This program is redundant in steps to achive a job number to combine a sales order together at the same time. A regenirated customer that becomes active customer should flow as one entry....reactivate, create sales, snd create job all in one step.

I think QuickBooks enterprise has like great qualities just because I feel like they are able to get your work done and have a space for you to get your work done. That’s very clear and open and it feels like that is such a good quality to find.

I had a hard time with the fact that there are some things about QuickBooks like the smoothness and the process of trying to get your books quickly organized. I don’t love that

Nothing. It's what I am stuck with until we can afford to switch to another product.

1. System crashes frequently 2. At LEAST once a year my Bank Rec beginning balance is wrong (for no reaason) and I have unreconcile back to the last month with a correct balance (over 12 the last time) and redo them all. 3. Reports are often inaccurate. Sometimes closing and restarting helps but usually not. 4.Tech support is very unhelpful. They say if they can't recreae the problem there's nothing they can do

I really like the organized structure that quickbooks have. As a bookkeeper with more than one client, it is important for my work to not get mixed up with different clients as the field of my work requires great accuracy and attention to detail.

I just wish we can purchase a lifetime license for the software. Currently, they only support monthly and yearly subscriptions.

So many people are moving to the online version. I use both for different clients. They each have their pros and cons so make sure and check them out before deciding. Also, if you are currently on desktop I find it very hard to change to online. All the clients I have that have tried have claimed it is a nightmare.

The only down side is that I have trouble with connectivity to bank accounts for auto download.
