Overall a pleasant experience with Zoho Expense - the experience itself is superb!
Avantages
I particularly like the mobility features whereby on the go I can request via mobile and ipad. One of the awesome features as well is it’s transparency on approval flow.
Inconvénients
Not entirely a “con” but would love to see its capability on Ai i.e. if i uploaded a receipt automatically it will fill out the relevant fields such as merchant name and amount to be reimbursed.

Mostly Easy to Use
A little frustrating. I contacted customer service and they did not get back to me. Admitedly, that was on the weekend but better customer service would be to have someone available as alot of people also submit expenses on weekends.

I can't figure out how to categorize my expenses. FOr example, I have grouped them all in the months they were purchased but I do not know how to see them all by month and overall for all months.

Overall a great experience once you get the hang of it.

While Zoho Expense is overall a great tool, it does have a few drawbacks. The learning curve can be steep at first, especially for those new to expense management software. I found the initial setup and customization process to be somewhat time-consuming.

Easy expenses management. I use Expense to keep track of my freelance activity costs and project margins and it perfectly fits my needs.

The easy to use interface makes it exceptionally easy and quick to learn your way around it.
Avantages
It's the best expense tool I've used to date. For our church organisation, it's straightforward to use. We're still building up our tech savviness and this app is generally straightforward to use.
Inconvénients
No Cons other than it not picking up our local currency from time to time. But I can always go in and change that.

Better and Quicker than Other Software!
Avantages
The receipt scanning seems quicker than other ones I've used. Making expense reports also seems easier and intuitive as well.
Inconvénients
Haven't used it long enough to notice any cons, so far its makes my expense logs easier which is why I tried it!

Avantages
Zoho was easy to set up and the employees I used for the trial period found it so easy they did not even require training. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. For those who are still resistant to change, Zoho provides time saving solutions that are easy for anyone to use.

That I cannot create branches in the United States yet.

It imports my expenses from my corporate forms of payments and automates the process.
Inconvénients
There doesn't seem to be a receipt guarantee like competitors have for transactions that are imported from linked banking/credit card accounts. This would be helpful for when I forget a receipt or lose it.

Zoho Expenses Review
It is a nice expense platform, but just average and not amazing. I would suggest to make it more user-friendly and easier to use. I can see people who are not tech-savvy being really stumped and unable to use it.
Avantages
Once you get to the page to submit your expenses, it easily allows you to submit expenses, organize them by category (transportation, food, entertainment), and submit them. You can easily add multiple receipts and it scans the amount from the receipt. Also It shows you possible duplicate expenses (but sometimes things are the same amount so this is not always correct).
Inconvénients
It is not the most user-friendly website and is pretty difficult to use. I've used it for over 2 years and still get a little stumped here and there. Right when you log on it's confusing where to go to navigate to the expenses feature. And once you are on your profile there are so many capabilities, sometimes it gets lost among those. You also need to create a report, and then add your expenses to add to the report, so it takes additional steps.

Zoho Expense has made life so much easier!
Avantages
Our expense reporting used to be awful and managed via manual spreadsheets. There are so many great things about this tool but even just the receipt scanner and ability to add those pictures to our expense reports alone makes the tool worth it
Inconvénients
Honestly have not had any issues thus far. I saw a few of the other cons mentioned and would have to disagree with their issues.

Easy to Use
Avantages
Our employees have complimented the ease of use and the ability to easily log their expenses from anywhere. The autoscan feature along with the ability to tag expenses to project and have it sync with our financial systems automatically has been time saving and eliminates human errors with manual entry.
Inconvénients
I wish that we could have a payroll integration with Gusto that would allow reimbursable expenses to be logged automatically into payroll. We run multiple Expenses systems for our subsidaries but one payroll software and there is no good way to sync these without the manual process.

I have had a positive experience with ZOHO. I believe their customer service went out of their way to help us set up a direct feed with our bank account for our credit card transactions.

I like the ease of logging in and getting started. It is user friendly and I enjoy the layout.

It is an excellent tool to simplify expense tracking and automate approvals, its mobile app and automation features are really good.

Quick and easy to use
But it's a huge step up from other programmes I've used or even manually logging expenses.
Avantages
So great that I can upload bulk receipts quickly and it can scan these for smart inputs to make my time expensing way easier.
Inconvénients
The loading/upload times for receipt uploading can be improved.
