Amazing product and service - best for client roles

Amazing. Can't complain.

Avantages

The accessibility and easy of using the platform. I can filter as per my requirements, skip to important parts using the transcript part and make MoM s easily. Loved it.

Inconvénients

Nothing as such but if the plaform can make notes. Detect the crux of a conversation and make notes, life will be much easier.

Great addition to any sales team

Avantages

the fact that you do not need to depend on a notebook to keep track of important points during a phone call is one of the best value that wingman offers. usually you tend to lose track of conversations that you had with someone more than 3 months back even if you keep detailed notes. the analytics it offers after a call is of great value wrt training of the sales team.

in rare cases, wingman misses out on few words/pronounciations

Valuable and easy call coaching tool

Avantages

I've used Gong in the past and find that for our small and growing company, Wingman is a perfect fit. It was easy to set up, it is easy to learn, it helps me track key moments in calls, gives me important analytics, and allows for me to share coaching moments across my team easily.
I also like how much the team is willing to listen to feedback and innovate, pushing the product forward.

Inconvénients

I'm looking forward to the scorecard feature. Also, like in Gong, I wish I could share snippets of the call easier and use comments to tag specific moments for easy searching and referencing.

Great tool for recordings

My overall experience has been great, some initial features were missing which now have been integrated well.

Avantages

I think I like how user friendly and easy to navigate the tool is.

Inconvénients

In all honestly, I don't think there is any feature that I need that doesn't exist on Wingman.

Integration with the CRM is very useful and recording of conversations makes it convenient to go back and listen instead of manually keeping a track of every conversation.

Inconvénients

The translation/ Picking up different accents seems to be a challenge with this tool.

Wingman Works

Avantages

Wingman is a great way to record calls. It's very similar to the key components of Gong at a fraction of the price.

Inconvénients

They need to complete the mobile app and improve transcription.

Amazing tool for any Sales Team

Avantages

Being able to easily review and share calls with my team is invaluable. Being able to provide feedback internally is extremely important to our company and Wingman allows us to do just that. The Real Time Coaching also keeps you on track during calls and is super helpful.

Inconvénients

No cons so far, can't think of any missing features or things I would change.

Wingman - The tool that doesn't miss a thing

Wingman at its best!

Great for SDRs!

Fantastic, very streamlined and easy to use and see the value

Avantages

I love using Wingman! As an SDR it's super helpful to have every call recorded and transcribed. I love being able to see the transcription and skim read very quickly to remind myself what was said on a given call, keep my notes updated, share intel on an account with the AE before the demo etc.

Inconvénients

The only issues I've had is sometimes wingman doesn't automatically join on my zoom calls right away, and it joins in the middle of the call. That makes it kind of awkward and breaks the flow of conversation. It's only happened a couple times and I've alerted the Wingman team to this bug.

Brilliant for constant improvement

Avantages

The call queues are very helpful for objection handling. Also the ability to push call notes to the CRM eventually saving time for sales people is a real deal.

Match Made in Tech Heaven

Avantages

Wingman integrated perfectly into our existing tech stack. With integrations into both HubSpot and Slack it made the decision easy. It will help us scale our sales operations as the company looks to move to the next level.

Inconvénients

The reporting could be a bit more robust and customizable. Currently it is a bit out of the box and will require API work down the road to get more detail out of it.

Wingman- A must-have for teams

Avantages

The best part about using Wingman is that I can go on the calls without worrying about taking notes since Wingman does the transcripts for you.

Moreover, we use Wingman for analyzing calls across the team so as to understand the most common questions, queries, answers, etc. during the calls, thereby allowing us to focus more on the specifics and improving our processes.

Inconvénients

The transcripts are sometimes not the best, as a lot of it is lost in translation. If I am reading someone else's transcripts, it gets difficult in understanding who spoke what, especially if there are more than two people on the call. It's understandable that AI would not be 100% accurate but any improvement here would be great.

Incredibly powerful for research

Avantages

Love the transcription, the ability to clip the video and share it with the team, that builds more transparency.

Inconvénients

None as yet, perhaps the search can be a bit better inside the product, I'd like to be able to search for a call basis a vague idea that I hae.

