So many people are moving to the online version. I use both for different clients. They each have their pros and cons so make sure and check them out before deciding. Also, if you are currently on desktop I find it very hard to change to online. All the clients I have that have tried have claimed it is a nightmare.

Inconvénients

The only down side is that I have trouble with connectivity to bank accounts for auto download.

At our clinic, we have run into some difficulties with account set up. For example, if your email is linked to other Intuit accounts, you will have to use a different email to register for your companies domain and then switch the email after creating the account.

To be honest, it took me a few years to seriously start using it. But that wasn't because of the platform itself. I was lazy and didn't focus on it. The second I started though, I cried with happiness, my clients cried, my bookeeper cried, my cpa cried... let's just say, everyone was happier.

My favorite part is the connection to Turbotax. Which I don't use every year (I have a cpa too)

Inconvénients

Because it's comprehensive, there's a lot to learn if you want to fully use it. But this is a necessary evil. I would rather this than it be too simple. A great solution to this would be have a walkthrough onboarding like Turbotax uses, to set up and implement the platform best.

I really like how convenient to use QuickBooks and also it makes accounting works faster. Not only is it easy to use but made my job lessen my time using Quick Books.
