Hubstaff is bombastic

Have liked it's payroll capability which has helped in all payments operation in my company

Hubstaff provides ease of use
Hubstaff has been instrumental in tracking time and allowing more accurate invoicing and job costing.

Avantages
Needs improvements with both software, support, and billing.
Inconvénients
The company is misleading, the invoicing is a nightmare, they think it's ok to rip people off with erroneous billing on an annual basis, and poor support. BUYER BEWARE!

Most effective way to maximize margins and drive profitability.
Employees can now focus on real tasks instead of wasting valuable hours logging time manually.

Manual time tracking really wasted our time and had almost guaranteed inaccurate data leaving to losses in revenue. Hubstaff brought the solution after a friend introduced me to it. I highly rank Hubstaff and recommend.

I am leaving hubstaff
Not good, can find nothing, cant acctually export, cant find where i can look at my data clearly.

Cant find anything, even if you pay the system is very complicated, i am use to working with ui, and i even design ui myself, you are currently compiting with facebook managers for the baddest ui of all times.

A window to the everyday peasant.
Awful, my music player is deemed as unproductive time, the level of intrusiveness that it has is horrendous.

They make it impossible to downgrade
Avantages
All features work well. Not really worth the price honestly.
Inconvénients
They won't let you downgrade your account. I can remove seats but no way to change my billing so that I stop getting billed for the seats I removed.

Hubstaff Time Tracking
Hubstaff is a reliable way to track hours and stay organized, but it’s not the most flexible when it comes to making adjustments or managing your time in real life. It’s a great tool for keeping yourself accountable, but sometimes it feels like you’re under constant surveillance.
Avantages
Hubstaff made clocking in super easy with its automatic time tracking, so I didn’t have to worry about forgetting to log my hours. The interface is simple and lets me see exactly where my time is going each day. It also tracks breaks, which helps with transparency and staying organized. The mobile app was convenient for clocking in when I wasn’t at my desk.
Inconvénients
The app can feel a bit restrictive, especially when you have to log in manually if something goes wrong with the automatic tracking. If you accidentally close the app or forget to start it, it’s hard to go back and adjust your hours without jumping through hoops. It also feels like it tracks too much, down to your every move on the computer, which feels invasive at times.

Good app, but the employers may use it as a form of micromanaging
My experience was great in terms of both usability and accessibility, font was big enough for people like me with low vision, and the website respects contrast as indicated on the accessibility guidelines.

The platform is simple to use, desktop app works smoothly.
Inconvénients
It really depends on the use the employer wants to give Hubstaff, In my experience some employers may use the platform as a way of micromanaging the employees. I didn't like the screenshots every 5 minutes, I found that to be excessive.

Time tracker benefits
It's me the one that had to learn how to use it. the program itself is great

It does track time in an accurate way and even those 15 mins before you log out automatically are thinked for you to go and take a piss or something. it is really well thinked.

Surprisingly hassle free...
User-friendly. Imagine that you just logged in, in the comfort of your home, you do your job/daily tasks, and after a week, you'd be able to submit your time sheet with no sweat. Everything has already been placed accordingly.
Avantages
Everything is just one-click away. And everything is calculated accordingly.
Inconvénients
No 15-minute break? I'm unsure if this is between the company and the user, but I hope, HubStaff could offer that.

Great Product for Remote Employees
My overall experience with Hubstaff has been great. The program is cost effective and a great way to monitor remote employees.
Avantages
I love using Hubstaff for our remote employees. It gives me access to see screenshots of what they are working on, assign tasks, job cost their time, and easily see what I need to pay each employee.
Inconvénients
The only thing I do not like about Hubstaff is the desktop version needs to be downloaded to utilize the full services that hubstaff offers. I have to explain this to new employees, and some do not want to download the application.

Activity % must be improved
The activity % is quite annoying. Because though I work continuously it never reaches 100%

A great tool for time tracking
Avantages
How easy it is to use, especially the attention to UX on the website
Inconvénients
Sometimes the pages are difficult to load. Oftentimes, it's due to my network but sometimes when everything else works fine, Hubstaff won't load.
Not a con, just something that bothered me a few times.
