Outil inutile... largement remplacable par des outils ayant de meilleures données

Nous étions motivés au début, puis nous avons totalement lâché l'utilisation car les données se sont vite montré inutilisables, nous avons perdu plus de temps à tenter de les utiliser qu'à quoi que ce soit d'autre.

C'est un outil extrêmement simple à prendre en main

Inconvénients

Après la démo stylée avec des données bien qualifiée... la réalité est toute autre. Données non utilisables (voir fausse!)

Easily Identify Companies Visiting Your Website

Positive experience with an industry-leading software.

The support team is prompt with small issues and willing to dive into bigger issues to determine the root cause.

Avantages

Number of visitors identified, accuracy of that information, and where the visit came from. We tested multiple tools simultaneously and Lead Forensics identified more companies visiting our website. They also had the best sync with our CRM, HubSpot.

Inconvénients

LeadForensics doesn't identify if the visitors are the same people or unique like Dealfront (previously LeadFeader). If you have 10 visits from a company, you don't know if it's a single person visiting the site 10 times, 10 people visiting once each, or a mix of people visiting.

Meaningful insights for sales, marketing and customer service

It has been game changing for our startup. We have visibility of where our limited budgets should be spent while also being able to start a conversation with prospects via LinkedIn contact info that Lead Forensics has provided.

The Customer Success Managers at Lead Forensics are superb. They help us get the most from the tool and also make useful suggestions on how we can improve and get maximum return on our investment in the product. It definitely feels like you have another team member rather than a sales rep helping you.

Avantages

Lead Forensics has given us actionable insight on our marketing activities that we would otherwise have not had visibility of. We have defined a process for our sales team to reach out to engaged prospects that have not form filled and have had great success in building pipeline in a more proactive way. It has also enabled us to review customer engagement levels meaning that we can check in with them and manage any issues almost before they arise.

Critically, the tool provides visibility of marketing spend that is working, without form fills. This means we can adjust our efforts to encourage that and invest further in what we can see is gaining interest.

Lead Forensics is a great all-round tool for tracking campaign and other marketing efforts without the need to sit and wait for people to trigger forms or reach out via other contact channels.

Inconvénients

The visitor view can be a little slow to load.

Extremely disappointing and would advise to use another provider

We paid the following costs to LF:Set up cost: £150 + vatMonthly cost: £275 + vat for tracking codes on FOUR websites. Please note, this was not just ONE website and any current customers may wish to rethink your renewal costs as it’s clearly different for all businesses depending on your financial accounts.When we highlighted that the LF service was no longer providing a full service that we agreed to, we were delighted that LF acknowledged this and offered us a discount to remain as a customer.Like everyone through COVID, we all tried to support other businesses as we felt if we could still obtain a lower ratio of leads for businesses browsing our websites, and LF could help us with a reduction in cost until things returned to normal, it would be great for both businesses.LF confirmed this was the case and reduced our monthly payment to £209 + vat for all FOUR websites.Unfortunately as more businesses had staff working from home, the data and product that LF provided us was no longer fit for purpose.

Avantages

The initial sales team were great and the trial gives you a good insight as to what you can experience if you have a good knowledge of IT. If you do not, you're buying a product that does not track staff or business owners working from home.

Different pricing per business (suspect this depends on your financial accounts)To confirm, I NEVER leave any negative feedback online about a business that I’ve had a bad experience with as I understand how difficult it is for businesses and there is always a resolution. I am very disappointed in Lead Forensics and happy to share my feedback as the treatment from LF after being a loyal customer since [sensitive content hidden] was very poor. In summary, I had to pay £2508 for a product that no longer provided accurate tracking data because more people work from home and this data could not be tracked to show what business they were coming from when working from home.I can confirm there is no loyalty whatsoever from LF having being a customer since Jan 2020, they would not terminate our contract.I must add that this was an automatic rolling contract that LF did not make me aware of or contact me to confirm was being renewed. I highlighted my concerns as we’re a Web and IT company who recommend such products to our customers and our in house developers highlighted that LF can no longer obtain the data that we were originally sold when signing up.

Lead Forensics has been a game changer for our marketing

The software itself is great and has made a real impact to our marketing. Our experience with the customer success team has been great, communication is really strong and the team action any requests or questions really quickly. Response times and resolutions have been really fast any time we've logged a support request.

Avantages

It's incredibly useful to see not only which companies are visiting our website, but what their user journey looks like, from the channel that brought them to our site, to the pages viewed in their session.

Inconvénients

The portal loading times are pretty slow so it can take a while to gather information sometimes.

Great support and insight

Staff at LF ensure that we are always getting the best from the platform and therefore best ROI

Avantages

LF is perfect for us as a business as it allows us to see what campaigns we do with marketing work and if trade customers come to our site via email links. It also works well for us alongside Google to ensure our campaigns get what we need.

Lead Forensics - Snopake Review

Ash is our main contact and has been particularly supportive from launch. He understands how we operate and is able to help us maximise the benefit of using LF. Using his experience with other businesses he can also make suggestions on how we may utilise all of the tools available.

