Jobber Improves Efficiency & Makes Us Look Good :)
Overall we love Jobber! It has made things much easier with invoicing our builders which we do daily. It has made communications with our crews easier. It has saved our crews time, before we got Jobber each foreman would meet with his crew at whatever Home Depot or Lowe's they were working closest to that day, this was done so that they could hand out materials and assign jobs. Now our foreman assigns jobs to each crew member the afternoon before and delivers the materials to the jobs they are at. It has made our operations so much smoother.
Avantages
I love the ease of use and the ability to have customers sign off on jobs as well as the customer facing portal where they can see appointments, make appointments, make payments, etc.
Inconvénients
The only thing I wish they would do in the customer facing portal is allow the client to see the title of the Job that a visit is scheduled on. The reason is that when we have customers that have multiple homes (frequently), property managers & builders (our biggest market) and multiple projects they do constantly ask us which appointments are for which properties or work. I also wish the reports were a bit better, meaning I would like to be able to pull a time keeping report by job, this would be helpful for many reasons but primarily on Time and Materials. We have a lot of jobs going on at any given moment so this would be helpful.

Cost we did like that feature that we could do the layouts, my recommendation to jobber would be to reach out to myDoma and see if you could provide an integration because they are cost effective and amazing at layouts. People could have the top tier of Jobber and myDoma connected and still save money and have a KILLER system. Also Houzz locks people into a 12 month contract and their customer service is AWFUL. Best Decision we made as a Roofing Company
It was a tough transition, but we did it in only a few months. From being an entirely paper company, to nearly 100% online. Jobber support has been a blessing throughout this time too, they're great. I haven't had to contact them now for some time.
Setup was extremely simple, and the amount of time you'll save as a team is the most valuable thing. It's eliminated extra leg work, and makes it easy for everyone (for us a team of 50+ - in field and office) to communicate and keep notes updated. Everyone is on the same page.
Avantages
It's simple. For those companies that use a "pipeline method" to move jobs along from step A-Z like we do (construction). Makes it seamless, you know who's going and when, everyone can add notes in or any important detail. You can connect external apps to automate certain processes to eliminate the leg work.
Another feature we really love is the follow up - you send an estimate to the customer and it will follow up with them how ever many times over X number of days. Beats making all those phone calls!
We also like how the customers have their own individual hubs and can view open invoices or work orders and estimates.
Inconvénients
Initially there were some lowish ACH daily limits, they've since increased that which is great for a company our size. We can get those funds faster!
Unless you use the software this wont make sense. But if you collect a payment in a customer account, if you categorize it as a "Deposit" you cant freely move this payment to whatever invoice from the outside. You need to go into an invoice, edit it, and collect it from there. It's more of an inconvenience. So what I do is just collect all checks as a "payment" instead of a "deposit" to make it faster.
When you collect a payment as a "deposit" DURING the process of signing and approving a quote, you don't have the issue I am speaking about above. The PRO's heavily outweigh any cons though with jobber.

There & Back Again
Our business used Jobber in 2021. We found over the course of that year that there were several features that we needed which were not part of Jobber. We loved the support and general model of the software, but the particular features were critical for us. So we were forced to leave for 2022 & 2023. We stayed in contact though, and eventually found our way back in 2024 once the features we needed were added! Now, we are here to stay!
Avantages
Jobber is ALWAYS improving! They are continuously working to find ways to improve the software to add value to our business.
Inconvénients
Sometimes features can take a long time to develop.

Excellent CRM for sole traders and smaller businesses!
Really great, while it fits you! Good value for money.
Avantages
When we started with Jobber, we replaced Google Sheets as our "CRM". Jobber was a HUGE improvement and we have expanded our business several times over thanks to Jobber. It suited our needs quite well and I am very grateful.
Inconvénients
As we expanded more, there were new things we needed that Jobber could not do. Jobber is great at what it does and for a small operation up to maybe 20 or so people, it is amazing - and a great value, too! However, we eventually reached a level, where we needed to implement more and more Google Sheets again to track things Jobber could not be made to report on and to record other things.

