I consider this a very desirable integration for increasing the strength of our emergency notification system to patrons and staff.

It was expressed by our communications department that it would be desirable to have a login that Staff could utilize to log in and view presentations at will on workstations to provide great service to Patrons.

-Additional users beyond minimum included amount

I could honestly go on and on but these are some of the features included in the Enhanced package that I really value. Many of the "basic" features are also true highlights and I'm very happy with all of the offerings and capabilities that TTV provides.

Inconvénients

So far, I have honestly found no cons. I haven't fully deployed the system yet but in my trials and in processing pilot devices, I am very impressed and excited to be using TTV.

Avantages

It's all about the software; so easy to use, lots of features and apps, and our users are able to instantly update their screens with no deployment headaches.

Inconvénients

Setting permissions across all the user groups, apps, playlists, and devices is a bit tricky. Complex websites will not preview well in the web app.

I started using TelemetryTV because of it great prices (although they increased the price). I like very much the visual aspect of the solutions as well as the facility to use the tool.

I have found several problems with the product (specially after updating). Besides, sometimes I have had some connection problems.

We use it in our coworking space and find it so useful for our multiple screens in the building.

There is a maximum capacity for some files (ie. videos send by our clients) so we sometimes have to find other ways to display those.

Telemetry makes its so simple to display Key metrics to our associates on the floor. This enables them to make critical decisions to ensure our products flows at the correct rate. It also is the best way to display any news to our associates that they would need to know without having 1 on 1's.

Inconvénients

Con would be that I can not display the full screen of goggle sheets. It only shows a small window.

Telemetry gives me great flexibility right out of the box. I can run templates or customise my own slides. Easy to use, quick to set up.

Inconvénients

Working in a web GUI can sometimes be a bit limiting. The native app fixes this problem so maybe consider that for more complex templates.

Avantages

TelemetryTV is an easy way for me to get information to my customers, such as upcoming events, pricing, and general notices. I am also able to tie into my Google calendar and present when rooms are busy so that other customers can see at a quick glance if there is space for them.

Inconvénients

I wish there were more background options and more background videos. The product has had the same selection for years and I was hoping for a refresh of new content.

We use Telemetry to display branded content and updates to our employees around the office and at different buildings we manage. We chose this solution because it was extremely easy to use, updates display quickly and even inexperienced users can make changes and create content. We love their app library because it allows us to quickly create new content for our screens by just entering a few fields and selecting a font and background.

Inconvénients

The only thing that would be nice would be integration with Amazon firestick. We have some firesticks on hand and weren't able to use them but they have other inexpensive options which work fine.

Ease of use, I upload daily video announcements in our school. Adding the videos via YouTube is simple. I also love that we can add other graphics and how easy it is to control the timing of everything.

I don't know if I have the ability to control each of our displays individually, I would like to do this! It my be that I need training or we may need to add that feature.

We came across an issue that was region based for our players, not real sure how it happened, but I worked directly with the support channel , and escalation team to get the issue resolved. very efficient, precise and knowledgeable. All these things make for a better experience and sets you mind at ease, you know there is someone there to help.

There is nothing that we don't like , it fits our venue perfect and gives us what we need.

It was easy to get started with, fairly intuitive for adding media and using some of the basic apps they have. I could see this being a useful software to get complex with in the future. Looks like they have a lot of functionality for API integrations.

There are so many features and a lot of complexity so it is a little overwhelming when I first created my account. It took a while to watch the videos and read how to use some of the features.

It is part of our comms eco system, directing staff back to find further information in various other places. We have received great feedback and uptake from the business.

Avantages

TelemetryTV has an extremely robust set of tools to create some of the best digital signage I have seen. Tools and apps in the user interface are straight forward and intuitive and can be easily learned. The advanced features are solid and with them, we are able to create innovative playlists and media for the viewers of our signage networks.

None that I have found to date. For features that we were looking to implement, the team guided us to them or helped us by getting them on their feature roadmap.

Once you get the hang of it, TTV is easy to use, and has a lot of potential. The program allows basically all media to be pushed to your device pool on-demand.
I've been able to display covid safety notices, company notices, warnings about downtime, celebrations of company success.
The support team are excellent. Even though we're in different time-zones, they always help me out when I ask, and they'll reach out to me with product updates, new features etc.

Onboarding was time-consuming because of the amount of devices I have, however I haven't had much trouble with devices since.
