Inconvénients
Last time I have used Bokun it was difficult to follow and set Viator and Bokun updates for my products.

Great ease of use with Bokun
We have found it really useful for our travel agency business. It links up really well with our payment system so it is really easy for our customers to use.
Avantages
Bokun offers a fully functional storefront that is logical and easy to use. There customer service is excellent and they are always quick to respond. It is easy to upload and adjust all the content and we have found it very useful for our travel agency as we can connect with other agencies around the world.
Inconvénients
Initially it was a bit daunting so maybe a bit more help when you start out with it.

Excellent customer care and I have been receiving new market place every time

The first time saw their alert on my screen but not pay attention. The second time saw the word said we are trip advisor company then was convinced to join. My aim was to get linked with a travel agency /DMC likely found out that bukon is a super deal of linking products with buyers and I am very happy because so far I am connected with 8 market place and looking forward to business with them.
I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

It is not that easy to understand. The menu is confusing for me. It should be easier divided.
We are seller and supplier in one from Iceland / Switzerland. If I am looking for companies from all over the world who want to sell our product, I mostly only can find agencies that want to sell their country.
It seems to be a little bit sleepy. Some of the companies dont use it active anymore.

The idea is really great! To bring together seller and supplier. The widgets are brilliant.

Bokun provides opportunity for our guests to book trips on our website(splitexplore.com) with ease, while we get instant message and required data instantly. It is also easy to track our bookings with Bokun and change details regarding our experiences, if needed. All in all, a great product and even better experience. Considering Tripadvisor bought Bokun, their quality should only improve. Although they are great as it is.

Very easy to use and implement on the website, pricing is fair and much better compared to some of the more well known booking softwares, great customer service, constantly upgrading their product, has everything you need to keep track of bookings and guests, for local tour company.

Still needs some work, sometimes is difficult to change some details of the product(message to show on the ticket).

I have with Bokun for the past few months and it have created magic for my business. I have made and closed contracts with other companies in the industry. The Bokun staff have been a great help and giving advice and support at all times.

Finding potential partners is as easy as it can get and you have the whole world at your reach.

All the booking are into only one dashboard. That's very helpful in your work organisation and having the chance to meet into the marketplace other provider that an help you into the selling of your products it's a very important idea

I'd like that would be more intuitive in some parts, but introducing new products is very easy
