Manipulating the static route and printing receipts for clients is cumbersome, too many steps.

I was able to deployed in less than one week , having to switch from and older software. I also found the new tools as all in one POS that help a single stores to integrate door dash and control communications with the costumers trough marketing or txt communications.

Inconvénients

The integrations require a little of software education, that can get a little confuse for maximum efficacy. But going over the manuals and video tutorial helps.

It's a decent POS software for laundries. Inventory management works great.

Inconvénients

Honestly it's just ok. It does most things OK, very little great. It does things like when you're in the admin area, every time you save a change, it kicks you back out to the Home Screen, so you have to click on Admin again and go back into it if you want to change more than one thing. And there are outright bugs like with promo codes where if you start to use a promo code for a customer but then never complete the order, that promo code is now unusable for the customer, even though they never actually used it. And then, any time you submit anything like that as a bug, the standard answer is ALWAYS, that's how it's designed. If you would like it to work differently, you can post a suggestion in the user forums that customers can vote on. Not once has CleanCloud ever acknowledged that something might be a bug.

Ease of usage for tagging and inputting customer information. Easy to customize for the business.

System navigation can be cumbersome and confusing at times. Training videos leave out steps making it difficult to understand how to proceed.

I like the simplicity of the software both on the owner and employee side. The metrics that I am able to see and separate by user and type is great. Ability to have the option of DoorDash is good, I haven’t really used it. The price for what you get monthly is great and better than my previous at cents

Nothing to really note that has bothered me. When it works smoothly, it’s great.

I love the ease use. Our attendants are quick to learn the system. It’s easier to use versus other out of the box systems. I use CleanCloud at all three locations.

It is very customizable to your business needs. You can start out with limited features and add more as your business grows. Also customer service is top notch, they have chat feature with live agents to answer questions quickly.

Cleancloud is the third POS I've integrated since the year 1996. My first POS was purchased and converted to franchise use only. The second did not fulfill half of their promises so I went to the Clean Show to check out who was available. Cleancloud was already integrated with my assisted assembly and their pricing was substantially lower that the main players. The Customer App , Driver App and Customer Portal were all functions that I was looking for to up my customer experience. Those features along with heat seal labels, assisted assembly, access from any computer or cell phone and a very user friendly interface made the choice easy for me.

Inconvénients

CleanCloud has been around for 7 or 8 years mainly in Europe, Africa and Asia but North America was a new market for them when I signed up. While the original setup was not difficult, there was alot to consider and cover when setting up a new POS. At that time, their manual, training videos, and onboarding was a little weak, but since then they set up the CleanCloud University for set-up and employee training.

Avantages

I use CleanCloud as our Dry Cleaning software. It is extremely easy to use with a very low learning curve for the new staff. The ability to integrate into accounting software like Xero makes it even easier to serve the purpose of an end to end application.

Inconvénients

A bit expensive for an SME in Africa going by the FX rate devaluation, however all the same very valuable and value for money. Will appreciate a bespoke pricing approach for Africa-based businesses.

I love the fact that it's a user friendly app for the business owner and consumer. It's straight forward and to the point.

There's also still several glitches with logging in on multiple computers; and the invoice system does not allow for positive record keeping.

It is catered to laundromat and dry cleaning operations. It has a unique workflow that makes processing wash,dry,fold and dry cleaning orders easy. We really like the Cleancloud's team support and ability to add features quickly when requested.

Inconvénients

The iOS version of the POS app is sometimes clunky and requires a reboot to reflect changes made in the web based version.
