Avantages

Kinnovis est un logiciel très simple t’ulisation même pour des personnes qui ne sont pas à la pointe de l’informatique
C’est un logiciel qui sait également suivre les tendances et surtout être à l’écoute des remarques dans le but de toujours s’améliorer

Inconvénients

C’est un logiciel fastidieux à mettre en place dans ma situation car j’avais déjà des boxes de stockages avec des locataires et différentes tailles de boxes
Si vous avez un self storage neuf je penses que c’est beaucoup plus simple

Avantages

It has a fresh look, is dummy proof and gives you great insights on outstanding invoices, revenue, occupancy, ... It also offers you a clear view on the different units using a detailed map per facility.

Inconvénients

Dutch isn't to be found in the language settings, but when The Netherlands and Belgium will hear of this "new" self storage software, I know for sure they'll have to implement the Dutch language in their software.

Best in class self storage software with great feature suite and fantastic team.

Currently nothing negative. Maybe to speed up the exciting road map ahead.

Avantages

It's clear that Kinnovis is thinking about the future and really want to move forward. There way of communication is professional and I have the feeling there is a steady team behind it to let it flourish.
The software itself is taking a lot of manual work to maintain storage out of our hands, and that was the reason why we signed the contract with Kinnovis in the first place.

Inconvénients

There are no such things I really dislike about Kinnovis, more like improvements and changes we really hope they will implement. At this point I think for example it's inconvenient for both customer and company to have a separate invoice for all units you have booked. This is for us the most critical change that needs to happen, because we can't demand a customer to pay 3 times each month for example, when they are renting 3 units. Splitted invoices is what we currently like 'the least' about Kinnovis.

The Customer Service is Great. The product solved the management issues of a self storage location with great interfaces which are easy to use. Customers can also book without problem!

Inconvénients

As a new company which is developing a good product, sometimes you wish to have more of it at a quicker rate.
