We have quite a few non technical individuals living in out community. Condo Control is so user friendly everyone can use it!

I'm honestly not unhappy with Condo Control at all. I appreciate the constant improvements they make and the training available!

How accommodating they are to the customer and responsive.

There are some items that it would be nice if they were more customized.

User friendly and the fact that is integrated with Yardi! Also love the budget mailing function.

Lack of Parking search option. It is difficult to find vehicles based on the data.

Residential Database and Purchase Order modules are easy to use, provide good features and reports that are very helpful to run a building. But what I truly love about CCC from early on in my days working with this service is the willingness and openness of the CCC Team and [sensitive content hidden] to take Managers' suggestions to improve improve the system. It is such a pleasure dealing with the whole Team! Thank you all for all that you do!

Inconvénients

Well that is a tricky question, I like all features of CCC; but every system has room for improvement. I would like to see a few improvements with the Purchase Orders, like being able to print off a copy without opening new windows; or being alerted to duplicate invoices, but being as pro-active as they are I know the Team is working on this already!

The onboarding was very professional and customer service was prompt.

Avantages

I like the UI and the setup of navigation is also user friendly. The security and concierge functionalities are also good and it has been designed keeping condos in mind.

Inconvénients

The thing I like the least about Condo Control is generating reports. Sometimes, the report crashes and it says something along the lines of "this report does not contain any pages". And also, the comparison to previous period is also buggy, since it just shows the value 0 and NaN.

Search features, database, usability, different information that can be stored concerning each unit.

Reports - not good at setting up reports for the building.

I've tried 2 other popular management software and Condo Control is most affordable, easy to use, and lots of great features.

There were two Cons:1) Under the "Announcement" section, the subject title was restricted to fewer characters.Update: This issue was improved with a much longer subject title to fit the title and dates.2) Under the "Announcement" section, it was not possible to upload a notice in picture format on the message section.Update: Thank you for allowing this feature to work! =)

Easy to use and many features option. Data correction and archive feature that is helpful even though you have deleted from the main screen. the layout of the screen are well designed.

Search engine still need to improve - not precise and in term of key word search for example if I search unit 2104 I should get only resident of unit 2104 but I got many data that not related what I am searching.

Pros:-The amenity section gives a calendar view for all the amenities instead of needing to view each amenity calendar one-by-one-Stores frequent visitor information for the parking passes which makes it hassle-free to create parking permits -Easy to navigate GUI for both administrators and users alike unlike other competitors- Customer service is quick and helpful

Inconvénients

Cons:- Package entry is sequential and cannot log multiple packages at the same time

Really easy customer support. It's great that we have a rep [sensitive content hidden]
that helps us and any time we have to be sent to the support team they are great at getting back to us.

The fees, I'm frugal. The software works great!

The phone book, service request tracking and announcement module are the most important features to us.

The voting module was only ok. And it is fairly expensive to set up. Also, the Quickbooks Online tie in seems problematic. Syncing our QBO records to CC doesn't always go smoothly. We wish there was a dedicated accounting package for HOAs that we could purchase, and do away with QBO.
