Bokun is easy to use and has many things to offer
We would recommend Bokun to anyone looking to grow their business. It has quite a lot to offer.
Avantages
Bokun is easy to learn and easy for customers to use as well. The booking widget is great! Customer service issues are also fairly easy to look up and manage.
Inconvénients
There has been some down time and issues with the API that have been a problem at times. Other than that we have had no complaints.

We work with Bokun already for 1 year and must to say we got a lot of tourists regards to this website

Bokun has a simple structure and the assistants are professional and really helpful

Best Channel Manager for tours and activities
We use bokun to manage our day tours and activity listings on various websites and it does the job efficiently. User-friendly interface and has a great support team which actually follows up on your queries. They helped us setup not only bokun but also our listings on various websites.

I love how its connected automatically with booking platforms so it makes everything much easier.
Avantages
So far, I have been using Bokun for my business less than 6 months, but it works perfectly! I will continue to use it in future as well!
Inconvénients
It was a bit complicated to set up the payments, but because I am generally clumsy with that. The rest works great

Avantages
Bokun for being a tripadvisor app is already guaranteed to be good. It is an extremely functional app with several connections.
Inconvénients
I believe that it is a software that is in adaptation and with such features needs great attention from the technical support, however from what I see the support is being punctual and efficient.

There's often a great many steps to complete a task. This is mitigated by the support, but things like changing pricing require pricing lists, and so many things to be changed. The complexity may be useful one day, but starting out things are simple.

The integration with Viator was quite easy. The support team did it for us
Inconvénients
It was imposible to define rates according with our prices policy. That´s why we are not using it yet. We are waiting that this feature is developed and integrate in this software.
For me is something that I was not expecting. I´m sure that our business is not the only one that has this kind of prices policy.

With Bokun I can view everything for my tour business. My income report, passenger list and more. Still getting accustom to product but so far I am impressed.
Avantages
I like the layouts of the bookings and the information that's sent to you once booking is confirmed.
Inconvénients
I am still familiarizing myself with this program so far I have no complaints.

For all my OTAs, I get most my bookings from Bokun.

I like the fact that it is so easy to add experiences on Bokun.
Inconvénients
Can you please try at least to help us update other Platforms that are selling our experiences on Bokun. Like when I update Pick Up Times, Then Bokun Update across other Platforms like Get Your Guide and others. That will be appreciated because We sometimes find it difficult to update on other Platforms.
