La fonctionnalité qui m'a particulièrement plus est le test mail / et le bloqueur de spam.

Inconvénients

La gestion des filtres de contacts est parfois un petit peu mince (fonctionnalité sur les tag par exemple)

La simplicité de l'interface, la possibilité de faire des modèles/templates facilement, et la gestion des contacts sont les 3 gros avantages selon moi.

Inconvénients

L'offre gratuite est assez limitée mais compréhensible. Les statistiques sont aussi très sommaires mais suffisantes pour un utilisateur lambda.

Avantages

Pouvoir gérer ses campagnes en toute simplicité ! Créations de bases d'abonnés, création de campagne d'email, gestion des campagnes et des envois... Tout est simple avec Mailjet si bien que je recommande très souvent la plate-forme à mes clients.

Inconvénients

On pourrait souhaiter un outil plus simple pour la création des mails, mais cela reste un détail.

De nombreux problèmes existent pour l'envoi de campagne d'email. Client depuis 5 ans aucun soucis les 2 premières années depuis c'est catastrophique, sans savoir pourquoi avec la même liste d'email et campagne similaire, un coup c'est 98% d'envoyé, un coup c'est 70%. Service support inexistant (pas de téléphone ni de chat), seul l'ouverture d'un ticket permet d'avoir une personne qui en plus ne règle pas votre problème et surtout c'est très long. A fuir je change de crémerie.

Used to work great, migrated away from Mailchimp to Mailjet and for nearly 4 years, every week we sent out mailers successfully to over 75 000 subscribers.

Until one subscriber complained (despite all our subscribers being opt-in) And support consisted of folks who can only reply scripted responses and not English as a first language. Without us explaining, they simple throttled our send limits.

It said the account had been closed for undisclosed reasons. How strange! I tried to change the password & login again. Didn't work. Contacted them abd they basically says same. They couldn't say the reason. How incredibly strange and discriminating. I run yoga & meditation retreats, help people connect to their souls, respect nature and animals, heal & grow. We also have a charity.
Si they are AGAINST supporting good work that helps people. Good work with good intentions. Very shocking and discriminating. Bad! Believe they're run by non humans ( robots ) who are against people doing good work and who are close to nature.

The system they use to send and deliver your emails is well done, but can get quite detailed. Keep in mind this is how your mails get a high deliverablility.

Inconvénients

This softward is strongly designed for team colaboration, and the learning curve is quite high. I also tried to contact support and it took them a long time to get back to me, and then several exchanges by email to get my inquiry solved.

We chose Mailjet because it had packages based on the amount of messages sent. We do not store any contacts and we only use this service for transactional emails. It also comes with an easy-to-use API.

Inconvénients

We were using Mailjet for our service. One day, we received an email that our account has been compromised and it was suspended. We tried to contact their support team multiple times over 7 days, asking them to give us some more information about the emails that were being sent. We also informed them that we changed our password and our API keys. They didn't even reply to us and they closed our tickets, damaging our product.

Mailjet is a fantastic email-sending application. I just send transactional emails using it. Email delivery is practically guaranteed, and you can track each individual message's progress, receipt, and opening. The ability to create sub-accounts is also useful.

Maljet's customer service advice could be better, but in my opinion it still has a strong structure.

After using MailJet as a replacement for Mandrill for the last 2 years, I can fully recommend it. I use it for transactional email and I can send 6000 per month on the free tier. More than enough for my use case. I like the templates and templating language. Setting up sender domains and authenticating them is a doddle. Using the API is also painless with the excellent API documentation.

Inconvénients

The only thing I dislike is that there are almost too many options. This isn't a bad thing per se, but I have probably only used about 25% of the available tools/reporting etc. I also have no need for the campaign tools and would prefer it if Mailjet only concentrated on transactional emails.

Basically both the company name comes under same firm but having lots of different, if you use mailgun in free trial the deliverability comes to 100% but if you purchase then ratio will be different, however, the same does not happens mailjet, seriously i am using this service with multiple accounts and getting same ratio with it, the good thing is that you can save the template in the panel and modified to get better deliverability . Secondly they providing their own unsubscribe link which help us that there system identified the email address of unsubscribe and removed automatically

In just a few short hours, I felt like I was a pro at navigating the platform as well as creating and updating new emails to send to my contact lists. If you've worked with website or email platforms before, Mailjet will be a breeze for you to learn.

We have run into some issues with the size of our email lists and high bounce rates and then we are unable to send as many emails as we need. But, after troubleshooting and contacting support, those issues were easy to fix and we were back to regular email marketing for our clients. We send emails to new email lists all the time, so it's best for our delivery rates if we send emails to new lists at the same time as lists we've sent to before.
Sometimes, the email editor feels a little clunky, and I have to make font, color or other style changes a certain way to make them exactly how I want. But in the end, I'm always able to create a solid email that delivers well and gives me easy-to-understand metrics after delivery.

Oh, so much. Here are a few things that it falls short in when compared to other mass emailers:1. Contacts management: You have very limited options in the way you want to upload / edit contacts. The multi-editing options are a joke, and there is no way you can send emails to some contacts in a list instead of all. Also, even to remove a contact from a list, you need to upload a freaking CSV file! I mean, did they never use their own product after creating it?2. The campaign editing options are extremely limited even in a paid version. Glad that I never paid them a buck.3. Creating contact properties is a big pain due to the functionality.4. Mailjet is very easy to setup as long as you have access to your domain DNS settings. I manage DNS through Amazon Route 53 so changes reflect quickly when I needed to verify DNS ownership. Once you confirm ownership, setting up email API is easy, and works instantaneously - as it should.

I started using Mailjet to send out server and website notifications. For this purpose it worked awesome. I had about 20 websites sending notifications out via MailJet and as long as the domain names were verified correctly it worked great. You'll run into problems if don't verify your domain so if you have issues check that first. Mailjet has an easy domain verification tool that will highlight any issues quickly.

For transactional emails and general emails from an email client MailJet worked fantastic - read the cons section for an area of trouble.

Since I had such good success using MailJet for our transactional needs, I started using MailJet a couple months ago to send out periodic marketing emails, it's a native feature within their dashboard so I thought it would be nice to consolidate email providers. Well, very quickly we ran into issues and they temporarily lowered my sending limits.

I was able to quickly provide them with the information they needed and they removed the sending limits after 7-days. From that experience, I limited our use of MailJet as a marketing platform, but recently used them again only to run into the exact same problem. But this time the issue was because of the volume of emails sent - not because of any bounce or SPAM notifications. The suspension this time resulted in a much more complicated process in demonstrating ownership over the list of email under my control.

I don't want to pick on MailJet too much on this subject of marketing emails; they position themselves as a transactional email platform, and for that, they're awesome. I only used MailJet for marketing purposes because they feature it in their dashboard and it's easy to use. But they seem far more strict in their email purposes than say MailChimp which seems to be setup more for marketing/newsletter type emails.

The sales people and customer support were very nice. If you were looking to use the free tier or send low volume of emails then MailJet will do the job (ie: in place of MailChimp) however, if you're looking at this v's constantcontact or sendgrid, selligent etc then I would definitely not go with MailJet.

Inconvénients

MailJet do not want clients to use them as a databasing tool which means, if you have a segment of users who are engaged and opened 20 times in the last 30 days and you want to get those email addresses to push into facebook to find a look alike audience...you can't. MailJet won't let you get that data.

They also blacklist your softbouncing emails in the background and limit the characters in subject lines.
