The thing that attracted me most with QuickBooks Enterprise was its advanced inventory management feature which allows you to keep a close look at your merchandise across multiple locations. Due to the extraordinary scalability of the software, it is made for companies with expansion and growth on their mind. The customization options provide tailored solutions for each area of business needs, with industry-specific editions as well. Not only but the advanced analytics and reporting functionalities allow you to extract useful information that can be leveraged in smart business decisions

The biggest disadvantage of QuickBooks Enterprise is the high cost associated with most small businesses, and Medium-sized price for other corporate customers. Not suitable for beginners who have less or no experience with accounting software, as it is complex and steep. In addition to this, if you press older tech into service then be prepared for performance issues as the software is very resource intensive which can lead to buying more boxes.

It is very easy to set up and use. I have used desktop for over 20 years and have loved it. I recently did switch over to QB Online with one company I manage which I find also very easy to use seeing as it can go anywhere with you and you can access it from any computer.
Desktop has all of the features needed for a small, basic company but also can withstand the demand of a larger business. The ease of billing, payments, reporting and reconciling are well worth it's cost. Upon set-up there are pre-loaded accounts for you as well, so if you are unsure as to how to start QB makes it VERY easy to help get you pointed in the right direction.

From my experience it can't be utilized from any computer - you need to have the software installed in order to use this product which makes it difficult if you travel or need access from multiple locations.

It is extremly user friendly, I like that if I make a mistake it will prompt me, that I can put my receipts, or pictures in as attachmetns. That I can email from the invoice section and that I can do an audit trail to find any and all mistakes prior to visiting with the CPA.

I don't like that changes are made to often and then you need to reset yourself.

So many people are moving to the online version. I use both for different clients. They each have their pros and cons so make sure and check them out before deciding. Also, if you are currently on desktop I find it very hard to change to online. All the clients I have that have tried have claimed it is a nightmare.

1. All in one product : I don't need to use another product for the paystub. It is a total accounting product.
2. It is easy to pay out the staff wage : it can be linked with a bank account, so I don't need to go to online banking for wages.

1. The subscription price is different, the actual monthly bill doesn't show a description of the cost.
2. Weekly time management for the counting staff hours, always errors (hard to figure out how to use).
3. The camera shooting for the receipt is unstable(the green square for capturing paper receipts is unstable)
