash that you gave, not the amount that you paid)

Xpenditures

So far, I've been pretty impressed with how automated and "intelligent" the app is in determining merchant, receipt total, date, etc. I looked at several scanners and devices before deciding to give Xpenditures a whirl. I think it's going to free up a lot of my time spent entering data to a spreadsheet.

Avantages

That it reads the receipt and can "intelligently" determine merchant, amount, etc. from a picture taken with my phone. I think I'm really going to love using it!

Inconvénients

I haven't done much yet with the reports and such - but a tutorial giving pointers would be helpful in getting started and setting up my system preferences (maybe I missed it??? and it already exists?) I do like having Help Chat available!

A few annoying things on set up but good integration

Integrated with FreeAgent and provides a good image and posting service.

Works well. The set up was a bit tiresome and a couple of categories are somehow not working but overall a huge timesaver.

Xpenditure: Great product always here to help!!

I used Xpenditure to manage my finances and it has always been really helpful. This gave me the possibility to focus on other aspect of my professional life. Expenses Made Easy

I have been using Xpenditure for a few months now and can thoroughly recommend it. Very easy to use and saves me at least couple of hours a month in the expense claim process.

Love the ability to report at the end of each month with pictures of all receipts. So easy to snap a picture on your mobile device and have all your claims ready for review/approval at the end of the period.

I was going to give 4 stars, but as the mileage sub rate has just been released, I have boosted to 5 stars.

Well done, you have now completely converted me from manual entries and I also no longer need to use TripCatcher for my mileage too.

Xpenditure Review

This product has helped free up my time from spending countless hours processing expense reports. So far it seems to be a very valuable tool for us.

Avantages

It is very easy to use. I was able to add one of our employees and with very little instruction they were able to upload and submit expenses.

Inconvénients

One feature that would be nice to have is the ability to edit transactions from within a trip. I am still struggling to figure out the per diems but I am sure that will come with time.

Simple small business solution

It centralizes expenses easily and quickly

Great App and great service!

We use it to manage expenses for a small start up. It's the best option to report expenses we found after great searching. It does exactly what we needed: to see where the money is going away.

Avantages

Really easy to use. Even our most senior partners learned to report their expenses after a short tutorial. It's really intuitive. Costumer support is also great.

Inconvénients

It's a little bit expensive, but it's worth it. Free software doesn't work well with teams.

Love It

Xpenditure saves you a lot of time... and money

Very useful and convenient product, userfriendly. It really saves you a lot of time and thus money.

So far, didn't need to use the helpdesk.

I recommend this product to every one that needs to get rid of their expenses. I'm a big fan!

pretty user friendly and intuitive design

Poorly managed and maintained system

Cant say i like very much about this software. there is not very much that makes it different than most other expenses software. app is ok when it updates .

Inconvénients

Does not sync VAT to accounting software so you end up having to process everything twice. Not worth the money . Development /customer service unable to find reasonable solution

much better than Expensify

I tried the trial versions of both Xpenditure and Expensify or my organization. My team and I found the user experience of Expensify unintuitive and overly complicated. Their customer support took several hours on average to respond. Xpenditure is much more user friendly and simple, though it accomplishes the same things. Customer support took 5 minutes on average to respond during our business hours, even though we are in Texas and the company is based in the UK.

Xpenditure for a VERY small business

I have had exceptional live chat service throughout my trial period and it was a huge factor in deciding to go ahead with a subscription.

Avantages

Ease of use and set up was relatively easy compared to other accounting programs I've used before. For such a small business, we needed something simple and this seems to suit our needs exceptionally well.

Inconvénients

Setting up the GST component for Australian businesses and not having an Australian ABN in the set up. The wording in particular is confusing when trying to set it up in Aus. It is set up to show 10% but if you are only putting in partial GST you have to remove the GST and select something different because the program wont allow you to adjust the amount.

Helpful but quirky

Overall, Rydoo is sufficiently user friendly that I can do what I need to do, but it definitely isn’t the smoothest experience.

Avantages

I love that the software will pull information from the receipt I upload, reducing the data I have to input myself.

Inconvénients

The app does not sync well with the web portal and it is quite tricky to add a different payment method used.

