Avantages

We have been using Celoxis for the last 5 months. Celoxis has helped us a lot in managing any task and collaborations with team members of our company. With its drag-and-drop button feature, we can easily integrate it with another features. We can view different tasks with the Gantt feature and manage tasks with the calendar view.

Inconvénients

This is good software and we did not face any issues with it. Its customer support team has also cleared all our doubts.

This is my experiential review on celoxis and as I have used it for over 8-9 months I think I believe I am qualified to give meaningful insights to new customers. It has been really easy to work with and its user-defined dashboard is also easily usable. It has been the greatest asset to our company for managing workflow in teams either big or small. The feature of data reporting is widely used by me for reporting analytics related to data of advertisements which is a very very necessary part of our process.I would say customer support helped us fairly with instructions and guides for initial setups.

Inconvénients

I will not say as dislike but as a suggestion for improvement about the data reporting it has still some bugs as I have checked in last usage.

We have not only achieved the original expectations of the software by providing a simple global tool facilitating a single common process for project execution activities, but surpassed the target with a tool that continues to expand and encompass additional stand alone processes.

I needed a tool that had the power of Microsoft Project with the ability to track budgets and capitalize labour costs. I was a software developer in a former life and wanted one tool to do it all. I hate islands of information. After trying to setup what I needed in the tools we had available... Project for the Web, Project Online, Project Power App, Asana, Jira. I came across Celoxis. I was immediately drawn to it because I could see it was designed to run the job of project management. Most other platforms are designed to have you run the rest of your project in excel. I didn't want that. Celoxis does it all and I can still publish MS Project files or excel spreadsheets if I need to publish data somewhere.

Inconvénients

Our organization has already licenses for other Project managment tools. I could not get buy in for another project app. I would like a way for people to submit time and updates without having to use the email feature or buy a license. If I could request and update or time input and they click a link that takes them to an update page. I can't get buy in for 100 or so licenses so people can update a task.

Tracking budgets, time, and delivery progress. Tracking who has what and when it is due.

Inconvénients

My only request for improving the tool at this time is for Celoxis to implement a currency conversion calculation in the tool so that our business can report on USD across all regions, the rest we can live with, or I will submit a support case for consideration.

Fast, customizable, no-nonsense interface, wide variety of reports, custom apps

Inconvénients

Weak in communication tools, does not have an email editor, only notifications can be sent out through commenting in apps, can't attach files to those or send to multiple client officials. Discussions at Project level allow those but not at app level.

Avantages

Ease of use. Intuitive and customizable dashboards for differing rolls

Inconvénients

I prefer to be able to add sub-tasks from Kanban board but Celoxis limits this to Gannt view

Avantages

It's simple to use, well laid out, reporting functionality is very good. There's a lot of features: utilisation tracking, expenses management, risk and issue tracking.

Inconvénients

Performance can be a touch sluggish. Project Management functionality is basic, this needs to be used in conjuction with MS Project or similar for anything but the simplest of projects.

Once you understand the layout of the UI, it's simple to pick up.

Inconvénients

I hate calculations in Celoxis. You have to dive deep into their knowledge base to figure out how Celoxis calculates things. And a lot of things in the knowledge base are outdated or don't apply to the current version of Celoxis.

It's a very well set up ppm tool that is easy to learn.
Chat is always there to help you and it's a real person not a AI.
The sales team was very knowledgeable and understood our needs

Hard to say. Given some more time I'll probably have critical comments but currently, I'm very pleased.

Sometimes when you switch or pull window with Celoxis to another screen/monitor, the pop-ups in Celoxis disappears and you lose unsaved data.

You get ample storage space with your monthly subscription. Time-tracking is impeccabile and assigning tasks is smooth.Celoxis is easy to learn with some practice.

Inconvénients

There is free version that you can try out.This makes it hard to commit if you are not 100% sure you want to use Celoxis. Also, the program is not that well suited for work with payment processing due to the lack of invoicing capabilities.

1. The reporting feature gives hand on data for quick analysis. The reporting structure is too scalable to have simple to complex analysis.
2. The UI/ UX is so easy that even if there is no exclusive training given, one can start using the same on the go.