Great Learning and Management Tool for SDR/AE

I have 12 employees who sell over the phone everyday. Wingman has helped me take back control of call coaching, controlling consistent messaging and more

Avantages

Wingman's platform lets you bring the call scripts, the call coaching and the call stats all into 1 place.

When you manage more than just a few SDRs/AEs call coaching time quickly dwindles and disappears as meetings take over your calendar. Especially when you're scaling your business from 4 to 12 and beyond the problem becomes keep success consistent and repeatable.

Wingman allows me to build in all the key phrases and words you'd pick up on during a call coaching session and lets you build them into their platform. It also provides quick coaching guides and suggested call script pop ups.

At the end of a day or week I can quickly go see the results from 1000s of calls across 12+ people and ascertain which people need help and even where they struggled.

Inconvénients

Nothing that I really dislike, the product is still relatively new so that has to be taken into account. The team at Wingman still has so much room to grow so roadmap will be key.

Wingman review

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the tool. I use this on a daily basis and this has helped me stay on top of my game.

Avantages

This is a much-recommended tool for anyone whose work involves making calls every day. The analytics shows an overview of time spent on each call which is essential in deciding how I want to space my daily routine. It has been super helpful in understanding a call due to its transcription capabilities. Also, this can be super useful for anyone at a managing level. I can keep a tab on all my team members' calls and also dig back in when needed.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the transcription isn't perfect. And if there was a screen recording accessibility, this would be a complete package.

Great App

It is beneficial; it can be used for training, sharing videos, etc.

Also, it gives me a call minutes after the call on slack.

Nothing, its great, just it hangs in the starting 10 sec and that is zoom problem and they are fixing it

Wingman does exactly what it is supposed to

We are solving the problems of managing our sales calls and staying on track of what we said.

Avantages

It records calls, easy to use and find. Translates it and allows us to go back to use it internally for onboarding or knowledge, or send to a customer.

Inconvénients

There wasn't any features I disliked, but there are other companies that have the same results as Wingman but are coupled with other tooling that we use, which could be useful in reducing our tech stack.

Excellent for sales teams

We use wingman on sales calls and its added so much value to our process. Being able to quickly and easily search and review the "game tapes" has been instrumental to our ability to improve our processes. Also, they have pre-built features that analyze calls and highlight important ones based on a variety of criteria e.g. number of questions asked by prospect.

Avantages

The core features right out of the box are incredible and surpassed expectations. Seem to find a new way to delight me every single time I go into my dashboard.

Easy to set-up and comes with great integrations right on day 1. No hidden fees. You get what they promise.

Love the ability to quickly switch between transcript and video.

The voice recognition AI took a little longer to learn my accent

It's a real boon for GTM teams

The evaluation and the buying process was quick and we were well supported throughout. It's helped improve the communication between the GTM and the Product team which helps us on multiple levels.

Avantages

We're early in our product journey and this help us bridge the gaps between the GTM an product teams. Before Wingman and lot of information was lost in translation, now our product team can relive some of these customer conversations without having to sit through an entire recording.

It's easier for the team to take away key inputs that they can factor into building features and rolling out enhancements to support our customers better.

Inconvénients

As on now there's only one thing that I'd say would need some improvement - The transcription for calls isn't as accurate as you'd like it to be.

Wingman is great!

Avantages

Wingman is great at picking up action items in my calls and making it easy to find specific areas of my call I need to reference. This has seriously decreased the time it takes for me to recap from my client calls.

Inconvénients

I do not love how it joins the call as a note-taker only because my clients tend to think someone else is in the call, but it is not a terrible feature.

Great for getting the granular information from a call

It has been a great tool to strategize for the next call with a potential client. Also, I think that this is amazing for new sellers who need to review their calls and improve on their pitch and training.

Avantages

Wingman helps you stay a couple of steps ahead of your client with regard to what they said in the previous meeting. I like the keyword filtering i.e. pressing on words that were spoken like price, competitors etc will take you straight to that section of the call.

Inconvénients

In my company, we have integrated Wingman with BlueJeans (our video conferencing software). Sometimes wingman doesn't join the meetings. I also wish that wingman would record the video so we could see the screen share along with the voice.

The best call recording software out there.