Happy customer
Excellent when we decided to use jobber our business has become more organized and efficient it helps keep track of our returning customers and our new customers, also helps with communication with our customers by email we use the marketing opportunities to run special each month to generate business, stay on top of quotes, keep track of routes, employees profit proformance and overall company revenue. Hands down way better than the old fashion way of paper and pens we used to use. Jobber has helped bring my company from the mom and pop company of old to one of the major competitive company we have become.

Not much haven't had to many complaints, my employees find it easy to use and office staff like the way it keeps things organized. Customers seem to like the online payment opportunity and the abilities to review their account. Communication with custom is also a plus the online request helps keep the phone lines open for new business to call.

Overall, it has been a good experience. We defiantly like it & has benefitted our business in more then 1 way.

We like the usability of the software not only for team members but for our customers as well.
Inconvénients
Job costing & tracking for longer or larger jobs is rather cumbersome or nonexistent in Jobber.

GREAT PROGRAM. NEEDS A COUPLE KINKS WORKED OUT HOWEVER ITS A BANG FOR THE BUCK
Overall experience, I’d say about a 7 1/2 or eight from the very beginning till now, you guys have fixed a lot of bugs throughout the years so it’s getting better but the two things I mentioned up top would be beneficial to everybody

I like the price point of Jobber and the easiness of it.

The main two things I do not like about this program first is if you have a invoice or a quote wrote out in someone’s name you can’t just go in there and change the name and address. You have to start a whole entire new quote and copy and paste it would be a lot more use a friendly if you could just add the adding of it so the same invoice or QUOTE can be sent.
The second thing I don’t like about it is I have to do monthly bonuses for our employees every month and I have to calculate their sales. I wish there was a way to be able to click on the area where the names are so they can get all jumbled up into one group each so it’s easier to calculate, or be able to just look up the technicians name and see how much they sold that month in sales. Right now I have to go through each individual invoice from the legacy invoice section and calculate each person’s invoices throughout the entire month and it takes forever.

Booked and Busy
This is the first platform we have used for our service business. It has worked out quite well, because it was easy to learn and it functions as we need it to.

Michlawn Services Reivew for Jobber
Overall we have been with Jobber for 5+ years and it does everything we need and more. Highly recommend it to any company in the service industry.
Avantages
The automatic invoicing, syncing of data to multiple different platforms, integration of reviews and marking, and ease of use! Jobber takes a lot of the follow-up and day-to-day busy tasks off our hands! Allows us to get back to what we are good at!
Inconvénients
I'm not sure if it's a Jobber issue or a Gusto issue, but sometimes the timesheets don't sync. Other than that, no complaints!

Efficient and Affordable!
Our company has been using Jobber for the last 5 years.
The software is simple to use, whether you are a computer guru in the office or a technician getting your hands dirty in the field.
Avantages
Jobbers pros: The website is perfect for office employees while the app is a great tool for technicians. I love how easy it is to chat with Jobber and that you can even recommend new ideas to their software team. The flow of the software is efficient and streamlined. Everything is connected, We love that we can change settings/permissions for each individual employee/tech.
Inconvénients
Cannot integrate with QB Desktop, you must have QB online.
Cannot add a CC fee automatically to all quotes/invoices

Love & Hate Relationship with Jobber
The Software works for us. Does 80% of the tasks we want to accomplish for running the business. But at the same time, we wish there was some way to provide some feedback and get some improvements to the software.
Avantages
Simple to use, good workflow, good mobile phone app, good technical support.
Inconvénients
- Poorly designed 'user interface'. Not very intuitive.
- Lots of 'Bugs' and 'Bites" in the software. Many limitations too.
- Poor integration with QuickBooks online and Company Cam.
- No easy way to give feedback & recommend improvements

Jobber Review
We have really enjoyed our experience. One of my technicians has told me that you guys will do partnerships via social media sometimes. I would love to visit more about what that would look like. We don't really have a following or anything like that, but I feel like we are a decent size company that would be good for your advertisements. If there is an opportunity there, please reach out.
Avantages
The scheduling, we can schedule out as far as we like. The guys enjoy seeing their future schedule as well.
Inconvénients
Not much, of course we would like to see some changes. The progress billing could be better. The other thing we have noticed is it would be nice to move a quote directly to invoice instead of first having to make it a job.

