No issues seen at my level till date. Celoxis should work more and more on the compatibility features

Celoxis is the best of all as it is available in affordable pricing and brings numerous advanced project management features for businesses and increase users efficiency in managing projects. The tool is quite customizable and comes with varied yet flexible integrations. It is easy to fetch reports and track project progress real time

The customer support is fast and responsive.

Inconvénients

There are a lot of small bugs that go unnoticed until it's critical. An example would be that when you schedule an event on the work calendar like a Company Holiday, the event doesn't show up on the day that you scheduled the event for (i.e. Company Holiday scheduled for 12/23/2022, but the event is displayed on 12/22/2022 on the calendar) and this causes confusion for everyone.

The software was cost efficient and the customer support was fast and responsive.

Avantages

I have been part of the team that tested, implemented, and using the tool as a User and also Administrator.

1) The standalone app helps us to do customization without depending on Salesforce Admins. I can create my own 'Custom Fields' and report on it. Even the 'Custom Fields' can be customized to show for only specific types of projects which is awesome.

2) The concept of 'Workspaces' which separates out the department-wise projects makes it unique. It helps to remove the noise from/to other departments.

3) The Project/Task creation AND/OR the templates option is very simple and re-usable, which takes Project Managers to create projects in less than 30 seconds.

4) Time tracking is very very simple. This has been hell in our previous tool.

5) The access control/security can be controlled by Celoxis Admin(That's me!) which is super helpful.

6) With all of the above, the adoption of Celoxis across our departments has been great compared to our previous tool.

7) Last but not least - Their Support team is awesome! You just send a Chat or Open a ticket, they respond very quickly and provide resolutions in most of the cases. NEVER SEEN a SUPPORT team like that previously.

Inconvénients

1) Task scheduling is medium. Though they have provided different ways to achieve our requirements, it is a tedious job. I would want a tool like 'Celoxis' to think about 'Day-wise scheduling' which is already part of other PSA tools.

2) The Reporting is medium. Though we can achieve the results with multiple reports, I would want a tool like 'Celoxis' to think more about reporting capabilities (Something like a Salesforce kind of reporting structure would help everyone).

I would want them to think out of the box and help more customers, while the customers grow, these kinds of limitations will be barriers to proceed with the tool in the long-run future.

1) No Trial option 2) Complex configuration and dependent on Salesforce Admins 3) To enter time, you need to create an assignment, and then also only that person can enter the time. Aaaah! People literally screamed at us when the tool was live. 4) To create one custom field, we have to go to Salesforce Admins again which is not that easy route. 5) Pricing. Oh no! When we are not using that tool and paying that much, leadership was not happy. much more.....

Avantages

Very easy to use and learn.
Access from anywhere as cloud based.
Good options for internal reporting and client sharing (PDF, excel, MS Project file, etc.).
Well thought through and covers most aspects on PM software needed.

Inconvénients

There are some bugs here and there which causes performance issues and lagness.
Additional/advanced PM software features are missing and hope those are added to the pipeline soon.

Avantages

Reporting is great. It is well designed for standard PMBOK framework project management. The custom field feature is great and makes the tool more flexible. The Zapier integration is good and makes it easier to integrate with other application.

Inconvénients

Look and design. Not a modern application. No mobile app. Not many notification options. Not good for collaboration with external customers.

Avantages

The API commands are a great addition to this software - these allow you to import and export filtered data to CSV files and are a absolute treat when using other software with Celoxis. The task and project creation is dead easy and it's such an easy piece of kit to use.

Inconvénients

The API documentation isn't exactly bang on for me at least - maybe it is slightly different depending on what you are using to send the commands.

Avantages

Project assignment and being able to set predecessors to tasks is very easy to do.Assigning task owners and resources is very simple. The Gantt Chart view is amazing.

Inconvénients

Customizing views can get complex and difficult to maneuver. reporting could be easier to navigate.

Avantages

The additional features and reports that the software gives are great. It's easy to create additional reports.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the plans when imported from MSP dates, and constraints change when importing meaning some adjustments are required.

Avantages

It kind of ticks all the boxes for me - a simple project and resource tracking tool, easy allocations, financial features covers all angles, salesforce Integration, optional virtual users and client access. The tool is very customisable. It has feature to track projects separately for each group/department with needed resource overlaps. I also liked the access controls and options to switch off unwanted or unused features. They have a well structured and self explainatory knowledgebase, responsive and prompt support staff.

Inconvénients

There are not much cons to talk about. My only recommendation will be to keep working on more app integrations.

I love how Celoxis is designed. It's very intuitive and has all the features I needed to be productive with work. I can very easily input everyday time entries and check project statuses.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it gets very slow but it's not much of a deal for me.

You do not have much control over the views you can create. That is to say, there was information I wanted to add to a view that I couldn't, or I couldn't organize a report in a manner I wanted to.

It is very easy to use and quick to setup. The SaaS solution is amazing.

So far it is difficult to estimate the real issues, but I can say that the experience with the support is not so good.

The UI is clean and improving constantly. Time bookings are simple and with support from my seniors not at all laborious.

Inconvénients

The UX needs improvements, the flows are confusing and menu structures are often complex. I get very frustrated with the position of buttons on the screens and organisation of the timesheets.

In the firs was the administration of the tool difficult. Because the old version has not all needed features. But now it is good to administrate.

Because all consultants use Celoxis it has become a great resource for information. You can quickly search for documents, projects, status updates. You can also quickly see a dashboard of your projects status and deliverables.

The Time entry filter size has created a problem for us, I'd like to see this increased.

We've compared between some similar tools and this is the most powerful by managing 5 PMO dimensions: portfolio, projects, capacity, budget and operations. Very customizable.

The tool is not very good prepared for agile processes. Some features making are difficult to develop.
