Horrible service

AUCUN il est impossoble d'annuler un envoi juste apres la création

Toutes les compagnie rembourse une annulation sauf eux. Je suis très choquées tres mauvais service

To request a refund for an unused label, navigate to the Shipments Page in your Shippo account. Go to your shipment and select the "More Options" menu indicated by icon ( ⋮ ), then click "Refund Label". Afterwards, confirm by clicking "Request refund".

A great out-of-the-box platform with a few missing features

The slickest and most user-friendly shipping platform I've used, and I have tried a few; however, eventually I felt we could do better with a platform that did not charge per month.
That said, Shippo may be a great choice for many people.

Avantages

Shippo has a user-friendly dashboard and strong integration with ecommerce platforms; I can see all my orders in one place. In addition, the tracking api updates frequently so my customers can see real-time information.

Inconvénients

Out of the box the integration with WooCommerce does not provide live shipping quotes. I can use a third-party plugin to do this, but then I'm paying for the plugin plus Shippo. That's my second issue: Shippo charges $20/mo. and up for their platform, unless your package count is pretty low.

Shippo is great but better when it was free for unlimited labels.

Was great until they changed and limited the free service. Now I use less intuitive and speedy services for most of my shipping.

Avantages

Excellent interface. Good customer service when I did have issues.

Inconvénients

It was free for unlimited labels (extra features did cost more but I only needed the basics) and then they switched to only 30 per month for the free service. I still use those 30, but then switch to other clients for the rest of the month. I hope this changes back.

A place to ship from multiple online marketplaces.

I used shipstation for a long time until I realized how much it was costing. I heard shippo did the same thing but was cheaper so I switched my business from shipstation to shippo. I sell on eBay Amazon and shopify

It's got a sleek look as compared to shipstation

Inconvénients

Sometimes you have to renter your online marketplace APIs to keep it synced.

Shippo: NO INSURANCE ON INTERNAL DAMAGE

I shipped a few dozen packages with Shippo and although the price was low as soon as I had a claim with Disc Drives that filed during shipping I discovered the Insurance exception that they will not pay for any damage claim unless the damage is visible externally. this means it would be unwise to send any of the following using Shippo:

Computers,
Computer Monitors
Printers
Disk Drives
TVs
Speakers
Amplifiers
Receivers
Cell Phones
Watches
Headphones
Kitchen Appliances
Drones
Electric Fans
Window Air Conditioners

Quite a list, don't you think and much of what I send would be on this list so I can no longer use Shippo since any internal damage would not be covered.

To clarify, our policy includes an exclusion for electrical and/or mechanical derangement. This means that damages to internal components that do not show external damage are not covered. We do understand the inconvenience this may cause, but want to share that this exclusion is a standard practice in the industry to prevent claims on pre-existing damages. As such, this type of coverage is commonly excluded across most shipping insurance providers.

While a lot of the items you listed-- like disk drives, laptops, LCDs, and TVs--are not covered for damage, they are still covered for loss or theft.

Save Money on your Shipping Labels.

I love shippo, because even when you save some a dollar for each shipping label, it adds up, and when you have hundreds of orders you can easily save hundreds of dollars.

Avantages

The easy integration with my e-commerce in Shopify is awesome and it saves me money by reducing shipping costs.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the tracking updates can be delayed, and carrier options may be limited depending on the shipping location.

Best value out there, but worse product than Shipstation

We've used them for years because they offer great rates. However, if Shipstation offered the same rates we'd definitely prefer Shipstation over Shippo

Avantages

Their carrier negotiated rates are the best we've found. The API works well and makes it easy to compare rates and ship internationally. Support is generally pretty good

Inconvénients

The web portal is much worse than Shipstations. They also do a bad job of associating orders with shipments and viewing things you do via the API in the web portal.

Shippo has destroyed their product by their stopping immediate chat help!

good up until they remove chat help! I'm currently having to look for another shipping partner.

Avantages

sync with our online Square store orders

Inconvénients

Shippo's removal of immediate chat help. it is no good to have to a day to resolve an issue! our customers demand timely shipping!

Money not refunded

They have not actually refunded me money that they say has been refunded.

Avantages

Shippo makes it so easy to send a package. I like that you can get a shipping quote from multiple shipping companies.

Inconvénients

I did not use two labels. They say I have been refunded, but the money is not in my account. There is no phone number to call, and I have been back and forth through email multiple times and they just give me the runaround.

Highly recommended

My experience has been wonderful. I have 0 complaints & love the ease of use, affordability & options Shippo provides.

Avantages

I love that Shippo links directly to my website. It not only automatically brings orders into the program for easy use, it also automatically send my customers their tracking information without me having to do anything extra! The prices are very fair & I like that there is no monthly fee.

Inconvénients

I wish there was an “address book” of sorts, so I could save the names/addresses of the people I ship to most often.

Shippo is a great integration for our Fedex mailer needs

Fedex was able to integrate via our CRM to provide a holistic view of our shipment expenses.

It's okay

It is integrating and pulling the addresses and order in which frees up manpower for our tiny company.

Avantages

We upgraded our website and needed something that would integrate with Wordpress, and this was the option recommended by our web developer.

Inconvénients

It seems glitchy, we've entered our products and each time they come into shippo, it should be selecting the package size and the shipping carrier and speed, but sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Disappointing so far for a shipping program with a monthly fee on top of the shipping label costs.

