In the beginning, there wasn´t the option to book rental cars.

We have had some slow reply experience with the customer service, but that is probably because of the covid-19 situation.

The ease to use. For example, when booking a new flight, you just enter the same fields you'd enter on another flights-specialized website and in the background they manage discount from my budget (assigned by my employer).

Map of hotels was not quite good, I find a little bit difficult to search for hotels so I used google maps and then copied the hotel address into the app.

Flight bookings always take 20 between the search and the payment, probably because the providers target business bookers with increased prices... Also looking to have a "My favorite" section, or having an integration of Airbnb.

I really like that I can arrange my business trips easy. Just choose the location and you already can add plane tickets and accommodation. Also I like that all the information is coming to my email. Also reminder to check-in to the flight.

I used TravelPerk to book a work-related flight and was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick it went! I like that I can just enter all my profile information once and don't need to do it again. It definitely saves some time and nerves that I don't need to book travels from my private account first and then tediously request a request reimbursement.

So far I haven't had any issues with TravelPerk yet.

Is very easy to find and book the perfect flight/hotel. Also I forgot to add a bag and the Customer Support representative helped me in a kind and prompt manner.

Sometimes is not accurate with the availability of hotels. We all wanted to book the same hotel, but for some of us it didn't appear, and later for other colleagues it was available for the same dates.

There is an integration Calendar and Expensify meaning there is less manual work required.

TravelPerk is comprehensive as it combines booking travel, hotels, etc. all in one tool. It's easy to use, intuitive, and has a clean layout. It provides a lot of useful information to consider when booking travels.

Inconvénients

This is the only software of its kind that I've used, so I have nothing to compare it to in order to identify areas for improvement. Something that I would be happy to see, however, is a location comparison of hotels relative to the point of arrival - I found myself doing this manually on Google Maps, so it could be helpful to already have that integrated in the software.

Easy to handle and confirm all employees business trips. All the invoices come through a catchall mail and our accounting department not hassling around to search for all the invoices

Flexibility in choosing travel options to suit my own schedule. It's super easy to use and customer service have been quick to respond to any notes and questions about my bookings. Out work travel used to be a real headache and relied on last minute bookings so TravelPerk have been a game-changer for us.

Sometimes itinerary/confirmation emails are slow. Would be great if TP had a deal with airlines to give users priority boarding/seat choice as default

It gives a lot of choices for flights. I can filter them by some parameters. Choice of hotels is good as well. It gives me advices if some prices are out of my company policy

Suggested me a hotel which supposed to be in 300 meters from our office. But in real it was in 9 km. So something wrong with accuracy or not clear what is that number means. Confuse a little bit.

TravelPerk is very easy to use, also for clerks not so used to business trips. The integration with the Company's intranet processes is very good. The choice for travel solutions is sufficiently wide.

Inconvénients

Not all the hotels that can be found on Google Maps are included in TravelPerk search engine. If the business trip organizer has chosen a specific hotel that can't be found on TravelPerk, the reservation must be done outside of this system.

Una de las peores experiencias online de mi vida. Vuelos cancelados, vuelos no procesados y vuelos reservados y pagados con priority, que la aerolínea luego no tenía.

Two things that caught my attention:
1. First seeing the list of possible flight options was a bit overwhelming - having 400+ options do select from is great but was a bit difficult to navigate due to the excessive amount of information.
2. Too little information about the hotel. I had to go to Booking.com to find more details and photos of my accommodation. A link to Booking.com or just some additional details about the property would be amazing.