Streamlined, Efficient, and Client-Friendly – Jobber Has Transformed My Business!
Overall, my experience with Jobber has been fantastic! It’s made running my business smoother by streamlining day-to-day operations and saving me time; in any service business, time is money, and Jobber allows me to dedicate my time to money-making tasks. The automation features and Client Hub have helped improve our efficiency and the client experience. I couldn’t imagine going back to how we did things before with another software that was twice the monthly investment!
Avantages
Jobber has been such a game-changer for our business! The automation features make life so much easier by handling quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and even payment reminders and review requests—it’s like having an extra team member who never misses a beat. I also love the Client Hub because it gives our clients a super simple way to see their quotes, invoices, and schedules whenever they need them. It’s been a huge help in creating a better client experience and building trust, which has been a big part of our growth.
Inconvénients
While I absolutely love Jobber, there are a couple of areas where I think it could improve. The reporting features, while helpful, could go a step further with more advanced options, like better tools for analyzing profitability by client or service type. I’ve also found that some of the workflows feel a bit rigid—it would be great to have more flexibility to customize certain processes to fit the unique needs of my business.

Love Jobber and highly recommend it.
I love Jobber. It's allowed the service division to become more efficient since introducing Jobber to our department. With the efficiency we've had trackable growth.
Avantages
Jobber is easy to learn and train others to use. I love how efficient it is to quote, schedule, and invoice jobs.
Inconvénients
I wish there was an option to have more than 1 request form. We have multiple types of jobs that could be integrated into our website if additional request options were available.

Would Recommend
Really good.
I am involved in a business coaching group and we hear about CRMs quite a bit from other similar industries. It does not seem like the grass is greener somewhere else and Jobber has my vote for what I think is the best for our organization and what we do.
Overall the CRM is going to be one of the most important pieces of a small business so... it's REALLY important that you gain a pro-level understanding of its functions & capabilities. Sometimes it's necessary to adjust your process to fit within those peremeters.
Avantages
We have 20 employees and onboarded 50+ new clients in some of our busier weeks. We absolutely could not manage that without a great CRM. From new leads to quotes, follow ups to scheduling... Jobber allows us to manage our new clients, existing clients, and team to get the job done.
New features like Marketing and AI are some great tools we have been getting to know and implement. We have been especially pleased with some of the marketing tools that have allowed us to choose certain groups of clients from our data-base and email them. We've had a pretty solid conversion rate on those emails and plan to send out those emails every few weeks.
Syncing with Quickbooks is a huge value add and allows us to maintain a very small "bookkeeping" footprint.
Inconvénients
It is somewhat basic in functionality, There have been a lot of small things that we wish we would have had.... ei more functionality in quoting, follow-up, and project management capacity - but the basics are there.
There have been a lot of new additions in the last few months that have really increased the value Jobber brings to the table, especially when it comes to quoting templates and AI for reporting purposes.
With the volume we deal with, its not realistic to think that any one CRM is going to check all the boxes, but with a couple of reports and spreadsheets, we can get all the information we need from New client channels, Conversions rates, team metrics, and financials. Jobber is somewhat limited in its ability at this time to have a detailed dashboard like the one we rely on.
They keep on adding new functions and capabilities which is nice, but there have been a few that should have been a thing years ago. The "leads" tag is one of these, We have had a new client lead special field for 3 years now only to get that as a standard option in the last few weeks. This is fundamental for a business to understand where leads are coming from and where to invest marketing funds.
I do like the chat team quite a bit as you are able to chat with a live person with questions. They can answer basic functionality questions very well, but often we have heard "We will pass that on to the development team."

Overall, we’ve been very happy with it compared to other products similar that we have tried out. We feel price is very fair for what we get out of the service and are comfortable with it.
Avantages
The phone app and the mobile features. As the owner, I love that I can see in real time. What is going on with the company.
Inconvénients
The lack of ease for reporting numbers on the technicians.

