Era da tempo che cercavo un software che mi aiutasse nel mio lavoro, sincronizzare tutti gli annunci, offrire la possibilità di costruire un sito abbastanza facilmente e che mi permettesse di ricevere le prenotazioni dirette. L'assistenza di Alessia nel configurare tutto è stata fondamentale e di grande aiuto!
Inconvénients
Fin'ora va tutto benissimo, l'unica cosa che mi piacerebbe fosse inserita è la distinzione tra adulto e bambino. Al momento risultano solo gli adulti nella prenotazione ricevuta

Wish they would help when you call.in instead of give answers that do not work
Great if you have a few properties that all function the same. Poor if there are any variances.

One place to look. Worked well until we added additional properties and could not get them to fix it or get a call back from someone that could help.

Handling of issues and problems. Not being able to speak woth someone that could resolve issues as well.

La ragazza che mi ha contattato per presentarmi la piattaforma è stata gentile e disponibile...ma a posteriori ho scoperto che non ha detto tutto..
Inconvénients
ATTENZIONE, NON vi dicono che i siti come Airbnb, al momento della presentazione trattengono all'host il 15%+iva (costi del servizio dell'host dove praticamente quest'ultimo si accolla tutte le spese invece di dividerle con l'altra parte, ossia 4 o 5% l'host e 10% chi prenota)!!!! Con una FORTE perdita di guadagno su OGNI prenotazione (questo invece non vale per Booking). Per nulla soddisfatta, tirando le somme serve davvero a poco, oltre alla grande fregatura di cui sopra!

Onboarding Bemühungen sind gut, jedoch teilweise an der Oberfläche. Leider gibt es keinen Kontakt der einen durchgehend betreut. Infocall macht Person A, Onboarding macht Person B, Support wiederum wo ganz anders.
Avantages
Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, viele Funktionen, scheint eine komplette Lösung zu sein.
Inconvénients
Der Support ist sehr langsam, hab 4 Tickets eröffnet und bei allen bekam ich erst ne Antwort, als ich schon selbst ne Lösung gefunden hatte.

Pues por el momento no puedo decir que esté muy contento. Ha costado, no he conseguido ninguna venta gracias a Lodgify, nos ha hecho perder muchísimo tiempo para integrarlo todo... Espero que a futuro mejore

poder tener todo en un único panel y que se coordinen ventas. El personal, [contenido sensible oculto] en este caso, es excelente.
Inconvénients
la integración es realmente tediosa, conlleva muchos mini problemas que suponen muchísimo tiempo humano. El Smart pricing funciona realmente mal y nos ha atrasado con las reservaciones de los próximos meses, es una lástima.
Que no tengamos la posibilidad de tener un correo corporativo xq tenemos nuestro dominio externo también lo veo una desventaja bastante absurda.

Avere un proprio dominio gratuito e un sito web da impostare e modificare al proprio gusto. Si può migliorare ancora ma è fatto molto bene.
Inconvénients
Peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di personalizzarlo con della musica che aiuterebbe o migliorerebbe tantissimo il proprio sito e renderlo alla vista dei clienti o chi lo visualizza, piacevole e accogliente.

A experiência foi boa. A ajuda online no onboading foi excelente. As instruçōes tem textos demasiado longos. E os videos são chatos porque explicam tudo o que o lodgify oferece (o que já se sabe, pois por isso se fez o contracto) e não monstram como fazer o que se pretende.

Inconvénients
Não estar claro que a ligação com as plataformas (airbnb e booking) não funciona se formos nós a fazer com o ical link. Essa informação faltou e fez-me perder muito tempo à procura de resolver os problemas, que por isso ocorreram.

Horrible Customer Services. Impossible to get a resolution to issues.
I built a website for a client, and chose Lodgify to use for her booking. It was a very difficult site for me to explain to her, and it became extremely frustrating. Ultimately she moved the property to an agency. I has given the site over, no longer had any ties with the client, the rental, of Lodgify. It wasn't until I received a renewal notice in August that I realized they were billing me. I immediately emailed asking for an explanation. Apparently my credit card, used to initially establish the account, was still on the billing account. I have spent the last month emailing the service team, explaining I am not associated, asking to refund my money due to the fact that they renewed the account anyway. This was only met with dismissive emails from a person named Franco. It made no difference in our email strand that I explained repeatedly I was NOT associated and my my card should never have been charged. Again, to ever reply I sent, each have been met with terms of service explanations and blah blah blah "Have a nice day" blow offs.I had almost gotten to the point where I just needed to kiss my $179.55 charge goodbye, until I was charged AGAIN TODAY another "booking fee" of $94.05...NO ONE IS BOOKING. We are not using Lodgify, the property is no longer a rental, but they continue to reply to me with stilted canned responses and stating they are "just following the terms of service" for the renewal. This has been an absolute nightmare.

The videos are very persuasive. It made me think my client would be able to use it with ease.

Very difficult to use the widgets, and in general it was a hard site for my client to use. Billing, booking and upkeep difficult. Customer Service the absolute most infuriating I've ever experienced.

Como empresario independiente, sin empleados, este software es muy recomendable. Le da tranquilidad y le permite preparar su atención para otras tareas. Sin este software, no es fácil crear una gran cartera. Lodgify cumple con mis expectativas.
Inconvénients
Como trabajador por cuenta propia, intenta mantener bajos los costos. Cuanto mayor sea el número de casas en el sitio web, más caro será el precio. Por cierto, esto no es negativo. Significa que las cosas van bien. Hasta ahora no he tenido ninguna experiencia negativa.

Very impressed. My previous PMS was acquired by Guesty. Rubbish support, terrible UI, didn’t do basic things like send invoices.
Lodgify is light and day better. My only gripe aside 1% stripe fee is migration. It took days as Lodgify automate nothing.
Ho hum. I’m here now and it’s great. Onwards!

Early days but off to a great start

Avantages
Having previous experience using a channel manager I found the onboarding and web builder simple to grasp once walked through by an excellent onboarding assistant. The inclusion of a website and domain were a great bonus, and the simplicity of setting completely customisable rate plans was the deciding factor for me
Inconvénients
It would have been great if my OTA reviews were pulled into my reviews page without having to subscribe to a 3rd party app to do so.There are a couple of small features that I'd like to see but as with all software it's constantly changing and updating and I'm sure they'll appear at some point
