We don't hire often, so it never made sense to subscribe to a pure ATS solution that we'd only use 2-3 times a year. Freshteam solves that by being a combination ATS and HRIS system. The HRIS system helps us with onboarding, time off tracking, maintaining salary and review history, and more. All this for less than the cost of most ATS-only solutions.

Inconvénients

I haven't been thrilled with the Tech Support. I reported a problem with the documentation and instead of fixing it they just sent me the missing screenshots. There are some minor usability problems but after getting limited/incomplete support I'm less likely to open support cases for them.

Freshteam was the most cost effective solution for the features it offers. I've used other Freshworks products and have been impressed by how well thought-out their solutions are and Freshteam was no exception. Their native features are great and they have good integration points so that I can trivially automate our hiring workflows.

Its User experience is good. As we are a team of 200 People, its easy to track multiple profiles under one Application tracking system and we found Freshteams after researching multiple other platforms and it is comfortable to use it. We have been using the same from last more than 1 year

Inconvénients

Nothing as such right now what I can think of. I am really happy that it is integrated with other job boards like indeed and linkedin. Yes, as it is integrated with career website as well, there, the UI can be improved.

Cheaper, easy to use, good customer service

Avantages

Ease of use and simple interface makes fresh teams the best software out there to manage teams. I'm really impressed by the way they've build it. Its as easy as using social media sites and is feature rich.

Inconvénients

There is nothing which I didn't like about the software. Been using it for couple of weeks now and I’m really impressed to see such a refined product. One thing where they can improve is giving more drag n drop options to edit Career site.

Avantages

The ease of use in particular, the beautiful and intuitive interface, all the features that complete this software in overall and the price, kinda affordable.

Inconvénients

I don't have any particular complain, maybe just the lack of very little features that aren't essential at all.

The thing that I like about freshteam is the UI, it stands out compared to any other ATS that I have used, the automatic job posting to all the job board makes my life so much easier and helps me get more candidates compared to any other ATS

calendly integrations are needed! Once Fresteam gets this it'll erase a lot of headaches.

Avantages

The core recruit is a winner. Of all the tools in the market, we found Freshteam ATS to be effective and optimized for companies who would like to do quality interview and hire the best.

The UX is just superb

Inconvénients

The licensing is quite stringent. We have lot of candidates apply for various positions. The ATS filters applications as per the defined rules. However there are lot of misses. We worked with the support and they resolve case by case. This resulted in exhausting the parsing numbers for that month quickly.

FT is quick enough to bump up the numbers. Kudos to their team.

Avantages

The amount of features for the cost. Ex: you can schedule interviews from the ATS, you can bulk email, you can email directly from the ATS. Easy to view candidates - you can see a list or by stage. You can edit the stages and customize almost everything.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to schedule emails to send out to candidates ahead of time (ex: if I see a candidate at night I wish there was a way to schedule the phone interview request to go out in the morning).

Lots of features right from employee leave tracking to payroll management to applicant tracking for job roles

Some more integrations with ATS systems, mre API integration options

I love the ability to customize the workflow for the candidates. I also love the kanban view of candidates. Love the colors. Visually appealing and clean.

The candidate profile page has too many tabs for my liking and the design of the pages can use some updates. The help section could be more helpful. There are times when I couldn’t find what I was looking for and had to email them.

Customer service was terrible. They take 4 days to reply and live chat feature does not work either.

That I could have all the info I needed to gather in one place, that it integrated with other software that we use easily and nicely, and the ease of implementing and customizing it. Oh, and the support team is really quick and responsive whenever I had any questions.

I can't think of anything that I would dislike about this software.
