It does everything I need, it is a basket of tools. I love baskets of tools, they make me more effective.
Kartra does so much that I had to grow into the app. As time has passed and I have understood my client better Kartra has become more effective for me.
I am a hair coach and have spent the last two years learning how to care for my tribe online. I purchased Kartra even before I understood all its functionalities, that is how much I can see the opportunities Kartra provides.
Maybe I don't know enough, however, I feel Kartra is the absolute best app basket around. Every time I look at other apps I just keep coming back to Kartra.

Inconvénients

The font colour on the dashboard is too light, hard for my 54 year old eyes and I can only zoom in so much. If I could change that I would.

Kartra does literally everything better than anything else.

The Landing Page and Sales Page builder software crushes anything else out there in terms of aesthetics and how much you can customize it.

The email follow-up options and campaigns that you can create are super intelligent - and much more user-friendly than Infusionsoft or AWeber.

CSR and the Kartra team have literally solved the problem of 'what software should I use for this aspect of my online business?' - and it integrates and works with the different parts of your marketing campaigns so well.

Inconvénients

It takes a little while to learn, which is to be expected because it has so many things you can do. Small price to pay, though.

We started using Kartra for our non profit website, monthly membership subscription, hosting courses, and every other thing we have needed. We have been able to cut out a TON of other paid software.

They still haven't implemented quizzes for their courses, but it's coming. That's really the only thing so far we haven't liked.

I love how much I can do all within the one tool. Email marketing, landing pages, online membership portals, selling digital products and so much more.

There are lots of inconsistencies across the different areas of the product - what works in the pages builder is different in the email marketing side of things. The user interface is also a little clunky and can be slow at times. My biggest frustration is that the tool runs of EST time zone, which for someone based in NZ makes it really confusing when scheduling emails etc to be sent at a certain time.

Kartra allows you to manage your whole funnel from prospect to customer. You can create advance email sequences depending on the behavior of your leads. You can have easy to create landing pages and all works and connects easily.

It is expensive. It is a powerful machine and it is definitely worth it if your sales exceed the annual price.

the sequence-builder for automation is clear and easy to use. I love the web page templates and the page builder is pretty fast and easy to learn. email delivery seems pretty good. Kartra keeps up with all my creative ideas for my business, it's my entrepreneurial wings!

too many clicks, especially in product setup. can't navigate to a specific part of product to edit, have to go thru all the pages. the screen re-building everytime you move something on the sequence builder. better usability would be so wonderful. a shopping cart would come in handy to make more functional funnels. I'm using ClickFunnels for that, and fulfillment via Kartra

Avantages

The best thing about Kartra is that it integrates so many things into one package. Email delivery rate also seems to be good although we have limited data.

Inconvénients

It's very difficult to navigate. The UI is very poor and unintuitive.

This is why we are not really using it and likely we will cut it as soon as I can find a better alternative.

It desperately needs a way to search and find the emails that you have written in the autoresponder sequence. Its utterly painful trying to find certain emails in the sequence to edit them and specific landing pages. The overall structure of Kartra is a mess.

Avantages

We mostly use Kartra for the Checkout and Helpdesk features. The subscription setup and checkout are as good as it gets. We've seen a huge bump in conversions on our high ticket sales once switching the KArtra checkout.

Inconvénients

Not a huge fan of how difficult it is to setup campaigns or build pages. The experience could definitely be improved. They've put a ton of features under the hood but usability needs some work. Luckily, our customers have a much simpler experience on their end.

I wish the membership systems would be a lot more versatile, and the customer support a lot faster. The latter is super friendly but it takes a day to get an answer back.

The trainings and the tips and tricks, all the content and the Facebook group all have helped me learn what I can do and what I need to do to build my business. I can now explain clearly what I want to a freelance if I choose to get some additional help..

I adore how intuitive Kartra is. It is simple to use and navigate thanks to its highly intuitive UI. Kartra also has a ton of capabilities, which I appreciate because they make managing and monitoring my membership sites, advertising campaigns, and other online projects simple. It enables me to quickly automate many of my marketing-related chores and operations, which helps me save a ton of time and effort.

The most significant disadvantage of Kartra is its price. Although there is a free trial version, the monthly costs associated with some of the plans can be quite high, especially for those who are just getting started.

I'm not a techy girl at all. It took me awhile (and a few tears) to learn the different platforms I was using for my business. So, with my basic knowledge and little bit of video help from one of your beta testers, I found it super easy to create the pages, emails, memberships and forms I need to run my business. There are so many options that I truly enjoy creating everything I need in Kartra!

The only downside was that there is not a lot of bandwith for videos. But, I house them on Vimeo and it's no problem at all to embed them.

I would like to see more intuitive shortcuts. I am not crazy about all the things I have to click through to get to certain features I need. While I love all the analysis that Kartra provides, certain things don't seem to work as well as they could. Overall, I love the software. I'm hoping Kartra will continue to improve.