Avantages

The ability to identify not just potential new leads but also to clearly see which channels/ sectors are looking at our products and services. This enables us to tailor our marketing and exhibition activities more effectively.

Inconvénients

Some of the businesses visiting our site are large multi-nationals or government bodies and so the ability to identify exactly who within the organisation, was looking at our site can be difficult which means a more general prospecting response rather than a personalised follow up is necessary.

Highly recommend for strategic campaigns

It's a fantastic tool to use for tracking lead opportunities. It has helped us massively with understanding our audience and creating personalised content relevant to our target audience.

Avantages

This tool has helped our team become more strategic with our campaigns thanks to the insightful data we get in our reports.

I find the platform's layout user friendly and the support available is fantastic.

Inconvénients

At the beginning, I found the report criteria section (e.g. page viewed, category, landing page) tricky to understand due to the amount of criteria we were able to track. It would be useful to have tool tips on each to highlight what each criteria covers.

Great platform, great support.

Really positive. There's limited to say negatively about the platform. They provide great customer service, the insights are great and their pipeline of upcoming features sounds brilliant.

Avantages

Lead forensics is a really easy to implement and use platform. The support offered by the lead forensics team is second to none, there hasn't been an issue in our 3 or so years of using the platform that they have delayed in response to.

Inconvénients

Everyone uses the platform differently, but it would be great to be able to personalise navigation across by putting features pertinent to each user at the forefront.

Excellent Insights for your business

It's very informative and provides very useful insights that we can utilise internally and for our clients

Inconvénients

The Exporting of data can often be problematic in large amounts. I would also like to be able to better customise some of our reports with additional fields for export that can be pre-progammed to save a lot of time adding additional information post export.

While we haven’t fully explored all the platform’s features, we’re already impressed with the ROI and the abundance of leads it has generated. Its hard to sum up in a few words but - I found Lead Forensics to be a valuable tool for understanding the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. One of its standout features is the ability to easily track which marketing channels are driving the most leads. Additionally, the keyword search functionality was particularly helpful for marketers running ad campaigns, as it allowed us to identify and target specific keywords that were bringing visitors to our site. Finally, the cookie tracking feature proved to be a lifesaver for our remote workforce, enabling us to continue tracking website visitors even when they were working from home.

Inconvénients

While Lead Forensics is a powerful tool, one potential drawback is its prominence in the academic sector. This can sometimes make it challenging to distinguish between genuine leads from university employees and students. While this isn’t a fault of the platform itself, it’s something to consider when evaluating the quality of leads generated. Ultimately, it’s important to have additional criteria in place to filter and qualify leads to ensure they align with your target audience. But that's all I have from my side of 'negatives'!

Exceptional Customer Service

From the initial contact, to the regular interactions from the team we always feel we have support at hand. A Beneficial Tool for Sales & Marketing!

Overall, our company sees a lot of value in this product and the LF people are tremendous to work with! For those who enjoy seeing and extrapolating data, there is a ton to look at and digest.

Avantages

I like that I can see who is visiting our website, what they looked at while there and if they used any of our keywords to find us.

Inconvénients

There are limited searching and sorting criteria that can make info gathering a time-consuming chore.

Great Software with Exceptional Service

Very impressed with the follow up from my rep [sensitive content hidden]. He has been fantastic staying in touch. He ensures that I'm taking advantage of all that is available to me and the best way to use the service.

Avantages

The service has helped me identify who is visiting our website. I like using their data base of contacts at the companies hitting our web pages. Good reporting and it's user friendly.

Inconvénients

No issues for me. There is a lot of functionality to be aware of and it takes some time to learn the best way to use it.

Lead Forensics - Two Thumbs Up!

Our Sales Team has been very satisfied with the information they receive from Lead Forensics. The training by Taylor has been extremely helpful, and she is very responsive to emails and questions.

Avantages

Ease of use, quality of information, customer support, price, integration with SalesForce.

Inconvénients

There is nothing that we don't like about Lead Forensics. It has provided the information we were promised before we signed up. Very satisfied.

Great Tool at a Reasonable Cost

This is a great product when coupled with a strong marketing plan designed to drive website traffic. It provided a steady stream of solid leads and the means to catalog and track them.

Avantages

This program provided plenty of qualified leads for me to follow up on, leading to an increased customer base across multiple industries. Being able to gather actual contact info for the companies visiting our site was super helpful.

Inconvénients

Some of the reports were difficult to set up without help from our Lead Forensics customer support guy.

Nothing but positive experience

I have had a great experience using the platform and service. Our customer service rep is always available to answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner. The platform is easy to use and has been helpful in monitoring traffic to our webpage.

Avantages

The platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's a great tool to utilize in prospecting, especially if you don't know where to begin.

Inconvénients

I wish we could see more detail on who is visiting the webpage, however, understood that's b/c of privacy.