Perfect for Business

From the receipt to submission of the yearly taxes, this one software does it all. Just click a picture of the receipt, choose the category and method of payment, and the rest is taken care of. At the end of the year, all I need to do is run a simple summary and it does all the bookkeeping for me. Summarizes all the yearly expenses in categories, and I simply note the final figure and give it to my accountant. Couldn't be easier. Has made my life that much easier. And if the tax guys need info, all the receipt details and a picture of the receipt are there..... For small businesses, this is a must for making bookkeeping so much easier and organized.

Amazing organization tools for trips

Avantages

Rydoo offers great tools for small and medium businesses that are in constant business trips, giving them the opportunity to access them without waiting and at low cost; simply a potential time manager. Allowing the user to know the costs invested in each trip without tedious rows.

Inconvénients

My only complaint is that the mobile application does not have all the information I need to know, even so, this has not caused me a big problem, and its customer service rewards it.

Full of functionality and easy to use xpenditure has helped us manage our expense system.

Being in a position to contribute in management decision making i implemented xpenditure in our dubai branch once i tested its demo version. since then i never get complaints about month end disputes between cashier, accountants and purchase boys. now we can sort expenses by category, who purchased it, and by project. it automatically highlights potential duplicate bills. it also involves real time approver system. and recently i found out about advances so it become even more easy for us to keep track of money with individual.
there are more and more functionality like we can associate it with other ERP Module such xero, sap, and so on.

A really clever idea!

I stumbled across this system by pure chance. I had been looking for a blended input base where I can use a smartphone but also a regular web browser. I'm a single-user consultant and also ways loosing receipts. Now, this system helps me structure projects and trips really well and has a very nice interface to show me what's happening. The support team in Belgium are superbly friendly and always available. Great stuff!

Great tool for Expenses

Have been testing this product out for our office adaption. Very easy to keep up on all the daily travel expenses that used to build up on trips. Now I just scan them into phone app and add a few notes. No more spending hours sorting through the mess of small receipts. Chat support has also been great the 1 time I needed help printing a report.

Xpenditure Expenses

This app is fairly user friendly, but we have had frequent issues with the app and the mileage functionality hasn't always worked. Their customer support team has been responsive so I believe they will improve but the first few months using this software hasn't been without its problems. We are hoping the next updates fix all the bugs and they will be a great asset for us in the future.

Good application with good price

Xpenditure works fine and it is very friendly for the users. For admins, it is easy to manage and it has many features. I just miss the possibility of exporting to Excel the filtered data of some listings.

Day 1 review of Xpenditure

So far I am pleasantly surprised by the ease of use of this program, and excited to make my quarterly HST reporting so much easier. I have only started using this program, but so far would highly recommend. I am sure I still have so much to learn about all the great features! Canadian friendly!

Great option to keep expenses at bay

Ryddo is my first experience using a expense manager and I am very pleased with the experience, the app itself is very smart automatic data recognition is something else.

Inconvénients

Not much of a con since i am learning the app ways, but i felt the mobile application could be better sometimes there is a few information that dont sync properly with the desktop version and the mobile app version

Good product shame about the loading

Simple enough to use. Takes a long time to process receipts through the app. Seems to work best by emailing the receipts in. Good customer service, always quick replies to questions.

Inconvénients

Slow loading times. Need more help/info buttons next to things to show what they do

Very userfriendly expense system

Xpenditure is very easy to use. The app is a great tool for uploading your receipts instantly, the OCR recognition engine could be improved. (You have to wait for a while before you can continue/submit your receipts.) The internet application is a very nice tool with multiple reports and easy download functionalities into excel. Another aspect that could be improved is the corporate credit card functionality, uploading the statements is really time-consuming, an automatic feed with the credit card company could be a solution.

Xpenditure Makes Managing Business Expenses Fun & Easy

Tried this program and immediately fell in love. It is easy to use and I actually enjoy uploading my expenses. It is making me feel organized and on top of things.

I search high and low

Xependiture still have a little way to go on ironing out some kinks however I am very impressed with the product and the service I've received

Best expenses tracing tool ever

I was searching for a software capable to keep track of my company expenses and after some research i found this site (and app) and i never stopped using it.