Integration can be tricky, but well worth the effort

I've not had any issues with Shippo at all. I only use USPS for shipping so I can only comment on that and it's certainly sped up the process as well as eliminated a lot of the frustration. I love that I can set up pre-sets (package type/weight) to make the process even easier.

A huge benefit is that it's helped me SAVE money. Because I'm able to ship small packages first class, very small orders have become cheaper to ship which has benefitted my clients and my business.

Avantages

I found Shippo during the early days of the pandemic when I was making and shipping masks every day. I've made over 2000 masks and counting by myself and most orders were small, so the amount of packages went from a typical 2-3 packages per week to 20. I just didn't have time to type in each order on the USPS website and Shippo was a life saver. I was able to integrate/import my orders from various platforms including Etsy, Square Marketplace, and Airtable (using 3rd party automation at times) to make shipping a matter of a few clicks.

Now my biggest shipping concern is whether or not my printer is going to cooperate each day.

Inconvénients

It would be great if there were easier integration setups with more platforms, but really once it's set up, it takes almost no effort. This can be a bit tricky for folks who aren't tech savvy. I'm a one person operation, so whether I'm good at doing things or not doesn't really matter since I'll be the one doing them regardless.

I was able to fumble my way through it and the ease of that really depended on which third party app I was using. If you're good with API or very familiar with setting up automation through Zapier, Integromat, Automate.io, etc then you will likely not struggle much.

My favorite shipping app around!

The ease of linking Shippo to our e-store to where our orders automatically show up in our Shippo account and can print a label within seconds.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it takes some time for new orders to show up in our Shippo orders page.

Shippo is my chosen program

All in all, excellent except as noted above

Avantages

I like the fact that it was not complicated to learn. It was very easy and logical. I get great value on my printed labels and The Shippo Insurance appears to be a great value too! I like the fact that I can choose between multiple shipping methods even though USPS in by far my chosen method. Record keeping is a snap with the ability to download orders or shipments and I also receive emails from Shippo every time I buy 1 label or multiple at a time. I like the fact that I get a copy of the label (great for reprints and records and invoices too)! I have multiple online stores and my order are imported in and in many cases I automatically designate box size and weight.

Inconvénients

I do not like the fact that I can not import and combine orders going to the same buyer. (it saves me shipping and insurance cost)! This needs to be changed. I have twice asked support for this and have not gotten a reasonable answer. The other problem I have had is that I have two stores with eBay and when I have to change a password on one I have to delete both and reinstall. Treating each store as independent of the other would allow me to delete one and not have to reinstall both!

I'm liking Shippo

Overall Great!

Avantages

I like that I can pay per use with Shippo. I have a small online business so I don't have a ton of orders in one day as it varies. Pricing is inexpensive which is a plus for me. Everything is one place and can enter new orders manually too.

Inconvénients

My only problem is sell on several selling venues including my website which currently does not support Shippo so orders have to entered manually. This slows you down a little but still prefer to use Shippo than with the "other" shipping platforms that I have tried. I hope some day soon that Shippo will be integrated with my website to make things a whole easier.

Shippo Has Made Shipping a Breeze

Using Shippo has really helped me with an easy way to ship sample boxes from one customer to another at very reasonable costs.

Shipping made easy with Shippo

The Shippo software has worked great. I do not think there would be a more economical product out there on the market. Shippo is really reasonable in their rates and this helps with a smaller company. The only comment I would make in regards to improvement is it would be nice if the Live Chat was available more often. There have been a number of times that I have not been able to reach via live chat and have to send and wait for an email response. But they are good at responding. The live chat does help as often the question comes up as you are trying to ship and need to "chat" right away.

Avantages

This product has integrated very well with BigCommerce and works great. Provides all the features required to print shipping labels etc.

Inconvénients

The only con is what is mentioned below regarding that it would be helpful if the Live Chat was available more often.

Shippo or bust!

Overall my experience has been outstanding. I can't believe how easy it and cost-effective it makes my shipping process. Shipping is my biggest headache in my business and this has streamlined it so much that I now actually look forward to getting to go on Shippo because I know it will be easy.

Avantages

Shippo has hands-down the best rates for all shipping companies, that I've found, including at the shipping companies' own store locations. I use UPS and USPS most frequently and always get better rates on Shippo then I do in-person at their locations.

Inconvénients

The only complaint I have is that sometimes an address will auto-populate that's close to the address I'm typing in, but not the correct one. It's almost like it will sometimes not find the street address that I need so instead it auto-populates the nearest address, even though it's the wrong one. Sometimes I don't even notice this until it's too late because it just auto-populates and I assume it was finding the correct address.

Easy and simple to use.

Love it, will use it as long as I'm in business!

Avantages

This software is very simple to use. I like that I never have an issue with an order now coming through from my marketplace or Etsy accounts. The sync feature is great when I have multiple orders coming through, and being able to toggle between fulfilled and unfilled orders is helpful on busy days. My favorite part of this software is the email at the end of the month showing me how far my packages traveled, my most shipped to state and other interesting facts.

Inconvénients

This function might already exist but I haven't discovered it, but it would be nice to see a delivered next to the shipments that have been delivered, rather than having to travel to the carrier site.
