Talos est un système de suivi des candidatures basé sur le cloud qui aide les entreprises à inviter des candidats, à gérer les entretiens et à intégrer les employés. Best support and customer service by far!

Avantages

The Talos ATS is great and has lots of really useful functionality, but most ATSs will do the same thing. What really sets them apart is their customer service. The team are fantastic, at every level. They understand the challenges we face and go above and beyond to help us solve them. They speak our language and are always on hand to offer support and guidance, often working with our other suppliers to help get the results we need.

Inconvénients

There are better ATSs on the market - but it really depends on what you need and how you're going to use the system. For a business of our size and structure, Talos is the perfect tool to meet our needs now and in the future.

Great ATS!

Since implementing 3+ years ago TALOS has had an instant impact and helped us make a large volume of hires, as well as the ability to reduce agency fees. The ability to customise and tailor all the stages, communications and candidate experience as we have grown and adapted as a company has been amazing, and everyone is really helpful and friendly.

Avantages

It super easy to get going and made an instant impact, finding all levels of candidate throughout the UK. The recent updates around admin/settings have made it very easy to customise the whole recruitment lifecycle and remove admin with Outlook integrations/interview scheduling

Inconvénients

There is a lot of reporting available but can be a little slow to process, with only a PDF/CSV download available but understand updates are coming to this later in 2025

Great team of friendly and helpful people. Set up was easy and relatively painless. The system just does need a few improvements to reach what we want 100%

Avantages

Useful to have a one stop shop for recruitment where all roles are clearly visible and you can track and easily reject, progress candidates

Inconvénients

I find it hard to understand exactly where the roles are being posted and then sometimes how to find them on job boards. It would be better to allow you to select the job boards you want to ensure your role is featured on and then perhaps give you an option to boost certain roles with sponsorship or on specialist sites for an additional fee easily.

From start to today, EASY. I find the package suited to us, but buildable. The support team are responsive, the success teams are informative and helpful!

Talos is great, and saves so much time!

Since adopting Talos our recruitment process has been streamlined and made much more efficient. I can't imagine going back to the old system of emails and spreadsheets. I love it!

Avantages

How much time it saves me!!! Issuing interview invitations, rejection letters, asking for information, setting up meetings, sharing applications. All with a few clicks, its such a boon. And the customer service if fabulous!

Inconvénients

No "waiting room" for video interviews - this causes a little confusion when setting up. A lot of candidates like to come online early to check the system is working,

Talos makes recruitment easy

It has been great and have given testimonials/endorsements to other potential clients.

Avantages

The ease of using the system. Pretty straightforward and saves so much admin from my end to the point of there being very little in terms of paperwork.

Inconvénients

There are aspects such as reporting, which was challenging, but now that has been revamped I look forward to working with the system.

Occasionally I forget what permissions I need to grant new users, especially for ATR purposes.

A new way of working

I have been using TALOS since May 2024 and it has proved to be very efficient to help keep track of candidates and get the best from our responses, we don't miss anyone that applies to us which is hugely important for our organisation.

Game changer

Talos has been a great tool to use making my roll more efficient and saves me time from searching and updating spread sheets.

Avantages

makes the tracking of applicants tidy and easy.

Inconvénients

i do think it should follow an applicant journey rather than having to search for the applicant again after each time they are changed from one area to another.

Makes tracking candidates very easy and simple while being very user friendly.

Inconvénients

I think setting people for a call back could be improved as Talos could give you a reminder for calls as people do get lost when set to call backs.

Great improvement

Talos have been great to work with and patient with our build. The help team are knowledgeable and quick to assist with bespoke reporting requests and give solutions to issues that we may not have thought of at build stage. We are quicker to react to applications and the flexibility of control we have as a team is excellent.

Avantages

Talos is user friendly and simple to navigate with some interesting and useful key features. It is a huge improvement of our previous software

Inconvénients

We could understand and utilise better the interview booking area of the system as it allows candidates to book the same slot for different roles at the same time

Good system

The support team are always responsive and happy to help. Quarterly meetings with our account managers help look at different approaches we have not thought of to develop our recruitment needs which have proven very useful. They know their stuff!

Avantages

Easy for posting job adverts and managing the candidates progress so remote managers can see the updated and every step of their service recruitment and onboarding process. It is a good system for a whole team to use and communicate each others areas so this can be picked up easily when needed

Inconvénients

We are still working on some areas that we are not utilizing Talos tram are supportive with this and always happy to help develop the system to our every changing business needs as and when they come to light

Avantages

I find Talos easy to use, reporting stats are effective in our decision making, creating posts and setting up a new job board are easy.

Inconvénients

Some job boards do not allow you to repost a vacancy to the original reference number.

