Better Quality Information
Avantages
As a sales executive there are certain things I check everyday. Prime amongst them is Dealfront. The ability to see who is on the website, what pages they’ve been looking at and their keyword searches helps me to do everything from understand intent leads better to helping to plan ABM campaigns based on behaviours.
Inconvénients
There are occasional issues where it can get the company on the website wrong, but nothing is perfect.

An excellent product to increase our marketing output
The process was extremely easy. From the moment I set up the trial I never had a problem getting an answer to any questions or issues that I had. Additionally, the integration with my crm couldn't have been easier. It was point and click.
Avantages
The ease of use. This program is very intuitive to use. Additionally I like how robust the custom feeds feature is. I can set up any number of feeds from repeat visitors to how they actually came to our website (google cpc, bing cpc, organic, etc.)
Inconvénients
As of right now there is nothing that I do not like about this software. I can not begin to emphasize how easy this program is to use.

Beyond traditional analytics - the best tool to see which content is
Avantages
Leadfeeder lets you see the specific pages that companies visited. This has been proven extremely valuable to our team who can now gauge which type of content is performing the best. We can track user/company behavior as they move through our website. We can also see for how long they stayed on a certain page and where they came from (direct, referral, google, etc.).
Inconvénients
Pricing gets a little tricky when you have multiple domains under just one company. Additionally, due to a change in Google Analytics’ privacy policy there were some changes to Leadfeeder too.

A Good Entry Level CRM for SMEs
Pretty positive, you get exactly what you pay for- for an SME that's just starting out with email marketing it gives you the basic toolset to segment your audience and send email campaigns with some metrics on performance. Just be mindful if you wnat more advanced functionality another option may be a better option for you

It's pretty straightforward, the marketing module and contact database are fairly intuitive and easy to use
Inconvénients
It lacks some of the bells and whistles of more advanced CRMs (with reference to marketing it lacks logic, triggers etc all the advanced functionality you get with the higher priced software) but for the money it's exactly what you'd expect

The bridge between cold and warm leads
When we're cold emailing we are dealing with a cold audience who have never heard of us. When we're sending emails to our existing users/email subscribers, there's a chance we may send too many emails and annoy them.
But Leadfeeder is the sweet spot in between. The leads are not cold because they visited our product. They're technically not warm because they haven't reached out to us. We can take the next step to initiate conversation and hear what their needs are to help them make better decisions.
Avantages
Leadfeeder overall is easy to use. Integrating with our site was easy too. It was just a few lines of code our developers had to add. We did it in less than 5 minutes.
Bing to find who's visiting our product and then reaching out them has been so impactful for us. Some people simply leave because their questions and concerns weren't answered. Leadfeeder is our second chance to make a good impression.
Inconvénients
Prospecting tools are not important (because we use seperate tools for that) but still, that could be improved. For instance, based on the leads we get, Leadfeeder can show us similar companies/leads that are similar to the current leads' parameters. This will help us find more potential customers for our business. Due to the similarity they'll more likely be interested in our work.

Find out what companies are visiting your website, and turn that on in seconds
Leadfeeder allows to see in a very easy manner what visits you are getting from employees in your potential customer companies, and eventually reach out to them if there is a strong interest identified
Avantages
The ease of integration, the loads of information available for each lead and the ability to integrate with Zapier, so you can customize the output, send it to slack or other tools
Inconvénients
So far works great and there's nothing missing or difficult to use

Doesn't track as much as they claim
It has potential, but hard to get help, i paid by accident no refund offered.
Avantages
It identified the visitors that does not fill a form, but very few... they informed us they tell us the visitor but their people data is outdated and thoose where not the visitors so that was false advertisement.
Inconvénients
That they can't track the person just the company in 2% of the visitors.

Get more value from your website
Leadfeeder can help you turn your website from a brochure into a lead generation machine. It won't make miracles by itself, of course, but if you don't already track the things Leadfeeder can show you, you are doing something wrong.
Avantages
It's easy to setup and has integrations to tools we already use (Mailchimp, Salesforce)
Inconvénients
It could filter ISPs better.

