Game changer for easy accounts receivable.
Hard to imagine being without it at this point.

I like that it includes all parties so customers are being bombarded by phone calls by the different departments with the same goals.
Inconvénients
Occasionally some of the buttons with an accounts don’t work equally

Gaviti = Great
It has been great overall, a nice and smooth platform to use.
Avantages
Precision and pace. I have never had an issue related to errors o misapplications.
Inconvénients
Sometimes searching specific invoices can be a little hard.

Bare Minimum
Overall it's been okay. Not a whole lot to brag on. Very minimal for our type of business.
Avantages
It's been nice to be able to keep track of correspondence.
Inconvénients
I can't separate my billing by my region. So reporting wise the whole company is bulked together. It would be nice not to have to filter through my email to find what I need. It would be nice to be able to have a fully operational AR & AP all together in one place. invoices disappearing after payment is kind of wonky. Rather than having a separate place within the software once they've been paid.

Hi Alicia - We are glad that Gaviti has been helping you keep track of correspondence. We pride ourselves on helping A/R teams get and stay organized. About the separation of billing, it is possible to do this, it's entirely up to you how you choose to structure your business units. Many of our customers use both approaches: some prefer managing everything under a single unit, while others set up multiple subsidiaries based on region, unit, branch, or other criteria. All of these options are supported.
Even within a single business unit, you can implement these distinctions using custom fields based on specific criteria.
About the disappearing invoices. Invoices don't disappear, it depends on the filters you set up. If you wish, you can apply a filter to view all invoices, including the paid ones, on the same page.

Great! It's beyond user-friendly, and it's easy to show someone else how to find what they are looking for. I especially like that it makes communicating with customers easier.

Gaviti overview
Overall the program was easy to learn which makes it easier to train the rest of the team. Usually when someone has a question, it can be answered quickly so I can get back to my job.
Avantages
I like that we can keep all our notes in one place instead of using spreadsheets
Inconvénients
I know everyone else likes that invoices disappear after they are paid but I would like it if we could access paid invoices and previous notes for a history on the customer.

Overall okay, speed issue
I have had a good experience with all of the features, I am not complaining about any features, I love all it has to offer. The speed is just a bit of an issue when it takes 10 minutes to save one note.
Avantages
I like how it localizes all of our information in one place and everyone can see notes.
Inconvénients
It is extremely slow during business times (I understand that the time is heavy on the server, but I feel as though it should function a bit better given the nature of gaviti)

A few awesome reasons why we use Gaviti and you should too!
Over all, good outweighs the frustrating by far. It is nice to have all of your information in one spot and know it will be there the next day with certainty. Exceeds programming used before by my place of employment. If you are looking for a nice, organized, up and coming system, Gaviti is it!!! Highly recommended!
Avantages
I like that my invoices, notes, sales team information and contact information are all in one spot. I like that you can edit notations if needed. I like all the sorting and organizing features! Being able to send email from one co-worker to another is also another amazing feature!
Inconvénients
There are very few features I do not like. It does "oh snap" often when trying to get many lines of information at one time. It has a little bit of slowness at times of high volume across the company. Other than that, it is great!

Thoughts on Gaviti
good experience with learning the program and still learning. open to learning as much as much as I can to aid me in being as efficient as possible in my role.
Avantages
Easy to locate accounts, ability to review any and all notes from previous users to get a broader look at any prior or consistent issues. Also, can locate any additional contact information.
Inconvénients
No negative opinions. I've only used this product for a about a year and still learning the ins and outs, but have no complaints about the program.

Streamlined and Efficient Collections with Gaviti
Overall, my experience with Gaviti has been really positive. It’s made the collections process so much more streamlined and efficient. The platform is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it, and I love how automated reminders and follow-ups take a lot of the manual work off my plate. It’s helped me stay organized and has improved our cash flow by staying on top of overdue invoices.
Avantages
The platform is intuitive and saves a lot of time with automating reminders and follow-ups, so I don’t have to keep track of everything manually. I also appreciate the customizable workflows—it feels like it’s really tailored to how I work. Plus, the ability to integrate with other tools we’re already using makes everything run more smoothly. It just takes the stress out of managing receivables.
Inconvénients
It took a little time to get fully comfortable with all the features, and I wished there was a bit more guidance or tutorials to speed up that learning curve.

Very efficient Invoicing system
My overall experience has been rather positive. The emails sent out of Gaviti tend to get quick responses!
Avantages
It creates and maintains an invoice history for every single invoice. I can quickly gather what collection efforts have been made on every invoice in the system.
Inconvénients
Invoices that haven't even posted in our system are also added into Gaviti, mixing into the REAL numbers with unofficial and unrealized AR opportunities.

Please be aware that Gaviti doesn't create invoices, we only read the data from your ERP. So if the invoice is showing in Gaviti, it must exist in your ERP. However, there are ways to choose when an invoice is be filtered out. If you are unsure how to do this, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Best Accounting Program So Far!
It has made AR and collections a lot easier for us and has made the communication better with customers to better understand their needs.

Gaviti Improves Billing and Collections Processes
Avantages
Gaviti does a much better job at tracking invoices and dates than native ERP systems, and particularly does a better job at logging notes and correspondence both with the customer and with internal team members. It's improved communication between departments exponentially.
Inconvénients
There is a slight lag time between posting an invoice in our ERP system and it showing up synced with Gaviti. In a perfect world, there would be no lag time.

Fair. If used for just invoices and payment it is ok.

Losses info every time update. It is also very person intensive. We have to go in and impute everything we want instead of doing it in bulk.

I am still learning about some of it. But, the overall experience has been good. There have been a few glitches when trying to pull Credit Reports. But, I an hopeful we can overcome them.
Avantages
It has a good platform to review customer, track payment and make collection notes.
Inconvénients
The Credit management platform could be more user friendly.

Gaviti Review
HORRIBLE - Too many bugs in the system. Ability for more users added slows speed down even further. I should not have to wait for the system to sit and spin after a single notation. I need to have the ability to added a note save it and then moved o the next task. My job is fast paced, I need an accounting system that will not hinder this.
Avantages
Only thing is they send auto reminders.
Inconvénients
SPEED!!! Inability to use "enter' instead have to tab down 1st. AW SNAP responses are constant.

Overall, Gaviti has become a staple in our collections process. I view it as having an additional team member.
Avantages
Once set up, the Gaviti systematically reminds your customers of the due dates of their invoices. This cuts down on the number of hours spend contacting customers.
Inconvénients
Depending upon the volume of your needs, the set up can be cumbersome.