Jobber has been a pleasure to work with!
Overall Jobber has been a pleasure to work with, has saved me plenty of time, and is a great all in one software to increase productivity.
Avantages
Jobber runs smoothly, and does a great job of keeping everything centralized and efficient in our back end office as well as keeps the field well informed.
Inconvénients
There are some tiny efficiency improvements or specific things that would greatly increase the value of the product. I find that Jobber still marks clients that are not active as active. (I don't archive them, perhaps that's the work around?) The schedule isn't shown while scheduling jobs or assessments, another small thing as I open a tab on a separate screen, and I was hoping to be able to leave notes for our staff at each step of the client journey, pertaining to that specific step. That is not a feature. The biggest thing is jobber has two time clocks but doesn't separate the hours when integrating with your payroll service. I pay 2 separate wages, one for driving (general time) and another for cleaning (Job time). I have to manually log the different times and then edit the payroll. It would also be helpful if I could set tips paid to auto distribute to employees that worked on that specific job compared to manually sourcing them and distributing.

Quoting went from 60+ minutes to less than 5 minutes
Jobber has moved us from paper and siloed systems that were clunky at best to an interface that allows us to see our entire business at a glance.
Avantages
Jobber is a tool that works well out of the box. Having worked in complex health and manufacturing organizations, I have seen firsthand what sort of messes happen when the software as seen as the solution to all operational facets. Jobber works well to support companies that have good standard processes. It is also priced in an extremely accessible way for small business to get the advantages of such a complete field service management tool. They are savvy in that they can make money on credit card transactions but also provide this seamless transaction experience with the lowest transaction cost that we have encountered.
Inconvénients
Change orders, pulling quoted options to a job, being able to update a job location once the job is created. Small inconveniences that we have workarounds for until the functionality is added.

Avantages
How good the program looks. It's seamless, easy to use, clients love the look of proposals. It's the iPhone of home service software.
Inconvénients
The only thing I could say is that Jobber is a jack of all trades, literally. It works for plumbers, HVAC, cleaning companies, and landscapers like my self. They add features and integrations to help tailor the product to each trade.

Great and soon it will be greater.
It is the best on the market for our business, but it is still lacking in some areas. I have no doubt one day they will be perfect but there is definitely growing pains as our business grows with jobber.
Avantages
The customizable fields to cater jobber to your business. New features like Sales rep statistics is a welcome addition. We didn't know that we needed it but once jobber set it up we find ourselves pulling the reports for data.
Inconvénients
Customer service isn't the best. After you get through the ai bot usually the representatives say that they will follow up to the developer team. I do not like when the display changes four times within a season.

First Year in Jobber
This is our first year with Jobber and we have really been able to move faster and get things done easier than our old program. We do not regret moving to Jobber and plan to stay with them for a long time. So far major improvements for us over our last CRM.
Avantages
It brought all of the programs into one program. From invoice to Quotes and even inter staff communication.
Inconvénients
The GPS integration is lacking and does not really help us track the fleet.

Exceptional in every facet of my daily use and invaluable to my supporting team

The general ease of use was my initial favorite part of using Jobber. In the year since implementing this tool I have grown to love how committed J9bber is to updating and improving it's features.
Inconvénients
I have no negatives about Jobber that I can think of.

Great platform for cleaning
Any concerns, or learning needed were promptly guided through so I was at ease with the platform. Communication is quick. And the resolutions quicker
Avantages
Jobber has funnelled my clients and helped streamline my automation. I love the chat option that is accessible anywhere in the world. Clients know when I'm arriving, the price they're paying and can do all this with a click of a button
Inconvénients
The monthly fees are fairly high for Canadians , with the conversion. I wish it integrated with gmail calendar so I don't have to use two calendars

Jobber user for life!
We've been using jobber for a few years now and it has taken our company to a different level! The App, scheduling, time tracking, billing, customer communication and the fact that they have widgets/other companies that coincide with Jobber to help with our website and reviews. These are all features that we utilize every single day of operation. I would recommend Jobber to anyone looking to take your company to the next level and get away from paper work-orders, time sheets, outlook calendar and the other old school ways of running things.