My daily source of sales leads
Leadfeeder helps me and my sales team to follow on hot leads and it detects new prospects. I can also see the impacts from our marketing activities as traffic amounts
Avantages
I like the simplicity and that data is also automatically updated to relevant CRM accounts in our Pipedrive
Inconvénients
If you want to keep the cost down and the clarity up you must constantly hide non relevant companies from showing up in your lead feed. Well, it is needed only once per company, but if you have a big prospect base and you do not clean up, then the tool becomes more or less useless

Nice web tracking application
I've tried 3 or 4 web tracking applications over the past years and finally selected Leadfeeder for our team for many reasons: ease of use, modern & pleasant design, useful and easy-to-set-up functionality (sorting and filtering features), quality / richness of the IP address database in many countries of interest to us (while many platforms are US centric). I didn't rate the customer support (see above) as I never had to contact them as the platform is of intuitive ease-of-use and as the application has always worked perfectly well for the year or so we've been using it.
Avantages
See my previous comments: ease of use, reliability, database quality, rich functionality, nice & clean design.
Inconvénients
Nothing.

Leadfeeder is a game changer for our sales team and an invaluable outbound sales prospecting...
Solid lead generation insights that fuel our outbound sales process. We save a lot of time and effort looking for contacts and having this information automatically be synced with Salesforce.
Avantages
The ability to see contacts associated with the company that is viewing our site is great! I love that Leadfeeder tracks the history of all site views from a particular company. Leadfeeder's workflow features that allow users to assign leads to people and have information pull from Salesforce is amazing. I really like that Leadfeeder allows us to hide ISP views and views that are not relatable to our ideal targets.
Inconvénients
Right now, there is nothing that I would say that I don't like about Leadfeeder. The only area of improvement that I see would be in the UI.

Be careful with payment terms
Avantages
Simple to start with and you can use it if you have strong tracking on you web visitors.
Inconvénients
Customer service and they way they work with customers. Be careful with payment terms they will force you to pay even if you tried to cancel subscription and the system gave you an error and it was on renewal day. They do not send you a notice of renewal before - and they are 100% strict on terms. For our company it did not make sense. Product is not very helpful if you do not have very strong ability to connect user activity to specific users. Will only give you a potential company name - not super useful. You can do this in Google Analytics via network section and some ip filtering. For help on this just search on google and you will find several links/guides.

Easy to use
Better information as to whom is visiting our website

Nice interface. What I like most is that it shows all pages viewed and how long a company was viewing each page.
Inconvénients
I believe it doesn't pick up every site visitor? I've had a couple companies reach out to us and there was no listing in leadfeeder that showed the company came to our site. I have no definitive proof of this, but it seems like it's missing a few. It could also be that the individual was not working at their office as it seems it only tracks corporate IP addresses. Personal IP addresses would be of little value anyways as it would be the IP of the service provider .

Nothing short of exceptional! The information gathered has already proven invaluable.
Avantages
The ability to see who, when and where visitors are to our site. We are able to see a correlation between our endeavors and the traffic coming back in.
Customer service! Leadfeeder has a deep commitment to sharing knowledge and helping us on the customer side quickly and always with a positive goal in mind.
Inconvénients
It is the same as most, we want more! While we get a good view into what companies are coming and a limited view of the contacts, we would like to go deeper. I think this will begin happening more and more as the system learns our site.

Das Tool tut was es soll, auch wenn wir von der Datenschutzkonformität nicht überzeugt sind.
Inconvénients
Einige von uns angesprochene Leads haben uns deutlich mitgeteilt, dass sie Echobot/Dealfront nie die Erlaubnis gegeben haben, ihre Daten zu nutzen. Das führte bei unseren potenziellen Kunden zu viel Frust, was auch unseren Job nicht erleichtert hat.
Der Kundenservice ist ausschließlich daran interessiert, das möglichst teuerste Produkt zu verkaufen. Achtet auch ganz besonders auf die Vertragslaufzeit und die rechtzeitige. Unser Mitarbeiter, der Hauptansprechpartner für Echobot/Dealfront war, ist verstorben und die Kündigung somit untergegangen. Von Dealfront kam das Gegenteil von Kulanz, weswegen wir auch nicht mehr Kunde sein möchten.

Bad value for money and wrong way of dealing with unsatisfied customers
No surprise this solution has high churn. Very happy to encounter someone who experienced strong ROI and good customer support as it was not our case

Track visitor activity-stay ahead of the crowd
Absolutely love the product and recommend it to all colleagues, since it’s a great way to gain insight in what both customers and potential clients are looking at on your website. There are many creative ways to further translate it to action. We use hubspot integration as well, so Leadfeeder provides valuable information to account managers as well
Avantages
The ease of use, the fact that we can have over 10 team members use account for different purposes in ways that are customizable for every function: customer success, sales, marketing.
Inconvénients
I was not happy with the newest targeting option they added, as it did not target properly, but we got refunded for the campaign we ran

