Managing hybrid work has been seamless with yoffix which help manage office spaces and schedule meetings in real-time.
Inconvénients
Lack of built-in calendar is the only flaw which force me to integrate with external applications.

Super easy intrduction and adoption
it was a very quick and successful introduction of yoffix to hundreds of colleagues with no need of training, only sharing some good sense behavioural rules was necessary

Avantages
Our team works on Hybrid mode, so it became challenging for me to keep a check of all my team members when they work from office like their office desk allocations, parking slot booking etc. Yoffix has made it very easy and supports all my requirements..

The application lags sometimes, might be the case with my internet connection too. Rest its all good

I have had a very nice and great experience with Yoffix and it delivers what it was built to do. It has really helped us to bring together our employees. It has a very friendly and intuitive interface that makes it super easy to use. I find it extremely easy to reserve meeting spaces for our organization.

Yoffix is reliable and secure tool in hybrid workplace category. Yoffix is really a game changer for all small and large organisations because from any location at any time we can track or manage attendance of hybrid team members or we can reserve the desks for hybrid team members. We are using this tool with the integration MS teams and 365.
Inconvénients
User Interface is too old. It needs to be updated and refinement because it lags sometimes and becomes unresponsive.

Avantages
We use Yoffix for our workplace personnel planning and it works pretty well. What i like best about it is that it is very easy to use with fantastic features that help in workforce management. I like its interface which is very nice and straightforward. Compared to other alternatives out there, Yoffix is cost friendly thus making it affordable.

Avantages
Managing of hybrid teams as well as reserving hybrid desks from any location at any time using this tool is really easy and secure. Also we can manage workforce as well as employee scheduling. Customer care is really awesome because everytime available to help. It works flawlessly with 3rd party tools like 365, teams and slack.
Inconvénients
User Interface has some bugs sometimes I feel laggy and unresponsive. Otherwise this is my favourite tool in this category.

The feature of Yoffix that I liked it the best was the option to design and customise meeting rooms. Additionally, I thought Yoffix's attendance tracking features were quite helpful. This tool made it simple and quick for me to keep track of who was present at each meeting and how long they lasted.
Inconvénients
I did not find anything which act as a cons for this software as its a great platform. one thing i have in my mind that they have to create more easy user friendly interface as sometimes its hard to find all the icons.

Overall experience with Yoffix is good and a seamless experience, i enjoyed a lot while working with this software.
Avantages
We utilise the digitised office to access and manage bookable desks with flexible asset allocation using the yoffix management platform, which allows us to define policies and automate chores and provides good customer support . Additionally, new employees can be invited to yoffix and given roles for better workplace management. This can be done HR tools. The feature of Yoffix that I enjoyed the most was the option to design and customize meeting rooms.
Inconvénients
Yoffix is a good tool , i did not find any cons in this platform and i would highly recommend it to the people who work in an organization to give it a try
