C’est un logiciel très pratique que j’utilise sur mon ordinateur et mon téléphone qui me facilite le travail surtout quand j’ai pas l’ordinateur avec moi .

Inconvénients

Le seul inconvénient est que l’abonnement est un peu cher.

Les fonctionnalités de signeasy comme la signature hors ligne, le stockage de documents, le cryptage ssl très facile à utiliser

On regrette que l'abonnement mensuel soit plutôt cher et nécessite donc une utilisation très fréquente pour être amorti. par ailleurs, quelques lenteurs dans les mises à jour

I would love to be able to pre-enter data into a form that the client could correct if the information is incorrect. Make some fields editable by the next signer.

I'll be honest: I don't know if its true, but every person that I include in the "Send copies of signed documents to" box, has told me that they don't receive a copy of the signed document. If it is true, it would be a huge problem of Signeasy. If not, maybe it is necessary to make it clearer for those people that they are receiving a copy of the signed document.

I like the pricing and sign in person feature. It give you the ability to sign like you have a paper contract but you can edit it on the fly.

When I was looking into a program where I could get electronic signatures, I looked into various websites. I tried docusign but I was too confused with how it was set up. Then I found SignEasy and it was easier to use. I also like how I am able to remind the person to sign the document.

I have been struggling with my app recently, I purchased it last year fro a 12 month membership but for some reason the app is not working. Unfortunately it happened when I had to sign a critical document, hence I ended up downloading DocuSign , which I am currently using.

Simple US/UX, easy to use, quick and effective signing process.

Lack of an organizational database or the administrative view to give a lens of all documents that are being processed across sign easy accounts.

It's fairly easy to use. It's convenient. But there are a few nagging issues (that I'll get into later) that bog the app down. They've has been very good at fixing them in the past, but it seems recently that the problems haven't been fixed.

The problems I am having are:

-Sizing. The app (due to screen size issues, I think) often throws what should be one line into multiple lines. Dates, for example, might be on 3 separate lines.

-Some options are off screen. When I go to select a specific date, the font size is so close to the bottom, I cannot see the font size that it is currently on.

-Templates. Awhile back, they announced we could make templates, but I cannot find a way to do this.

-Manual resizing. Manual resizing is a pain. When I make an entry too large or too small, the manual resizing is so difficult to fit size, that I usually just go back in and retype it.