Satisfied Talos User

Avantages

As a standalone HR person this has helped me no end with the whole recruitment process, saving time, communicating to every single applicant regardless of outcome of their application so helping with the reputation of the firm.

The hardest part of using talos so far has been writing an application form.

Simple, powerful and reliable platform backed up with fantastic ongoing support.

A fantastic team to work with from junior to senior level, account managers to technical developers. Positive can-do approach to any challenges that come up.

Avantages

Simple & easy to use. Reliable and does what we need it to do.

Inconvénients

It's not a completely bespoke set up so there are are some features that are unnecessary for our needs and some minor tweaks that we would make if it was. With that said you're not paying for a completely bespoke system here and the team have made a number of changes and custom development as far as practical for them to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of our business.

Talos experience from a medium sized UK charity organisation

Absolutely the best customer service I have received from a HR supplier. Have never felt like a "number" and even after 2 years our Account Management team are still providing really valuable insight and advice to make our recruitment experience better.

Avantages

The applicant management trough each progression stage works really well and receives the most positive feedback from our users / recruiting managers, many of which struggled with our previous ATS. The performance of our adverts is significantly improved via the automatic postings on free resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn and our own website (which is hosted by 360/Talos as part of the ATS set up).

Inconvénients

The requisition module needs to be updated to include more flexibility than the current hierarchy set up in the background allows, both in terms of choosing approving managers / levels of approval required and the set up of the fields to make them more customised/integrated with our internal language and needs.

Amazing!

Fantastic system that provides a great service to candidates and to us as the end user.

Avantages

Makes the candidate experience seamless from our careers page to the ATS (without them knowing). Each step of the candidate journey is trackable as well as all communication. Links well to other advertising sites. Love the link to DocuSign, this helped especially in seasonal recruitment, when sending out mass onboarding documentation.

Great system and great service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have bene great, and they always action anything we need very quickly.

Avantages

It is really easy to use, unlike other systems I have looked at that overcomplicate it where it is not needed. Also the SMS & video interview features are great and keep getting better with every update.

Inconvénients

Some of the limitations within the system, but every time we come up with an idea that would work for us, Talos are usually already looking to develop the system to update it. They have made so mnay updates following our suggestions I lose count.

Excellent tool for our Recruitment Team

The experience is excellent - we are still tweaking things a few months in as our Account Manager wants to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform. We have been happy with it's interrogation with other recruitment boards and its overall ease of use.

Avantages

This software brought down our candidates days in the process - this is because of how easy it is for a candidate to apply and also the ease of use from an admin side. The Talos team are very supportive and will try to ensure you are utilising the software to its maximum abilities.

Inconvénients

The only downside was our onboarding was a bit slower than we would have hoped. We did ask for a lot to be done in a short amount of time and this was a factor but the team at Talos worked diligently to get everything done and we are very happy now. As I said it was just a small snag but the guys thoroughly made up for it and we are happy with the performance.

Makes my job 100x easier!

Love my ATS, I wouldn't be able to manage the high volume of applications without it.

Avantages

Talos ATS is super easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do.

Makes dealing with a high volume of applications stress free.

Inconvénients

There isn't anything I would change or do not like.

360 - All round fabulous!

For us at GRIND, we found that when it came to choosing an ATS', we were spoilt to choice. What set 360 above the competitors was the incredible level of customer service paired alongside of the configuration & implementation. There is obviously a 'go above and beyond' attitude displayed by all reps at 360, and have been very appreciative of the team we have worked with.

Avantages

The software could be used by anyone within the recruitment sector or wider group. It's an all round efficient system which allows you to preserve your Brand - something we value more than anything! We were trained on how to use the system and after one session, all 11 of our managers were able to run the system independently with complete confidence.

Inconvénients

The initial configuration took a little while to implement (longer than anticipated) due to movements in both our team and 360's however, it was our first time implementing and ATS and feel that the extended time allowed us to ensure the system was implemented correctly.

Customer Service

We have definitely streamlined our recruitment process and rejecting candidates is very easy which is great for the brand. It is also easy to move candidates along and invite to interview etc.

We dont use the Offer section as we send bespoke emails.

I would like to say that the service and support we have received from Jordan has been outstanding 10/10. He is a superstar and so engaging and helpful

Avantages

It is a relatively straightforward ATS and when used frequently can be navigated fairly easily

Inconvénients

The Video link can cause technical issues and always feel that there needs to be a Plan B, i.e. Teams and it would be great if this could be linked to Outlook / Teams invitations. Interviewer cant put on backgrounds.

We do appreciate that there is more functionality than we currently use. This is our fault.

I also appreciate that there are How To Videos but a straightforward paper How To Guide, i..e PDF would be more helpful as you have to watch the video and then take notes! In the end, the video seems too time consuming and you don't watch it and this isn't great. A manual would also be good for first time users!
