Very useful tool, very convenient and simple.
I haven't got off into eploring more than uploading receipts but that alone is awesome so anything else just make it even better

Time saver!
Xpenditure has changed my expense handling from being horrible to smooth and easy. A process that was complicated and time-consuming is now controlled and simplified. Receipt are not lost as easily, input time is dramatically reduced and company credit card owner can handle easily take care of 80-90% of the job without losing any time.
The cons are small UX updated needed in the app. Currently, it takes to many clicks to upload new pictures. That about the only negative comment I have.

Bye bye paper receipts!
You know the hassle. Coming home after a business trip, the last thing you want to do is work your way through all the receipts and invoices you have collected during the trip. Good news: Xpenditure takes away a big part of that hassle. Just open the app on your smartphone, take a picture of the paper receipt with your phone's camera, upload, fill out a couple of data fields, submit and ... you're good to go!
Avantages
It takes away most of the hassle with paper receipts and you can submit while you are still on the go.
Inconvénients
The occasional error you need to correct, such as when the receipt mentions "$" and the software typically only recognizes it to be US Dollars.

Good software
This software help us to organize our expense report. It is practice and enough usual, besides that to be easier to handling.

Perfectly designed
I have tried just about every product on the market, free to expensive. Xpenditure is far and away a better designed product that is so user friendly you wonder why you haven't tried it before.

My companies expense reporting - good enough
Avantages
Easy to learn. Easy to upload receipts. Good history of expenses. Good usage of information captured from receipts.
Inconvénients
Could be better smart classification of receipts. Could be better use of tagging. Would be nice to also have a good mobile app with scan and upload.

Love scanning receipts
Avantages
This expense reporting tool saves me tons of time. Instead of typing over receipts into an Excel sheet, I just take a picture of the receipts I receive. At the end of the month, I generate an expense report in just a few clicks.
Inconvénients
It was hard to find some settings I really wanted to change, but the support department helped me with that.

Happy New User with Only a few recommendations for improvement.
Customer Support has been incredible, via email and online chat. Virtually Instant. The couple of times where the UI hasn't felt intuitive and I was confused they answered my questions right away.
Avantages
I like that it links with my bank. And is generally intuitive and looks great. Love being able to select expense reports.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a simpler way to track which Items have been put on an expense report/Items that have been paid.
Im a Canadian and use a lot of US services so sometimes the exchange of currency doesn't register

Easy, beautifull expense management
Was looking for an easy way to organise my expenses, had a few criteria and Xpenditure met them all (email-forwarding, OCR via app, and good looking reports with images)
Avantages
Email forwarding, OCR via app, great reports, good pricing model for freelancers.
Inconvénients
Uploads via app and OCR recognition is sometimes slow.

Great product for easily entering expenses using OCR, with great support team
Xpenditure makes it very easy to enter expenses without lots of manual entry. OCR pulls out the required details from a photo of the expense. Mobile app means you can snap expenses on the go.
Also, allows a sync with accounting software to make things even easier.
Occasional hiccup with integrations into accounting software, but the support team are fantastic and help out a lot.

I am a new subscriber of Xpenidture, so far satisfied with swift and efficient customer support, interphase between smart phone and PC seems smooth, simple yet powerful expense management system. I travel extensively throughout the year, scan receipt and manage expense whenever time allows, free myself from tedious stapling and cross checking with statement, etc........

Excellent service that saves me hours every month. Well worth the price.
Get a receipt and take a photo, then the software does OCR and completes the expense as best it can. It usually does this very well. Currency conversions are handled well, and reconciliation with CC statements is a time saver.
Expenses can also be added by forwarding emails, and this is also very good.
Customer service via chat is reasonably fast and friendly.

Most important for us as frequent travellers is the easy to use and quick application.
Also as approver easy overview of incoming receipts, great comments like "duplicate".
The only con for me as approver is that for every receipt I receive an email. Will be nice if an employee can collect his receipts and then send it as 1 email with all receipts included..

Xpenditure takes the whole expenses process to the next level. Done with too much paper work.
Because our offices, of VK Architects & Engineering, are scattered all over Belgium and abroad, the whole expense process is much easier to manage. Done with waiting for the approval, with the online software we have a better overview of every detail. Even with people who works abroad all the time. Xpenditure takes the whole expenses process to the next level.

Easy to use, saves me time and money
With the Xpenditure app in my pocket I can digitize receipts when I receive them. This way I don't lose any receipts again, and I don't have to type all of my expenses in an excel sheet.
At the end of the month I visit my online account, and with just a few clicks I can generate my expense report and send it to my accountant.

This is great for expenses. I love the fact that you can go online or on the app (although I can't add my multiple destinations in one day on the app but I'm sure it will come-r even better a partnership with Waze so Xpenditure would automatically add the kms to my expenses?).
Frankly this has changed my life by making it so much simpler!

Saving time and money for the company and the team
Paradoxally both the Finance team at our company and the team as a whole are very much satisfied with xpenditure. We don't have to worry about expense notes anymore, the links with our bookkeeping tools are very smooth, much less paper and filing needed, more efficient reporting and validation, and above all: thin wallets ;)

Great for tracking expenses for consultants and small businesses
I tried this out first just with the App to use for tracking expenses and it was easy to use and helped keep everything in order. There could be some room for improvement on making it even easier to use, but it is the best I've found to date for sure for everyone in my business or line of work.

Easy to use expense mobile app for work
Great mobile app that keeps track of all my work receipts so I can get reimbursed promptly. Xpenditure is easy to use and keeps me organized, especially when I'm on the road.

User friendly and time saver
Xpenditure really understands the pain of expense management, but it also takes away this pain by a streamlined proces of digitizing receipts with smartphone apps and reporting towards my accountant without any difficulties. At the end of the month my expense report is generated in a nice PDF file.

WONDERFUL SOFTWARE
The pros of this software begin with GREAT customer service!! They are always available to help or guide me through any glitches on either end. The software is easy to understand and offers a wide variety of uses.
The only con is that the software can be slow when switching among each feature.

instead of spending lots of time typing, filling in spreadsheets and even glueing receipts on paper in order to submit, you just take a picture, use existing menus for the description and Xpenditure does all the rest. Super easy and convenient

Xpenditure - The simplest expense reporting software
Avantages
It is user friendly and there is always customer support available and willing to help.
Inconvénients
There are still glitches in the system and changes happening to fix them. I like that there are changes being made based on customer feedback, however you get adjusted to one way of doing things and then abruptly there's an update.

Organised and efficient
The xpenditure program has allowed my invoices to be far better organised and no more keeping faded receipts!

Rydoo Review
Great way to manage travel and expenses for a small office in which travel occurs often. Definitely has helped make our the process of filing expense and reimbursement forms more efficient.

Rydoo is another travel and expense management app that our office is trying out. Overall, the interface is user friendly and easy to understand.
Inconvénients
The auto receipt capture can sometimes be a little finicky and not read all the relevant data, but this doesnt occur too often.
