Wonderful

StorEdge is really user friendly we noticed a difference in just our 1st month with them.

Avantages

Everything is included in the software the only interfacing was the gates. It works well with PTI and Storlogix. We saw an increase in income and ease of use within the first month of using StorEdge. And the conversion was easy with their great customer service.

Inconvénients

Recorded phone calls cannot be deleted. Customers are giving their credit card info over the phone, I fear that can be hacked.

just learning it but so far really like it!

how quick it is customers are in and out and that is what they want and we are here to make our customers happy!

Avantages

the simplicity of the overall program, moving in a new tenant is super easy, checking on a tenant, adding new information, it's all pretty quick and easy once you learn how it's done!

Inconvénients

really do not have any as i'm just learning it, so far everything, once i was shown how to do it comes very easy.

Overall very good.

Avantages

Dashboard is great. The web-based feature makes it easy to access from anywhere. Our collections have improved which I think is attributed to the reminder texts storEdge is sending out on our behalf.

Inconvénients

Some of the reporting isn't as thorough as our previous provider, but we're getting through it. Some adjustments / credits are harder to make than with our previous provider.

Well Pleased

We are very happy we chose StorEdge for our software needs. It made our first experience running a storage facility go very well. We have been a customer for well over a year & have been very pleased with the company's willingness & ability to make changes to the software for the ease of the user. With their willingness to listen to what works for the user, the updates they have put in place have really made it very user friendly. The customer support team members are very knowledgeable & willing to address any problems we encounter. Love the ability our customers have to pay online & keep up with their acct through the portal. Invoicing is made seamless with email & text. Great system to keep up with customer accts!

So far it has been a pretty good experience

Avantages

Ease of mobility between screens is nice. Close of day is very easy which is also nice. So far I like just about everything with the new software.

Inconvénients

So far only thing has been during switch over it did not import any second numbers names or drivers license any of that info. So having to add all the info to every account is a pain but once done should be a breeze!

Works well and they seem to be improving it often.

Avantages

Most of it's easy to use, nice to be able to use it as mobile. Nice Dashboard to see what's going on when you log in to use it.

Inconvénients

Kind of complicated for more advanced things. Some basic features that would make storage management run smoother are missing or they have yet to implement them. An example: A tenant with 2 accounts and 2 different units needing to be combined as 1 tenant with both units must be completely moved out of one unit and moved into it under whichever account you want to use, this also changes the history line on payments etc. (Having 2 accounts for the same person in the first place is your own clerical error)

Also would like more flexibility on late fees etc.

WONDERFUL SERVICE

Avantages

In my personal experience with storage edge is nothing short of fantastic! I love how user friendly the software is to manage and navigate. Everything i need to run my office efficiently and effectively comes in this software.

Inconvénients

In my personal opinion the only negative about store edge i am unable to customize to customize the colors and layouts

There are a lot of glitches

Avantages

The late fees are easier to process. I like very much that we can text the tenants now. I like the close of day now. It is a lot easier to do the deposits and I'm secure that they are correct.

Inconvénients

The glitches. Lots of glitches. It is very hard to fix mistakes made. We have to doctor the closings because sometimes its the only way to fix it.

Very professional customer and manager interface

Very good system. Very fool proof. Good reports. Professional appearance. Very responsive customer service. Friendly knowledgeable customer service from headquarters. Not overseas.

Avantages

Ease of use and fully integrated operation.

Inconvénients

The specific gate hardware required and no way to shut off code entry by customers if you don't have a compatible solution. Big oversight.

Storesge

The software is easy enough to use not has a few quirks and is sometimes unintuitive. Small things like how to enter more than one email for a single customer. And the. Offset issue is that it doesn't work with our gate software system linear controller.

Love love love this software!

StorEdge is very easy to adapt to. The entire software is easy to move around in. If you had no knowledge of the way it works, it is designed in such a way that you would very quickly be able to comprehend and function in it successfully.

Amazing Customer Support!

I have become far too accustomed to being placed on hold' wondering if someone is ever going to pick up the phone, or if this is some kind of cruel joke to see how long it takes me to memorize and start humming along to the instrumental elevator music. This is why I love the StorEdge customer service! Because I have never waited more than a few rings until I am connected to a human... That's right, a real human, not an automated machine that buys the humans time. The customer support is always helpful, friendly, and has not once left me with a question unanswered. I cannot say enough good things about the assistance they provide!

Storedge is very easy to use and the customer service is wonderful.

Avantages

The task list bar is what I like the most about this software. It's my own to do list and it makes my job easier.

Inconvénients

What I like least about the software is not being able to give someone an estimated total of what they would be paying per month without actually going through the move in process.

VERY SLOW

Avantages

it is user-friendly and not hard to learn, there some nice features. I only use it for 2 months so I dont have much to say about it.

Inconvénients

VERY SLOW!!! keep crashing when there are too many people using it. If its the beginning of the month when people coming in to pay the site keeps crashing.

It is ok. But does not offer needed basic reports.

Avantages

Combines tenants with multiple units. The software program is way over what is needed for a storage facility, therefore it is very time consuming.

