The ease of updating my personal and baning information.

Inconvénients

I wish on the Time & Attendance, that on the graph, the duration section would track the overtime differently. It is time consuming for me to add up my daily hours to see if I am going to go into overtime at the end of the week.

Avantages

1. It has access to not only payroll documents but also others like uploading my important documents, checking my holidays and requesting days off, have access to company directory and many more other features
2. It has 2 step authentication which makes the app secured and safe
3. Easy to use: not complicated and very straight forward and great user interface

Inconvénients

1.Support delay: their customer support is not that impressive
2. There alot of bugs which needs to be fixed as this at times causes lacking in the App.
3. They do not have any video tutorials for new users
4. All the documents do not show up in the mobile app version and need to use my desktop to gather documents like my tax slips which at times can be a bit tricky to find.

Avantages

I love that everything I need to know about payroll, health benefits, training, activities within my office, birthdays, anniversaries, time off requests, etc. are included in one product.

Inconvénients

There isn't much to dislike. There was a learning curve coming from other software, but once I got the hang of it, I realized how easy it was to navigate all the tabs to find the information you need.

Rippling is a great all in one HR and payroll tool. The best thing about Rippling is that the system is very innovative and the user interface is very friendly making it easy to manage.

Inconvénients

Rippling needs to improve the payroll component as sometimes it takes a lot of time to configure the changes.

For a remote team it is a live saver when it comes to payroll and devices management.

I will be nitpicking here but the UI on mobile can be better.

The ease and navigation is what I like the most.

Hummm, don't know yet? I really don't have anything negative to say about the program. I really like it!

- Employee onboarding was fully digital/remote and very seamless
- Integration with learning management systems, like for harassment prevention training, was nice and easy to complete.
- Managing pay and benefits from the employee perspective is very intuitive.
- Review cycles are also a nice feature to formalize employee/management reviews and cadences.

Inconvénients

In performance reviews, after that review cycle was done, I did get lost once trying to find the completed reviews. I eventually found it, but that UI wasn't as intuitive as the rest of the experience in Rippling.

As an HR Generalist, Rippling has revolutionized the way I work and manage our business. It has reduced the basic rate of "human error", increased and streamlined all onboarding procedures from first step to last, improved our overall compliance in both the fields of Accounting and Human Resource. It has given our employees an all-in-one platform where they have agency to regulate their benefits, understand their wages, easily make changes during QLE's and give them the confidence to understand their benefits, equity shares, offers and payroll. Rippling integrates into Culture Amp (our Employee Engagement software) and SLACK - But the ease of use and ease of implementation is what I like most.

Inconvénients

Rippling needs to help foreshadow possible issues and help educate their admins so they can stop problems before they start.

I love to use rippling as it is very user friendly, it can be access through phone, tablet, laptop and PC, and it holds most information about our company.

Inconvénients

To be honest, there is nothing I can say bad towards rippling.

- Fast user experience.
- Quick access and single sign-on to Benefits, HSA, 401k account.
- Ability to split up the paycheck into 2 different bank accounts.

Inconvénients

Accessing Benefits section from phone is challenging. I had to turn the phone to the side to be able to read it otherwise all the data is merged when holding vertically.

It's easy to use and it's incredibly convenient.

Inconvénients

Not much visibility when it comes to seeing my colleagues annual leave.

Avantages

Time tracking in Rippling is very easy to teach and to use. The time off feature is the same, very easy to use.

Inconvénients

Setting up policies in Rippling can be a bit difficult at times. Also, support in Rippling can be a challenge as you get different answers from different people.

Avantages

It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Rippling will launch a pilot test and it will ask the employees if they have taken a break or no. That's very human.

Inconvénients

So far I don't have any problems with Rippling.

My most liked features include:

Allows easy access to payroll for both admin and employees
Simple, streamlined access to benefits

PTO platform could be more intuitive
Better push notification system

The Sage Intacct software integration doesn't work for our business.

i like the fact that i can see all my assigned employees time sheets

Inconvénients

it would be helpfull to have some sort of GPS tracking at least at time of clocking in and clocking out. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery.

Outstanding customer support via chat or even when searching help articles. Great one-stop-shop for payroll, spend management and overall employee related work.

Inconvénients

Some of the accounting side and sync issues can be bit better but no major issues.

Avantages

I love Rippling's ease of administration and use. I can quickly access reports that I can understand and format as needed. I've received prompt service when I've reached out about a question or concern.

Inconvénients

Rippling is on the pricer side along with the cost for add on service but glad we are a client.