We use Lead Feeder to track who is visiting our site and what pages they are looking at.
Information that helps us determine if our marketing efforts are effective. We have been able to track site visitors through the entire sales process using the information from Lead Feeder.
Avantages
What I like most about Lead Feeder is how easy it is to see what pages site visitors are visiting the most. It also shows how long they are on the page. This information helps us determine if our content marketing strategies are working. We use the visitor information provided by Lead Feeder to determine if we are reaching the industries we most want to reach. It's also great that Lead Feeder provides some contact information for the visitors on our site. We have been able to make a few connects throughout the marketing process that have converted into sales.
Inconvénients
Setting up filters is a little challenging with Lead Feeder. Especially when filtering out information we do not want to see or pay for as a lead. We would like to filter out a lot of the international results we are seeing as leads. Visitors from those countries are not our target market, so we filter out their information to avoid paying for it as an unqualified lead. I have to manually set up a filter for each country that I want to block from our leads information. It would be easier if I could just select a filter that blocks international traffic with just one click.

Echobot unterstützt uns in den Bereichen Leadqualifizierung, Leadgenerierung und Datenpflege optimal. Die Effizienz im Vertrieb und Marketing konnte damit erheblich und nachhaltig gesteigert werden!
Avantages
Unser Marketing und Vertrieb profitieren extrem von Echobot! Dazu zählen allem voran eine große Zeitersparnis bei der Recherche von Unternehmen sowie die Möglichkeit hochwertige Leads zu qualifizieren und zu generieren.
Alle relevanten Firmendaten werden übersichtlich durch aufbereitet, um so bestmöglich vorbereitet mit Firmen bzw. deren deren Ansprechpartnern in den Dialog zu gehen. Eine Anbindung an unserer CRM war sehr unkompliziert möglich, so dass wir auch darin stets auf aktuelle Daten via Echobot zugreifen können.
Echobot ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, der Support bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar und vor allem schnell mit Antworten. Auch Anregungen zur Verbesserung von Echobot wurden aufgenommen und auch noch umgesetzt.
Inconvénients
Mir sind bisher keine Nachteile aufgefallen oder bekannt.

A great insight tool for your BDR team
Avantages
although reverse IP tools have been around for a while in regards to lead gen.

- great UI and alerts and slack connectivity
- I love the fact that it gives you some guesses within the account who might you need to reach out to

it's pretty useless when it comes to big enterprise companies as trying to find the person in a 10,000 employees is nearly impossible.

Leader in Feeding important information!!!
I have been using Leadfeeder for several months. The only negative I would have is though we know what company and what the IP Address is that the visitor uses, we have no pertinent information to contact an actual individual. However that being said. If Iam discussing business with a company and they are now on our website for an extended period of time, and I can see what pages they have visited, it gives me a great deal of information as to how serious my potential customer is about doing business. It also gives great information about my competitors who visit, and I can get a good feel for potential business in a particular vertical by viewing several companies who visit us in the same industry. I think the product is a valuable tool in my business arsenal.

Great Tool with a fresh and modern look
We integrated Echobot into our CRM System. Now, we can quickly identify new leads and import them directly into our CRM. With Target, we can create target lists for our salespeople. A perfect enhancement for our daily work. With the signals we are able to act very fast on different topics.
Avantages
I like the easy way to use this software. Its User Interface is well structured and easy to understand and use.
Inconvénients
There are no cons at the moment. Okay, I have to fill in 40 characters. :)

A real eyeopener for our online marketing
Before we introduced Leadfeader we where driving blind on our webpage. Sure we got visitors but where they qualified? Alos drilling down in analytics where hard work. We needed a way to present leads for our salesteam without to much tech. The Leadfeeder email reports solves this. They are pushed to our sales staff every morning, sorted on different markets so each person gets his/heres relevant leads. Our awarnes is now very high on whats going on at our web page. Also we hava a clearer view of what leads/companies that comes from Adwords campaign because you can set up Adwords reports with company resolution. Very useful!
We have tried other similar solutions but Leadfeeders email reports and support our outstanding!

Potentielle Neukunden endlich automatisch finden
Wir haben unsere Neukundenakquise mittlerweile durch die Vorarbeit mit den Echobot-Daten deutlich verbessert und vereinfacht.
Avantages
Intuitives System und unzählige Möglichkeiten es zu verwenden und Filter anzulegen mit verschiedenen Signalen (als Werbeagentur bspw. recht interessant nach vorhandenem CMS zu filtern).
Inconvénients
Bessere Mobile-Ansicht oder den vollen Umfang als App wäre sicherlich noch eine nette Funktion auch wenn wir hauptsächlich am Desktop damit arbeiten.
