Easy and Efficient to Use
Our experience has been very positive and is growing as aclimate and incorporate more of its functionality.
Avantages
Zoho expense has great functionality and is easy to use. As we launched the application the customer service team was very responsive.
Inconvénients
Inability to have more than one delegate per user.

Consider Zoho First!
So far so good. No concerns or complaints. The user guides have been very helpful.
Avantages
Zoho is incredibly easy to implement. Desktop and Mobile App are intuitive and bug free so far! Ideal for a small to mid-size company.
Inconvénients
So far the only thing I can think of is it would be great if the Standard pricing included unlimited auto scan receipts. That's all!

Zoho Expense is awesome!
Organization of all business expenses for monthly management and tax preparation
Avantages
Zoho Expense helps me track all my business expenses--including mileage--in one app.
Inconvénients
At times, uploads are a bit slow and GPS tracking for travel is a bit off.

Easy to Use system
We now use Zoho for expense management claims across 3 companies
Avantages
Relatively easy to set up and administer with a link into Xero
Inconvénients
Having to update GST tax on each account in Zoho (rather than pass through of info from Xero)

Too Many Feature Too Less Cost for Expense tool in market

Zoho Makes Expensing Easy
We love using Zoho Expense. It makes expensing easy and is much cleaner than using an Excel spreadsheet to track.
Avantages
We love how easy it is to report expenses within this software. We can easily upload receipts and have them automatically attach to the correct expense. It is also easy to categorize expenses and keep track of them and then submit at the appropriate time.
Inconvénients
The reporting is a little bit clunky at first. In order to record a expense, you need to attach it to a report which can get a little difficult.

Amazing platform for expense tracking for Middle size company
Avantages
Receipt scanning is very convinient and effective. it tracks all the details of the receipt and update in the system, no need to manually type in the details.
Inconvénients
We need the receipt copies to be print on the same sheet of paper for accounting purposes. Still exploring if Zoho Expense has this features.

Easily the simplest product against its peers
Avantages
Very easy to use and uncomplicated. Sensible layout and easy to follow.
Inconvénients
Not a great deal to dislike. If there is 1 criticism, not much colour, but the new version seems to have addressed this.

Easy to use
I use Zoho to capture reimbursable expenses for our small business.
Avantages
Zoho is very intuitive, but when I have a questions, I am usually able to get answers quickly.
Inconvénients
The software works well for our needs. The hardest thing to figure out was some of the integration with Zoho Books to align expenses categories and reconcile correctly, but once I figured these issues out, it has been very easy to use for expense tracking on our business.

Good apps for managing expenses of employees from all areas
I can manage the expense claim easily, all the employees understand about the regulation for reimbursement, and shorten the process.

We can set the SOP, review the expenses, and set up the flow of approval.

Needs the following improvements:
- Delegated profile
- Ability to mark as paid when clients reimburse the expenses to the company. (the company having already reimbursed the employees)

I have been impressed by how quickly I could start using it across my organization - and everybody finds it a great help in keeping expenses organized.

The functionality of Zoho expense has been easy to learn, and it is easy to use. It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent organizing the information on different spreadsheets

Haven't found negative aspects yet, so far everything has gone pretty smoothly

Simple, easy and it works.
Avantages
For an expense tracking app, it is a solid application. Zoho Expense is a simple and very easy to use. Logging expense with the auto scan feature is amazing. While testing it almost always got the numbers right, except for a few times but you can always edit it manually.
The reports are very detailed and easy to generate.
You can do a custom setup as per your company requirements and its up and running in no time.
Inconvénients
As i said the auto scan is a hit or miss, but manual editing is a life saver. you just need to make sure to double check until they fix that issue.
Plus the mobile app is a bit old school. Can be made more appealing.

Orderly and effective
Has been a convenient way for us to record expenses and the receipts related to them .
Avantages
The process of scanning and uploaded the receipts is surprisingly quick and seamless . You can organize them by date or alphabetical order . The expense tracking is simple to setup and the app is sensitive to different types of currencies .
Inconvénients
The search isn't 100% optimized and it can be hard to find what you need after a point . The interface has a bland feel to it and could benefit if more colors were included .

Not having support in Australia times, have to wait till next day to receive responses from the support team.