Inconvénients

The way it figures amounts due and balances. It also tends to complicate simple tasks. Freezes or shuts down at times. Creates distorted reports that can't be fixed.

Makes all my task smooth and fast.

Avantages

The Software is easy to use and very fast making each task less time consuming. All alerts for errors are simple and to the point.

Inconvénients

If a move out is done by mistake, there is no way to reverse it and you have to have the customer come back and redo all the paperwork.

Avantages

Easy to figure out and use. There are different avenues to accomplish the same task making it more intuitive for staff to use.

Inconvénients

Notes are seen be tenants. No pop-up alerts for staff regarding tenant. Financial report could be better and more concise.

Overall very user friendly after a few days of use.

Avantages

Easy move ins and outs. Notes are easy to read for each tenant. I like how you can take a payment for each individual unit.

Inconvénients

Would like tenants name to auto populate on the payment screen. The tutorials are a little fast so had to watch several times.

Unresponsiveness. It can take 2 minutes to load a page. Support hours are atrocious, glitchy, feedback provided is brushed off.

Excellent Facility Package

Overall, from the beginning storEDGE has been excellent to work with! We're a new facility, and greatly appreciate the guidance and honesty on opinions and helpful tips in making our facility profitable and successful. Their websites are clean, neat and easy to utilize. We receive multiple comments from people in the community on how easy it is to find the information they're looking for. The software and merchandise programs are even better. Moving a new tenant in is simple and straightforward. Could not have asked for a better company to work with!

Great Program Overall

We have been using StorEDGE for about 6 months now and overall it was a great improvement over our last software. I love the automatic receipt email feature and the ACH functions. Our clients have been thrilled with the ability to pay online. There are a few features that I would like to see added like the ability to print deposit slips and combine tenant accounts, but other than that it is awesome.

American Storage

Still like to see the entry of new tenants streamlined even more. It still knowing the system very well to enter in a new tenant or to schedule a future move in date.

I don't like the report options and entering in new tennats. I would like to be able to create a custom report with the information I want. The software is pretty hard to pickup. Its hard to train new employees

Simple and Complete

Ease of use. Simplicity.

Avantages

Easy to use. Has all the reports I need. I use it once a month to pull monthly reports for the managers.

Inconvénients

Haven't used it long enough to discover this. As noted above, I only use it once a month. But soon other facilities in our portfolio will be switching to StorEdge so I'll get more experience.

Thanks to this software, our facility is on a level playing field with larger facilities.

The software is easy to use and understand. I love the fact I can access it from anywhere. Our customer's love the ability to pay online and view their accounts. The hardest part about switching to storEDGE was change itself. We had been on the previous property management software for 11 years. The actual conversion was very easy and very few issues after the fact. Customer service has been great, anytime I've had an issue/question they are always helpful (and I called a lot in the beginning).

The RV Loft Loves storeEDGE

We opened for business in May of 2016 and are already approaching capacity. storeEDGE did an amazing job building a website that has quickly generated organic SEO driving customers to our business. The integration of the phone calls to storeEDGE makes it seamless for us to add leads and track them through our sales funnel. The management summary report is my favorited because I can get a quick snap shot of revene, receipts and projected run rate on revenues.

Great Support...Overall Nice Product

For the most part, StorEdge is very streamlined and, when up and running, is very simple to use for basic functions. There are a few hiccups we've run into with some functions and a few convoluted ways of doing another function. Aside from those issues, StorEdge is a very nice system. StorEdge customer support has been second to none in my early dealings with them. If I don't get through right away, I receive a call back very shortly.

Grateful for availability of this software

I am grateful to be able to have this software program. This program aides with keeping all of my checks and balances in order. I am able to keep track of all of the past due tenants and see the units that need my attention at a glance.
The program is especially good with the customer assistance.
Many good improvements continue to be made to aide in the perfection of the program.
The educational videos are very helpful.

Comprehensive and easy to use

The software has a great user experience. It has great automated reminders for not only the user but the customer as well. It has had recent improvements that allow for a seamless transition in moving and transferring tenants. Great automated record keeping as well, including recording phone calls, allowing you to follow up easily on leads. Great value for the money.

Storage Software

We have been happy thus far with our transition to this new software platform. The overall quality of the product and the customer service experience has been good. I do have some pricing concerns but overall we are content right now and we are expanding the use of the software. I am happy that we made the transition and look forward to building the relationship.

Big Complaint - I can't go back after month end and get a good month end rent roll. As far as I can tell, I have to print my month end rent roll on the last day of the month as late as possible in the day. I forgot to print the month end rent rolls on the last day in October, and as a result I could not get rent rolls dated Oct 31, 2016.

Storedge software

Storedge is ok. I wouldn't say it's great because it has a hard time integrating with Digigate. Also we've noticed that Money orders aren't being recognized in the reports. It would also be helpful if we could reach someone 24/7. There have been times when we've called because we needed assistance and no one was there.

Customer Portal

Overall it is great software. I have had customers repeatedly tell me that they are unable to login, and they cannot find a customer support contact number to call.

Great software and support staff

I have been using the software for 2 years and I find it very effective. The few times I have called the support staff they were very knowledgeable and helpful.
