Chmeetings has the ability to do so much. And if the ability isn't there, it gives the user the tools needed to create a system by which you can make whatever you need to do possible. Never have I seen a church management software with as much diversity and options as this one. Not to mention it makes navigating the software easy while at the same time not patronizing the user as if they were a child in need of a bib, nap, and a coddle. I feel confident in my ability to navigate the software and empowered to manage without the need for someone to hold my hand. And even if I did need further help, the customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I haven't found anything negative yet, but I'm confident if I do, the Chmeetings team will address it right away because they seem ready to accept feedback and listen to their users.

Avantages

For a smaller church like ours, it does everything that more expensive options did for us before, at a fraction of the cost. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it includes all the essential features and more. Many users can have the app in their own language on their device, and that makes a big difference in an urban, multicultural church.

We have no complaints at all. We have no negative feedback to share at this point.

There are many things, but one would be the ease of use of the app builder, very intuitive. And love the feature of the app where members can see their own 'My Giving' report.
Also I love the follow-ups feature to effectively monitor and ensure members are receiving the necessary attention with no-one being neglected.

Inconvénients

I think the only thing missing to complete the package would be to offer a website too, but maybe with AI tech advancing then this could be introduced later.
And I wish the images within the app stretched to the ends of the screen. would give a better appearance.

I don't like the worship/song tools available. If you are familiar with Planning Center, there is no official song library or Music Stand alternative app. I would like to see this added in the future.

I love the integrations and how I can get notifications on my phone when people have birthdays and anniversaries so that I can have a personal touch with the members of my congregation.

The formating for the church directory could use a little work but this is a minor con. I wish I could make changes to my website here as well.

The possibilities are endless and affordable. We are a small church; however, booking is essential for any size church. Chmeetings allows us to tap into a system that allows growth and expansion.

Once the date is selected while keying; at times, it will revert to the present date instead of remaining on the date initially keyed.

I love everything about this software but one that stands out most is that we have moved from manually recording attendance to getting it automated, Notifications and reminders for meetings are even easier to set up.

Inconvénients

There are a few SMS options for people in Nigeria and I would appreciate it if more options are made available. The SMS feature is very important in this region where the internet isn't stable.

I love that I can set up multiple groups, track attendance, run reports, and send followups to multiple members of our team, as well as having the app on my phone so when I need contact information on the go, I have it.

As a person who take care of accounting and all donations at church, this app was helpful for me to keep on track. Not only to that, I had some questions on the customer teams, and they were willing to help me out, which I was impressed. They were fast and quick to help me out! I would definitely recommend this software!

For me the best part of Chmeetings is the ease of use. I have tried several youth ministry management programs and they are seem a little convoluted for the average medium sized church. This program does everything I want it to do and I don't have to fight with it to get it done.

To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.

I enjoy the ease of setup and the user interface. The application is simple yet does most of the things our group needs.

I don't like that there isn't a feature to do recurring texts. This is very limiting and the only reason I don't rate the application a 10/10.

The low cost for being able to do what we need it to do. It's a little clumsy and takes extra time to figure things out, but since we can't really afford a more expensive app, it's working for now.

It took time for me to figure out how to navigate the app and often I have to demonstrate to church members how to use it because it's not very intuitive. I would like a message board or chat feature. It would also be nice if members/users could choose upcoming events they would like to be reminded about with a notification or email. I wish there were more inexpensive label printer options compatible with the app. I wish there was a list view that showed both the date and volunteers' names for planning. Being able to print that list/calendar would also be very helpful.

ChMeetings is a very simple system, but not simplistic! It is super-easy to get started (user-friendly!) and to make use of the features that are most important to a church.As we grow, we will use more of what's available. It is very scalable, fast, and has most of the features any Church Management Software could provide.Also, the developers are very committed to improving and adding features, which I can personally vouch for. I have made a number of suggestions for improvement, and many have already been implemented. Again, a fantastic software tool to use.

That's a tough question. The only thing I can think of is that, at the current time, there is no Room Booking feature. We would love to use ChMeetings for more of our administrative tasks, but I'm sure that is being worked on.

- Chmeetings is probably the ONLY software out today in the market that is very specific to church's database management. Any other software would need to be customized to meet the needs and the requirements- Ease of use - we were up and running with over 1000 members and 150 users in few weeks. The team has thought about everything - Support - [sensitive content hidden] and the team are very responsive and available to help and guide you through every step of the application and find way to get your requirements accomplished- Mobile App is amazing - it's the interface to everything we do and the Church's servants and priests use the app daily

- APIs- I started looking at APIs and I wasn't able to figure it out as easy as the rest of the application. Would love the ability to connect the data generated from Sunday School events and database into Power BI
