Easy to use, effective and expense tracking efficient. I had to book couple of business trips through Travel.Perk and I found the experience very user-friendly and effective. Also, they send you the check-in reminders and the travel policies from the outbound and inbound countries.

At the time I used this tool, I didn't really miss anything.

Perfect for group flight booking. Able to book multiple flights for a big group. Also you can download a report of the entire flight.

Inconvénients

Not flexible to choose flights facilities. For example when booking a round-trip flight, not possible to book a business class seat on the outbound and then a economy seat on inbound flight. Which makes it difficult to take advantage of cheap airfare.

The app was very easy to use. It really gives the ability to travel with a peaceful mind.

Booking a train ticket was also easy.

It would be great if there was a map feature of some sort, to really see where a hotel is located. That way I don't have to keep switching between Google Maps and TravelPerk to identify which hotel would be the most suitable choice in terms of location.

TravelPerk is very useful and efficient Software to book flights. I had nice flights to Athens with different airlines and everything was easy and smooth.

I like least the way to contact the customer support, I had to wait for getting a reply. In my case I prefer a direct contact with a person.

What I value most about Travelperk is undoubtedly its great and friendly customer support. They react very quickly and efficiently and I know that I can always count on their help even in the emergencies. Travelperk has simply made the travel management so easy and much less time consuming that I can just recommend it to everybody.

Would be great to have the ability to have a dynamic amount of people on a trip (i.e. book a flight for x people, but book a hotel for y people)

TravelPerk has been such a great help for me in managing my travels so I dont have too. When I'm busy with work, travelperk is able to help me manage my travel details including expenses and travel policies I need to know about.

There's nothing i dislike about TravelPerk, it automates alot of things for me so it takes alot of the manual work out of the equation for me which is helpful.
