HAVING TO SCROLL DOWN THE LIST OF VENDORS. I USED TO BE ABLE TO TYPE THE NAME AND IT WOULD TAKE ME STRAIGHT THE VENDOR I WAS NEEDING.

Search facility allows a search for supplier name as well as PO number, which means it easier to find the PO we need at any given time.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it can be tricky to find the building i would like to view a PO for as they are not in alphabetical order on the selection menu.

That we finally have software! As a start-up, that has been managing without software of this kind for a while, this is a huge relief. What I liked most was that it is very intuitive and that we can set up multiple currencies and addresses. As a global company with offices in europe and in the US, this is vital.

I don't like when I push enter if I'm typing something in a box at the top of the page, it submits the P.O before it's finished. should have to push submit

it is simple and easy to use, especially for new users. the clients can clearly read the purchase orders and there is o confusion with what you are asking for

Sometimes it is hard to work things out on your own. Like what each user access entitles you to. How to do something ie archive. yes you can chat online but when you have asked once you feel silly having to ask again if you cannot find your otes. It would be nice to be able to look at a little manual.

This software is very user friendly and fast. It is convenient to be able to see what is remaining in my budget per each cost code. The App makes it nice to create PO's when not in the office.

Have to Post our Notes Each Time, but this is an internal issue. It would be nice to get a PO Log as well.

ProcurementExpress has allowed us easier tracking of our project spending across numerous asset developments, letting us get ahold of our spending and tracking, while not slowing down our people in the field.

I think if the software let you subscribe and pay solely off users or other methods, that would be great. We have various different entities whose projects have very different cost categories. Because we don't want field employees having to scroll through too many different cost categories to allocate POs, we end up having to utilize multiple subscriptions that have 50% of the same user base across them.

The ease of use for this product is the big plus. Also the ability to look up and reference past orders.

I wish that it had a feature to allow a regular user to edit POs when they are not an admin. This seems to come up often. Also the draft feature is OK but seems buggy at times.

The control that we have nowadays versus our old process and easy access to the info before it was too hard to get information about our purchases. Right now we can see information by the user, cell, department, account, vendor, etc.

Some bugs when we create items. At the moment to submit the PO the SW delete some information (prices, codes, etc)

User management is not properly configurable, if any admin wants to give access to particular budget and catalog or combination of multiple entities that is not present in the system.

Avantages

Most importantly, the software allows me to see instantly how much is left in each budget before approving new expenses. Also, eliminates the need to keep photocopies of receipts and hardcopies documents in a personal file. Reimbursement time for staff is much faster with far fewer errors.

Inconvénients

For the moment, I am just enjoying the fact that this is an improvement over what was. I have not been able to give much thought to what it could be.

The system should automatically put sent POs in a separate folder so that the dashboard doesn't get to cluttered with old POs. I'm also missing the ability to move products to a new supplier.