Kartr is a seamless solution to so many of the tech challenges we had. I originally started with Kartra for the CRM functionality after struggling with Infusionsoft for years. Then, I learn they have a membership function - game changer! Now, I also use it for all of my web pages. I was able to stop web hosting, web tech, membership platform, membership platform links to website....on and on. I love that it is all in one place. AND - they they are continuously adding more functionality!

As a 'non techy' person of a certain age, I was looking for a solution and Kartra is IT! Having spent a good few years attempting to teach myself how to market my business, Kartra felt like a miracle made just for me! Yes it takes time to learn, yes it is worth that investment, and yes it is great value for $. I am so very grateful to the developers and the support team that have helped me along the way.

Benefits for selling, features for using. Afte.r a short and well documented learning, we have started to create our own pages and used the built in templates to manage sales funnels and autoresponder sequences.
It looked difficult at the beginning but follow the guidance or ask for support and your investment will bewell rewarded.
Page & funnel templates combined with autoresponder sequences are my most liked features.

Kartras done for you campaigns are brilliant. With one click you can install a completely done-for-you campaign that only needs your finishing content changes. This has helped us get our marketing campaigns up and running in half the time. It has also cut down on the learning curve of using Kartra.

We would like to see more integration options either from Kartra or third party developers.

You can do almost anything in Kartra. It really is an all in one software. Email marketing, online courses, booking calendar, affiliate programs and more.

Inconvénients

The downside of being an all in one, is that you can do so much, but not all the functions are as fully featured. For example the booking calendar is missing standard features like buffer time between appointments. The page builder is also a but clunky and can be cumbersome to use.

The user interface is very unique and once you figure it out and get used to it is is very easy to create systems and marekting automation.

By switching over to Kartra I was able to cancel a handful of other software programs. That's the beauty of Kartra - it's the one to rule them all. It's got so much functionality and you can run your entire business from it. I've used so much software out there today and Kartra is hands down my favorite platform.

They are also constantly improving, adding more features and listening to customer feedback.

Inconvénients

Because it does so much it can be pretty overwhelming at first but with their Kartranaut training you can shorten the learning curve quite a bit.

Kartra integrates a lot of services and functionalities needed by somebody who is getting started in internet marketing and does not know where to start. It is a very slick product designed to appeal the basic needs of the average person with their own product or service.

I found the price was a bit too steep and the software did not allow me to to develop custom features for collecting and exporting data and interacting with my other websites

Building great looking landing pages, squeeze pages and in fact, full websites is incredibly easy and powerful. The suite of tools that integrate has opened new paths to engaging my customers and selling more products.

Inconvénients

When managing landing pages, it seems that the software requires more clicks than should be necessary. It's easy to use, but can be cumbersome, especially when setting up a sales funnel. I have to set up some pages, then exit and build a product, then back to the pages again.

Sometimes my brain didn't sync with Kartra's and I had to train it to think the same way as much as I could. It was not that there was anything wrong with the software – we just think differently. However, the help and concierge people are wonderful – gold!

I love Kartra's advanced features for creating email sequences, tags, funnels, etc. It makes it so easy to target your audience's interests and give each subscriber a customized experience.

The thing I like least about this software is that it doesn't have a group forum area within their membership feature. This can be supplemented by using Slack or Facebook groups, but there are times where it would be really convenient to have that feature available.

Believe it or not the best feature is the easy fact of sending out emails. Communicating with customers is so easy. You can send out a basic email or one with links to others videos and products.

I wanted to send out Birthday greetings to my customers when necessary and that feature was not there.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of features in the same place, so I can do everything inside the platform: landing pages, sales pages, email marketing, online sales, etc.

I think they should be more clear about its bandwidth limits. In the Starter Plan, the bandwidth has nothing to do with the number of users and courses you can have. I mean that is very easy to reach the account limits which leads to overcharges. So, in my first month I had to upgrade to the next plan which doubles the price.

Pros: You'll receive most tools needed fort marketing to new and existing clients. Easy to use interface. Learning curve is less than most other software programs. They are continuously adding new features and functionality.

Cons: Compared to everything else on the market, there aren't any. Like any new piece of software, you'll need to be patient implementing everything. Give yourself around 3-4 months. If you want a quick solution find users through their Facebook group, who will provide done-for- you services.

I would love a little more on designing the pages... Ie: Does and don't when playing with design and trying to adjust margin and padding to make everything look amazing. (that would be for beginners like me that is) Sometimes I find it gets tricky when you want the design to look good on all devices.

The best part about Kartra is the fact that it is an all in one system for entrepreneurs like me. CRM, Email, webpages/site, Help Desk, Videos, Products/Upsells/etc.

In addition, the Kartra team is constantly adding features to support my business.

There are two things I like least about Kartra:

1. Unlike every other CRM (with the exception of Infusion - who has great support, albeit necessary!), I think Kartra has good customer support - but not great support. They continue to get better each month, but live chat is still hit or miss - which is huge!

2. There is SO MUCH you can do with Kartra that it is a bit overwhelming. Not in a hard-to-use way. But in a where-should-I-start way.
