L'inconvénient majeur est le prix un peu cher du logiciel

C’est un logiciel très pratique que j’utilise sur mon ordinateur et mon téléphone qui me facilite le travail surtout quand j’ai pas l’ordinateur avec moi .

Inconvénients

Le seul inconvénient est que l’abonnement est un peu cher.

On apprécie particulièrement la simplicité et l'efficacité de l'outil SignEasy qui permet de signer ou d'envoyer pour signature tous types de documents à partir de n'importe quel support, que ce soit PC, smartphone la version( iOS et Android)ou tablette. Grâce à ce programme, il devient très simple pour une entreprise autant que pour un particulier, de finaliser une transaction plus rapidement et en toute simplicité dans le monde entier. De plus, la solution SignEasy permet de réduire ses coûts et de satisfaire sa clientèle en lui épargnant des corvées d'impression, d'envoi et numérisation des documents. Enfin, le programme bénéficie d'une intégration facile avec des services de cloud tels que Google Drive Son interface intuitive facilite la signature de documents.

Inconvénients

On regrette que l'abonnement mensuel soit plutôt cher et nécessite donc une utilisation très fréquente pour être amorti. par ailleurs, quelques lenteurs dans les mises à jour

ease of signing for personal documents and the fact that ones personal intial/signature and other info is stored and east to place in a document- this could definately have more options to store necessary details to save time.

The plug in,into outlook does not workthe mailing to signeasy does not work and only the drag and dropThat a TP signature has to be resigned for each new document ,it should allow a choice of the amount of documents to be signed.

I like the simplicity of sign easy. There are multiple features that are very useful.

Inconvénients

I do not like that I can no longer attach a 'xlsm' document. When we initially signed up we were able to do this. then they stopped, but we still had to pay the same price. Almost all documents we use, are xlsm.

Easy to operate independently of company systems and then save resulting documents onto our servers

Inconvénients

1) it should autosave drafts at any stage2) it does not allow switching backwards and forwards between set-up (signers, messages to them etc, document selection including one at a time) and the designing of the requests themselves (ie where to add signatures etc)3) i could not see whether it is possible for the requester to add an explanatory note (like "Add Comment" in a Word document), so i have to email these separately - this would be helpful4) it should remember signers I have used previously, so I don’t have to choose between uploading entire contacts lists (which shouldn’t really be there at all) and copy/pasting signers’ details every time.

I simply love Signeasy. It's easy to use, easy to comprehend for signers, and overall, very fast, so it has really made my work with document easier.

Inconvénients

I'll be honest: I don't know if its true, but every person that I include in the "Send copies of signed documents to" box, has told me that they don't receive a copy of the signed document. If it is true, it would be a huge problem of Signeasy. If not, maybe it is necessary to make it clearer for those people that they are receiving a copy of the signed document.

The ability to upload multiple documents to send at once rather than repeatedly sending to the same person and then the ease of being able to sign all documents at the same time

When you want to check something back in the settings, you have to come out of the whole thing and start again which can be a bit more time consuming

Signeasy is our most preferred program for signing documents including multi pages PDF files which would otherwise take lot of time.

Team is very helpful and makes themselves available to you when you need assistance. You are not stuck working with a support desk or generic ticket system. I really appreciate their willingness to help.

No real cons. Our testing environment has been problematic but I think the newest version will resolve this.

Avantages

The product is easy to use from step one to done. Remote signatures are a necessity for us because we travel so much and SignEasy simplified that process. Email delivery is almost instantaneous and it's actually more reliable.

Inconvénients

We use this product often but not every day. When the price went up other products suddenly became more appealing and it turned out that other products were superior.

Avantages

We love this product. We use both iOS and Android version. Easy to use and affordable. Subscription is managed by Apple of Google. It has seamless integration with Google docs and other cloud storage providers to read/write documents. Its intuitive interface makes the document signing so easy.

Inconvénients

Lack of workflow for document management like in docusign. Enterprise level functionality was missing at least in the version that we were using at that time. Monthly subscription is a bit expensive for a light user who may need the service a few times a month.
