Avantages
CleanCloud does everything I need it to do at a reasonable price. It streamlined our in-store operations and completely simplified our pickup/delivery business.
Inconvénients
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I'd have to give this some thought.

The Best Choice for Small or Large Laundromats!!
Love it! Most affordable software I have found that doest nickel and dime you to death with extra features. They take customer suggestions and actually put them into fruition. They do polls about your concerns and try to work them out.
Avantages
The monthly cost. The fact that I didnt have to purchase a POS system its online. I can access it anywhere. I can cancel or upgrade at any time. Ease of use once setup. Free booking software and web.
Inconvénients
Generic looking booking tool. Would like to be able to add some pizazz!

A great tool foor growing your business.
Overall I love the people and the knowledge they have. They are easy to work with and i love the webnars when they do updates. Great communication.
Avantages
I love the tracking of the orders for the customer. I appreciate the fact that every customer is updated through the process from when it is picked up to when it is delivered. The fact that they can get updates via text or email allows me to close more deals with customers knowing they have control during the process.
Inconvénients
The lack of flexibilty in your payment plan. I prefure payment mid month for the next month but they only allow on the first of the month and you cant prepay unless you pay the whole year i. Advance.

Works! But has its limitations, like everything. Best I've found so far.
Avantages
The simplicity of the staff entering orders is great. Cleancloud is great with wanting to make a difference and improve their systems. They're listening to their users, and improving.
Inconvénients
EFTPOS integration, would love Tyro as an option. The User Experience on the management side could definitely improve.

Making life easier for Laundromats.
Im very happy with clean cloud once you get used to it its very easy to use, adding new items, updating my prices,text notification, pick up and delivery, having an app, I feel like clean cloud have it all to run a Laundromat/dry cleaning business.
Avantages
I like clean cloud text/email notifications when orders are ready, my costumers love to know when their orders are ready for pick up.
Inconvénients
the only thing I dont like about clean cloud is the file format they use to download reports. Im used to PDF files.

Best dry cleaning software!
Been with cleancloud now for 7 years and could not be happier. Great software, great service and competitively priced.
Avantages
Love that the software is easily accessible anywhere I am. If I am on vacation and need to go in and check my metrics … it’s there. If I need to adjust a customers order…. I can with a few simple clicks.
Inconvénients
They are based in London so their response time sometimes lags.

Inconvénients
When scanning in an item, I find don't like that if you scan a barcode, it won't tell you that it already exists. For instance, on new order page, If i am checking in a blouse (click blouse) then scan barcode, it wont tell me if that barcode already has been entered. I can go to the barcode tab and scan it, but then I risk it not being entered, me having to double click out and then go back to the blouse. I wish I could just scan the barcode under blouse, if it doesn't exsist, it prompts me to create new item, or if it does, it would automatically add saved info.

Inconvénients
Too many vendors to contact for customer service help. There are 3 vendors when there is a problem that I may have to contact and not knowing which one is annoying!!!! There is CleanCloud themselves and if they can't help then I have to go to the CleanCloud authorized POS Vendor I purchased the equipment from and then if they can't help I have to go to the POS equipment manufacturer. There needs to one customer service number with a person who can oversee the handling of the issue and facilitate the final resolution without having to call all over the place!!!

Overall experience has been good, support has been helpful. Understand that it is still a relatively new software and is still improving.
Avantages
Offers the ability to chat live with support and also submit suggestions for items you would like to see customized or changed.
Inconvénients
Fabricare system had more reports and ease of use on many features

Avantages
Easy to use, ability to quickly add additional store, along with cloud access to data. You can add additional in less than 10 minutes of time, it is really great if you are adding stores with similar retail offerings.
Inconvénients
Directly not being able to cancel or refund orders submitted.

Excellent Product for Laundromats
Been very pleased with the product, once I got used to the features. There is a slight learning curve, but the support team is very good in guiding the user to get the best out of the product.

Avantages
CleanCloud is very user friendly for my employees. I have a wide range of age in my employees and they have all adapted well to using CleanCloud. I also love that I can pull up the program at home to address issues or send invoices.
Inconvénients
We have some confusion with our specific laundromat getting messages from a different laundromat a few states away. I've sent a support message but the bugs haven't quite been worked out yet.

Intuitive and always being updated
Setup took a little longer than expected because I had to manually go in and set the pictures for each button. Overall I am very happy with the product, and love how I am getting notified everyday on updates and improvements they are making to the system. Next for me is to start getting the custom app developed for my business. Clean Cloud is helping us to bring our business into the 21st century and stand out against our competitors.
Avantages
Everything is where it should be. Finding what is needed is possible with just a few clicks. Training employees on this software is also a huge bonus, because the buttons have pictures, and it makes it quick to learn how to do the basics when I have turnover at one of my stores.
Inconvénients
To have pickup and stops from my driver to my other stores, I have to set up my stores as a customer. This creates orders like it would for a regular customer. So everyday, I have to go in and delete the orders that were created for the store after my driver picked up the items.

Avantages
Easy to use and cloud base which is important to us. Loads of features that once you have used it for some time (6 months) you are able to easily navigate all that you need. Very user friendly and plenty of help from teh online staff when needed.
Inconvénients
The cost is quite high to our business. However, It is a brilliant software with alot of support and so in all it is good value for money.