Avantages

The software is very simple to setup and allows you to set it and forget it without having to constantly make changes. What is also great is if you are running late for a meeting or can't make it you always have a record of it in addition to any notes you will get from the call.

Inconvénients

To record a phone call you need to use a bridge line like Google or Zoom and can't just use an app or something. (Not a major issue we run all our calls via Google Meet)

Good for monitoring, reviewing and training of calls.

Avantages

The ease of use. Great to reviews calls with your team, helps in understanding your calls with your clients. It is a great tool which helps you monitor every call, the use of words, the talk ratio. Easy to add comments and share feedbac. If you are a manager you can also monitor and check on your team's performance which make your job easier.

Inconvénients

Accuracy can be a little better at times if the other party has joined a little late wingman fails to record.

Great Service by Murali and great product

Avantages

I love the fact that it's so easily integratable and works well with our other apps like Toky, I can follow up my team's calls and transcriptions and track customer sentiment.

I love Wingman

Inconvénients

Nothing yet. Sometimes the words don't transcribe but that's rare.

Great product!

Avantages

The call recording features as well as the AI translations are really great and accurate.

Inconvénients

The UI on the dashboard page is a little too busy and hard to track everything.

Ease of Use - Wingman

It was a great experience

Avantages

The auto recording of calls on zoom and placing a link on Fresh sales.

Inconvénients

Wingman is good but the occasional emails from the wingman team is little bothering.

Unbeatable Value for Money

Great so far. I would recommend Wingman to any sales manager.

Avantages

Wingman is a complete software, really easy to use and implement. I love how we can coach reps with private and public comments, share soundbites and tag them.

I would improve reporting, with more clear and options of metrics

best personal assistant :)

after making several similar calls during the day I tend to lose attention on some, but being able to revisit accurate notes has been a lifesaver

I can go over each conversation to check important bits I could've missed, or track common points/convos amongst successful interactions with my leads and clients.

Inconvénients

a little disruptive window when the call is over, no big deal to be honest

Seamlessly connected with zoom. the ability to easily shares recording links internally and with my clients.

pops up on desktop even though i have not joined the meeting. not the end of the world.

Have used the product already 2 months and overall I am happy. So far so good
Thanks for a nice, easy to use product

Avantages

Transcript part is the most important and useful feature, we are using when doing our calls. It makes the CSM job much easier

Inconvénients

Currently can't provide a relevant answer, as I have been using Wingman for almost 2 months.
I will definitely provide feedback once I manage to make use of all other features

Great tool for onboarding

Wingman is for sure a game-changer for onboarding!

Avantages

I really started a new role and needed to get on board with the company and product ASAP. Wingman made the onboarded process so much smoother! I was easily able to access demo recordings and calls with clients. The script allowed me to quickly scan for any keywords without having to listen to the whole video.

Inconvénients

No dislikes from my end! So much easier than manually uploading videos into drives or sharepoints.

Easy to get started and super helpful to coach sales

We use it across the company. Very easy to use and get value from. Makes it easy to here the voice of the prospect and customer.

Avantages

I love the unlimited users feature - makes it easy to share call recordings across the company (then u pay only for recording seats). Alos love the Game Tape feature.

Inconvénients

The voice to text annotation still has accuracy challenges

MUST HAVE if you're in sales!!

Its making drastic changes in my calls as it provides the awareness that is much needed

Avantages

I love the fact that I can replay each of my calls and hear all the details. Whether its my responses, rebuttals, talk time, fluency,etc. Wingman provides all the insights and is pretty darn accurate.

Inconvénients

Sometimes wingman doesn't catch the full conversation if there are not pauses between what you say and what the other person says. That's about all I can think of.

A true co-pilot

Its been great. I spoke with CEO who made the sale. She also let me try the product and provided reports to me to help sell this to leadership.

Avantages

I've used Wingman for 2 months now and its facilitated my call reviews dramatically. I used to be able to listen to 1 call and provide feedback in a 45-minute session - With Wingman, I can do 3 calls because of the data it provides. I can find what qualifying questions are being asked and more importantly which ones are not just searching a keyword or phrase. I also have the opportunity to see which reps are upselling through keywords and coach the reps on how to bring more ARR to the business.

Inconvénients

Sometimes the talk tracks are inaccurate, this only happens when multiple people are speaking at the same time.
