Satisfied administrator
I am very satisfied with Evocon, it is working just like these softwares should work.
Avantages
Easy to use, no software installes were needed, very informative for the shifts, technical support
Inconvénients
Sometimes there were problems to sign in but your technical support solved those quite soon. Probably some more stations would be beneficial to see in overall picture, now there is six and that was a maximum regarding to your tecnicians.

Avantages
Gives transparency on what is going on and what are the issues. This is a good tool to support operational discipline and waste elimination.
Inconvénients
It is not easy to make analysis from data captured as some analysis are predefined and not flexible.

Transparency in production
After having Evocon as a production monitoring system in place for nearly 3 years, I can't imagine running a production without it. It is a great tool with a lot of possibilities.
Avantages
1. Quick installation
2. User-friendly interface for both - production floor users and admins
3. Reports within few clicks - great visualization
4. Full transparency in production - no more "hidden factory"
Inconvénients
There are no cons to be mentioned - if there has been some minor issues, they were solved by support team really quickly.

Simple, Quick and Effective solution for Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Avantages
Evocon is incredibly easy to set up and intuitive to use at office level and shop floor level. Back-end configuration is straightforward and flexible, allowing the admin to adapt the tool to the local needs and preferences. The Evocon team have managed to zero-in on the features which promote user adoption and avoided over-engineering the solution. The application also offers API connectivity which is very practical for customized analysis.
Inconvénients
For our purposes we felt extremely satisfied with Evocon and did not miss any major features.

Now we know how good we are (or how bad we were...)
Moving from "pen & paper" and Excel spreadsheets to this clever way of monitoring production lines was a great milestone for us.
Due to being very user-friendly, operators are using it and now we slowly removing paperwork from stations.
Avantages
Showing live line performance in a clear, visible manner.
Uncovered many mini-stoppages that we never knew about it.
We stopped "guestimating" and moved to a data-driven performance analysis.
Slowly moving from a reactive to a proactive approach when comes to fixing problems.
Inconvénients
Not many options for setting new products up (size variations, different materials used, etc.)

It is good to have in real time, wherever you are, the production output and reasons of stoppages and loosing of speed on production line. Not to mention the use of the reports, that are easily linked with our reporting syste

Works great for asset optimization!
Evocon is very easy to use, and is a great way for us to make sure that we are using our resources as effectively as possible.
Avantages
The user-friendliness of the system is one of the biggest benefits of Evocon. Our operators have been quick to adopt the system and really enjoy using it. One reason among many is how Evocon has humanized the real-time feedback of production performance that operators get by utilizing a minion like Mr Evocon in the system. The cost and very low barrier to entry are also big advantages.
Inconvénients
The standard reporting could be more dynamic but the team has been very quick to offer custom data export options. Overall there are few cons if any.

EvoCon
Tracking all our downtime and runtime efficiently and effectively.
Avantages
Amazing software if utilized correctly, it will count and track every board that we run through our sawmill. It allows us to also track all the downtime, so we can go back as a management team and see where we can improve. Another nice thing is is the responsiveness of their customer support. When we were first trying to build it out they were very helpful. However, it was so simple and easy to use we hardly have needed any help.
Inconvénients
I feel like the lasers that will count the product could or should be stronger for certain setups. Or be able to withstand shaking. Perhaps have an option where the laser comes in a guarded clear box to help from outside influences.

Evocon in woodworking factory
The top benefit is the increase of production volume by more than 25%, information about downtimes by technology and by operator, data for improvement actions and staff motivational system.
Avantages
User friendly, easily understandable, great visuals for reports, gives instant information, lineview and summarized info available.
Inconvénients
No great minuses I would recall now. It ensures the data we require for analysis.

Production experience
We standardized our process in production. Using more efficiently our work time. See how our machines were loaded and made a corrections. Workers discipline also increased.
Avantages
Easy to use and understandable programm. It is very important also for workers.
Inconvénients
Sometimes after updates some programm mistakes appear but Evocon support solved them pretty fast.

Easy to use with fast reporting options
Avantages
The hardware is relatively easy to implement and the software easy to configure. The shopfloor workers needed only little training in order to start using the basic features. The basic reporting options cover most of our needs. The customer service is quite fast to solve problems or to take our demands into consideration.
Inconvénients
We would have liked a feature that allows us to send automatic report, either by mail or to our servers but we are currently working with evocon on this matter, we will see what we can come up with.

EVOCON in Yara Production logistics
Great tool for RCPS as well as monitoring the overall performance and a great tool assisting to understand underlying issues and continious improvement.
Avantages
Easyness to use i.e. user friendly. The software is constantly beeing updated and the customer service is marvelous in every aspect, there is not a problem too small or too big that they are not willing to solve.
Inconvénients
The fact that it is not yet connected to SAP (maintenance etc.)