An upgrade, albeit not perfect.
Certainly an upgrade from our previous, very outdated software. Although CleanCloud is modern and works on the cloud (which has been great), it could be more streamlined and intuitive in design. Because the software is cloud-based, it is good to know upgrades and fixes can be deployed as we move forward.

Ease of transition from former management software.

Interface is not always easy to understand, convoluted process to do many basic operations.

Brought All of Our Data into One Place
CleanCloud has let us put all of our customers, their orders, and their payments in one location. It allows us to email and text our customers directly from within the app, notifies our customers when their payments have been declined, sends out automated service reminders, as well as when the driver is on the way, the order has been picked up, and the order has been delivered. I no longer have to maintain multiple databases of customer records, because they are all in one place. While we have struggled a bit with metrics to find very specific information, our overall experience with CleanCloud has been very positive. Their customer service team is prompt, the webinars keep us informed of changes, and they are always working to make the software better.
Avantages
My favorite features of CleanCloud are the ability to keep all of my customer data and sales in one place, automated reminders for service, and ease of use for employees.
Inconvénients
There are some areas for improvement including routing and metrics. To be fair, however, routing for our company is exceedingly difficult.

All in one, Easy to use dry cleaners software
The team behind this software obviously cares about the product they are delivering. Anytime I had an issue, it seemed like a dedicated team of coders would tweak my system to make it work for me. It’s fast, modern, and has helped me make new customers and retain them. Well worth the purchase.
Avantages
All the integration with Marketing, Text notifications, plant mode, accounting, etc is so useful and really makes this the only software that was worth the price. The fact that I can use my iPhone as the entire POS is amazing, just log into CleanCloud from any browser and you’re ready for business. Also, I got to keep all my hardware, these guys made their software work for me, NO other company did that for me.
Inconvénients
There really aren’t many things that stood out as unlikeable aside from the price. I would love to pay less for this product but I cannot say that i am not getting my worth from it. It is not a US based company, but they have dedicated staff to help you with all issues via email, although calling would be easier sometimes, but I rarely have issues to begin with once I completed set up.

Started off great- aftercare is terrible
Frustrating support that has cost me on the business side. and in the end it’s the aftercare you live with everyday.
Avantages
The simple cloud based interface makes it possible to manage transparently from anywhere.
Inconvénients
Support team are just terrible. They are not responsive. They drop the ball on paid deliverables, and they don’t acknowledge and try to fix the shortcomings once they occur. Maintenance on purchased products such as custom apps has been highly problematic. I regret establishing my business trusting their white lAbelled app to be the core of my customer interface

Clean Cloud App is the best for the money and value.
Overall CleanCloud is a great partner to work with in terms of responsiveness, and willingness to do some limited back end customizing at no charge and getting it done quickly via trouble tickets/inquiries.
Avantages
This software is so robust in features for the value you get vs monthly cost it really cannot be beat. The integration options are outstanding, API availability, customization options, ease of customization, and choices to be able to adapt to our business model. Not to mention the business accounts feature which has been fantastic for our business. Highly recommend this to any laundry or dry cleaning service.
Inconvénients
The support is only available through trouble tickets. When updates and new features are added there is no communication as to what has been done. We often find new features accidentally. Initial setup does take some technical knowledge and confidence. Especially on the hardware setup. A pure novice or someone not tech confident may find initial setup frustrating.

En general estoy feliz con CleanCloud. La facilidad y lo intuitivo que es el programa hace que tu experiencia de usuario sea genial. Es muy rápido de configurar y en pocos minutos ya puedes tener tu tienda operativa y poder atender a tus primeros clientes
Avantages
La facilidad del software es increíble. Cuando planeaba montar la primera tienda no tenía idea de cómo iba a gestionar mis pedidos hasta que encontré clean cloud, lo probé 7 días y me pareció espectacular. En unas horas configure todo y ya tenia mi lavandería lista para empezar a recibir clientes.
Inconvénients
Nos ayudaría mucho a los pequeños negocios que los costos de SMS no fueran tan elevados. Básicamente mejorar las herramientas de marketing para poder potenciar la publicidad hacia nuestros clientes.
Por otro lado, el costo de rentar el software es bastante elevado y creo que deberían dar algún descuento a los clientes que pasen el año usando clean cloud, ya que eso significa que son negocios consolidados que seguirán con CleanCloud durante muchos años mas.

Excellence experience. They also submit suggestions for improvements for features that they do not offer.

Order and customer tracking and inventory is the best use for us.

There isn't an option for international payments. Once that feature is added I will definitely use it.

We started off slowly implementing and still haven't implemented 100% yet but for the price compared to other similar software, this can't be beat. Why pay monthly royalties that you've worked hard for, when you can pay a flat rate fee. This is how it should be done and we appreciate them.
Avantages
Great software that is easy to use once you've played around with it for a bit. They are constantly adding new features and making things easier. We wanted something simple that would alert customers when items are picked up and dropped off and this does that very well. It is also great for routing and overall management of orders in our warehouse. We really like it and so do our customers.
Inconvénients
Really only support is by email. I was able to get a phone call when I had an issue that wasn't easily resolved. I have a small list of "like to have" items that they have been receptive to looking at and hopefully some of those will get implemented down the line.
