Great tool for organising business trips
My company and I are using it for a couple of months and I would say that it saved a lot of energy,time and money for our team.
Avantages
TravelPerk tool is fantastic - easy to use, and very user-friendly.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when I want to check in I cannot do It directly in the tool, so I need to go directly to the travel company that we booked.

I mainly use TravelPerk for booking my flights. The booking process is always fast, smooth and even if I have any questions I know they will be answered quickly in the chat function.
We set up TravelPerk for our whole company and it went smoother than I could have expected. I also really like that the TravelPerk team welcomes feedback.

The real time updates are very critical for me. It helps you be on time and be ready for everything.

I would say the aesthetics could be improved on the app. Make it more lively and colorful, I guess.

Makes booking business travel easy
Avantages
I like that I can bundle my entire trip in one, with an easy overview of what I have coming up, from flight to hotel stay. And that I can see what is in and out of policy quickly so I can finalize my plans with ease is also appreciated.
Inconvénients
I found it easy to use, perhaps what could be improved is that corporate deals were listed higher than the travel perk's special deals. But other than that, it's pretty intuitive.

Really happy as when my train got cancelled, I was offered refund without much hassle.

TravelPerk has made business travel easy for me and my coworkers.
Avantages
Booking flights is extremely easy using TravelPerk. It has very good prices on a large number of flights and I have had no problems using it so far.
Inconvénients
Booking ground transportation through TravelPerk can be a little finicky, so make sure you have a backup plan if you need a ride to/from airports.

Effortless booking!
Avantages
I used TravelPerk to book a work trip to London and within just a few clicks I had my flight and hotel confirmed. They gave recommendations based on where my colleagues have stayed in the past which helped me understand the proximity to the office that I would be working from.
Inconvénients
I needed a flight that came back on the weekend to enjoy a few more days in the city but the hotel only for the two nights I was working. I had to book separately because it would only show me hotels for 4 nights since the flight was booked for that long.

The software stops where the people start.. Your customers support is the added value to the product. We like the fact that we have everything in one place, centralized and available for everyone in the team

Limited functionality for booking AirBNB and Eurostar / Thalys tickets.
Once a project is booked there is no way to amend extra reservations.
