Kissflow has been an integral part of the operations team's workflow development for several years, serving as a connector between our various IT platforms. At first, we focused on its Workflow feature, but now we are exploring its Dashboard feature and its Application feature.

Workflows and Boards do not have an adequate development and testing environment, which hinders the ability to implement an industrialized development process.

I like that I can create the exact workflow that I need for our use case. The system can handle most requests and is extremely customizable.

It's not as intuitive as I would like so I often need to enlist the support team, however, they are always readily available and quick to respond and help me.

Kissflow is a great BPM tool for citizen developers. Its drag and drop functionalities helped me a lot with business workflows since I wasn't really experienced with coding.

Customizations and integrations are quite limited compared to other BPM tools in the market.

I think that this software does not require coding, which made it easier since I had limited coding experience. Software was quick to learn. I also think the layout and design were clean and easier to follow.

This software tended to crash or be slow to load which made it harder for me to work.I also think the customization features were limited, and I used other software to complete some of my tasks.

Ability for me to design and deploy my business process workflow, project and cases almost immediately with little or no support.

The features I would like to see introduced is the ability for me to convert my tables into PDF without any external integration.

Kissflow has a few key advantages. The first is user friendliness which helps to take the system to various levels of stakeholders. Also, Kisflow is easy to customize according to the business requirement which saves a lot of money spent on developers

Sometimes Kissflow is a bit complicated to introduce formulas and field restrictions.

This application commits a lot of things however it's features are very very buggy

The software allows to notify and process the work in progress in a paperless way. The decision making process is transferred automatically among positions in the decision flow. This have saved a lot time on our daily work. The comments and problems are also storage on cloud, which can be extracted at any time and from any where to solve the issues in a quicker way.

Inconvénients

The software flow is sometimes rigid to overpass decision steps, which requires involvement from system manager. This led to some delays in decision making progress.

Avantages

The user interface is clear and easy to use.
The form builder is powerful and flexible enough for most of our needs.

Inconvénients

When we tried to automate real processes (not just the "vacation request" workflow), the product was simply not powerful enough.

The process modeler has strong limitations, it doesn't use any standard modeling notation, it is difficult to set up advanced behaviors (no interrupting timers, parallel routing, and joining, etc.).

When we asked for the support it was very slow to answer, the operator didn't understand our needs... not a friendly relationship.

We had to shut it down and start with another product.

We use this software to make payment requests as well as to keep people financially accountable within the organization.

It works very well and ensures a great workflow between different departments that may be involved in the finance process

It has a mobile app which makes things even easier. The push notifications let you know in real time when payments have been processed. This is helpful especially in urgent situations.

Inconvénients

I find it difficult to download all previously uploaded receipts (from one request ) at a go . I have had to download one at a time which is quite a tedious process

With this software I can easily which of my projects is active which is in agreement and which is finished it's easy to use and saves you a lot of time

Avantages

Cost seemed reasonable until you needed any support and then you realize how awful KissFlow is. All of the support staff we talked to didn't speak English that well and had Indian accents. They weren't that friendly and you could tell they were just pushing sales quotas.

Inconvénients

The customer support was horrendous. Some features were limited. The exported form appearance didn't look that great.

Would highly recommend NOT using Kissflow.
